They did an excellent job on repairing my car. Theres a weird film on the windshield of my drivers side thats not coming off... but Im sure there a logical explanation for that and theyre going to fix it.... just waiting to hear back from them about that.

These guys are the absolute best in Chicago. My mustang looks like it rolled off the dealership lot. Hopefully I never have to use them again but if Im unfortunate enough to get into another accident, i wouldnt want anyone else touching my car.

Excellent work by this company although it took 2 weeks rather than the 5 days they promised. So i had to pay more to the rental car company for an additional week? And i still had to pay my 500 deductible. Geesh!!

I have going to this place for years when my car needs body repair. I accept no substitute! Kurt and his team are top notch. If you have a problem with their work they will fix it to make you a satisfied customer. The last time I was there I brought my truck in after it got hit while parked and hit in the job parking lot by a coworker who dropped his phone. You know what happened next!?! I send everyone I know, who has the need of body work, to this place. I wouldnt recommend any other type of business. THAT IS how much faith I have in this place. I was one of his first customers. I had a very disappointing experience with Metro Collisions. I brought my car here to get my bumper fixed due to a car accident. They fixed the bumper but the paint job was horrible. The bumper was not the same color as my car. They placed a regular white bumper on my vehicle although my car is not just a regular white, it is Platinum White Pearl. My bumper was white and there were no mica flakes on my bumper as it is on the rest of my vehicle. When I explained my concerns I was told that it was because the paint on my bumper was new and the paint on my car was old which sounds very weird because I just bought this car and only had it for 6 months. I was then asked to come back on a “sunny day” so we could look at my car again (In the month of December) then who I believe the son is, Andrew said if I was not satisfied with the car I should just call my insurance company, which was very rude because I spent my money there and they should have fixed my car properly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Horrible experience. Now I have to find a shop to correctly paint my vehicle. I wish I could post the video that shows the complete color change from the rest of my vehicle and my bumper.

Went to pick up my car and again after work had to be somewhere and they got me in and out. Faster than when I make appointments. My car also looks great... Brought my 98 chevy 1500 in after I got rear ended in December. The manager Andrew handled everything with the insurance in record time. The service was so personal and he took the time to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease through the entire process. The truck looked better than it did before the accident. Metro Collision is the only option for me and my family in the future. Hope I dont need them again anytime soon, but they will be my first call next time for sure.
