I’ve brought several cars to Luis’s over the years. This place always does a great job at a fair price and completes their projects on budget and on time. Greg is laid back and helpful, a pleasure to work with.

The employees are super nice! I brought in my car with a large dent in my door on a Monday night and it was ready that same week on Wednesday MORNING! They did such a good job with the repair and with the paint job for such a good price. Also, when I picked my car up, it was parked right in front, it was washed, cleaned, and mildly detailed. My car looks perfect!

Had great experience at this shop. Chose them based on reviews, treatment when I went there and the repair quota they gave me. Excellent work at great prices. One of the parts didn’t arrive on time so they gave me discount for the inconvenience!!! This is a family business as well and they really care to provide you with the best possible experience. Just to give you an idea : went there for a bumper replacement, quota was around 600. Other places I went from Gerber to other local shops - all quotas were around 800!!! Thank you Luis Auto repair. Luis used to be the legacy auto repair space across from Wrigley, now hes over on Western. Hes wonderful and he cares about the quality of his work. You simply cant do better than being in the hands of a great master auto body repairman. Very fair pricing too!

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Greg and Luis Auto Repair. I was sideswiped overnight (hit and run) and had a relatively small dent and some scratches to deal with. I went to three shops in the area for quotes - Luis was significantly cheaper than the other two shops (less than half of the highest quote!) and I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. One shop tried to tell me that because my paint color had a pearlescent color it would cost a lot more. Greg assured me that its a common finish and they make the paint in-house and it would not be an issue or cost more. My car was ready the next day (earlier than expected) and they were flexible with the pickup day/time. When I did end up coming, Greg had stepped out and his colleague didnt have access to the quote/payment system. He simply gave me my key and asked me to call back later to pay via phone. Since I had my 5-month-old with me it was SO nice to not have to come back in person. When I spoke with Greg to pay via phone, he let me know they were giving me a discount of ~$75 - a very nice surprise! Also, they cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up - it hadnt been that clean in years! :) The actual work was perfect, but it was the customer service that compelled me to write this review. You and your car will be in great hands with Luis Auto Repair.
