I would give them all. But still waiting for diagnosis results still. Spoke to worker in service/repair and he understood what i asked and was patient with my explanations. I felt comfortable and understood what i would like done. Will be eager to find out what diagnosis finds.

The new Management team (Victory) has destroyed the name of Midtown.This began from April 29th, 2021 - May 12th, 2021. Ive been a customer with them since 2002 (19years) 4 cars bought from them.They knew about my car having issues and refused to give me a wheel alignment. Instead, they informed me that its a rim and tire replacement. After spending the cost for the tires and labor and other fees, they wrote on the notes that customer requested change in rim and tire. They then modified something on my back tires, making it a bumper road on a flat service. Once I spoke to the General Manager, THINGS were resolved. They did what they were supposed to do after the 3RD VISIT. They found out my cars framework was damaged. Why didnt they check that out on the first visit when I told them there was a problem to please check.The excuse is its our procedure to do things BY CHECKING THE THE TIRE AND RIM, IF THAT DOESNT WORK, THEN THE ALIGNMENT, ETC ETC.. No, a real experiences auto service, should do a fully inspection to identify the root cause, in this case they failed to do so. The service must inform the customer if there is a problem with the car on the VERY FIRST VISIT.They pulled the old dealership scam like others where they make you come back and charge you a minimum of $70 for additional fees. Imagine someone had no clue and came for 3 visits. Thats already $210 of labor/miscellaneous fees prior to your total cost of service fees.Ive been their customer since 2002 and its sad to see that staff are trained to take money out of hard working customers. I would be very careful and pay attention to the words that they tell you. It seems that are also trained to rebuttal and possible mistakes or scams they attempt. They wouldnt even refund my money and wasted my time. All i wanted was to solve the issue or my car and they made it where i had to come 3 visits to figure out the real problem with my vehicle. That isnt professional at all. Its an intention to scam.

Waited over two hours just for oil change. Car was already done and they just never bothered to let me know. Meanwhile they want you to just stay in the waiting room so they can get you when they feel like it. Not going back ever

Waited 49 minutes just for them to accept my car into check in process another 15 minutes checking in so I lost an entire hour just trying to get a simple oil change. Meanwhile eight more cars waiting In the alley and small busy street and six technicians doing Absolutely nothing but chatting with each other. Makes no sense whatsoever no sense of urgency whatsoever. Meanwhile I lose pay per the hour. Then I leave my car and I’m sure it will take few hours for them to call me to pick up the car. Ridiculous.

Petty rotten i should not have to payed for a Battery for a car i purchase 8 in half months a go very ..very disappointed

First time had my new car check this morning. Due to Covid-19, I was hesitating to go. I finally went. Less than an hour of waiting. Great service. Jim explained very details. Will bring my car to maintenance in March. Thanks for the service👍👍

Be careful if you get your car serviced here. Our first time visiting and despite saying they rotated the tires, it is evident they did not (we had a scuffed wheel that was--SURPRISE SURPRISE--in the same spot before we dropped the car off). When we contacted Midtown directly they suggested we bring the car back in for a tire rotation...for real this time. No mention of the dishonesty or falsified paperwork. Who knows what else they didnt do. 10/10 would NEVER go back to Midtown, be sure to keep an eye out if you do get serviced here.

I get my car serviced at Midtown Toyota regularly all three cars get serviced their Jim Christensen and Mark are amazing they always remember your name they always remember your vehicle they provide discounts when available and I love the fact that you drive up and they come out to you

I’ve a certified Toyota my car’s radio touch screen wasn’t functioning properly, Alex was helpful and they replaced it with a new one.

I spoke to someone on the phone who said to bring my car in for an issue on a past recall... even after I explained my car year, make and model. I took time out of my day to come here and was told that only service recalled vehicles 2005 and newer. I wish I was told this on the phone and I would have wasted my time coming here. Next time try to be more transparent when taking to customers on the phone. I wont be coming back here

I would reccomented this place to everyone because all the working staff are very polite especially one car seller by the name of Jason Rodriguez he was very intellectual he lead us threw very swiftly and explain to us all the details about the vehicle we purchased and he handle it very well .
