My car was sitting at another shop for a while before my insurance finally decided to move it. J&M repairs is very professional and had my car done in a week. I was told a lists of problems with my car that the insurance did not cover and was advised to fix it before driving. I will come for future repairs if my car need it. Thank so much

Besides dealing with the insurance company I am satisfied with the service Lupe has provided me and the work her crew has done. It was a lot of work repairing my car after hitting a deer but my car looks brand new and runs great. The warranties provided gives me comfort in knowing that if my vehicle starts to act funny I can bring it in to have it checked out.

So I got my car back yesterday it was cosmetically beautiful I started driving and realized there was something dragging they forgot to take off a part of the old bumper (pieces were flying off as I was driving) b4 putting on a new one thank God I was omw to kia because I wouldnt know what to do... kia cut ✂️ it off with some sort of blade... other than that the receptionist was extremely nice I forgot her name but she was awesome. If it wasnt for her and their friendly staff I wouldve given a 3 for not properly taking off old parts before putting on new ones

My truck was hit while parked on December 27th 2020. The process with my insurance company was a horrible, after finding out the tow truck company that hit my truck did not have insurance( One Hook Towing). Finally I was approved for the repairs J M Auto is the repair shop my insurance company sent my truck to. Just picked up my truck yesterday February 13th 2021 although the process was long due to finding a lot of damage after the initial estimate. My car looks great so far driving great. More importantly Lupe kept me updated throughout this process which gave my piece of mind. Big thanks to Lupe and her team!

Zero stars! Horrible place to take your car! Do not take it here! Nobody answers the calls. I was told my car would be ready in a week and a half. I came down to check after that time because I called for days without a response. My poor car is off to the side gathering dust without anyone having done any work on it. Planning to get my money back and take it somewhere else! Horrible management here. The lady in charge is never there she’s always “at the bank” and neither is their “secretary “. Don’t waste your time and money.

I read the reviews and i was very doubtful about my Insurance co referral there, this was my 1st every filing a claim and JM body shop was the body shop. The customer service was excellent, receptionist handle all my calls and concerns with A+ service and i had the hardest time with the Insurance Co. I finally got my approval to bring my car in they did a excellent job on my car. The body work was repaired perfectly and the paint job the same. 2 thumbs up for Customer service and professionalism and promptness.

One of the worst places to get your car fix, do not go here, have had my vehicle 7 weeks and haven’t even started the work on it, they will not answer phone calls and when they do, they lie to you. Stay away from this place, I don’t understand how they are still in business

This place is terrible it took me a month and a half to get my car back, they keep on delaying when my car would be done and to top it off they didn’t fix part of the car that was in the accident

Very unprofessional! The work done to my car was and still is horrible. There customer service is terrible. Theyve failed to return dozens of calls and have lied to me numerous times. I recommend you take your vehicle to a professional body shop. All together 4 months and they still cant fix my car right. 😢

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT WHEN YOUR CAR WILL BE FINISHED. I WAITED A MONTH & A HALF FOR A LITTLE BIT OF NOTHING. THEY WILL FORWARD YOUR CALLS SAY THEY ARE GOING TO CALL YOU BACK BUT NEVER DO. I CALLED ATLEAST OVER 10 TIMES & EACH TIME THEY GAVE ME FALSE ANSWERS OF WHEN MY CAR WILL BE FINISHED. I TOOK IT UPON MYSELF TO GO UP THERE & CHECK ON MY CAR THEY HAD IT FOR ATLEAST A MONTH & JUST PUSHED IT TO THE SIDE TO COLLECT DUST. I SEEN THE MEN WHO SUPPOSE TO BE FIXING & CLEANING CARS BUT INSTEAD THEY WERE CLEANING & WASHING DOGS. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! My car was in a accident and jm auto body fixed my car so fast and good and they did amazing job I’m so happy I can go back to work I would recommend them to anybody and I also wanna thank my insurance company too

Zero Stars !!!!!! This place needs to be shut Down. They have had my car for months and still not fixed. First off they towed my vehicle wrong which caused more damaged. With that I have not received any returned calls from Lupe who is the so called manager. Terrible customer service. I am on my way there to find out where my car is, at this point I cant believe a word they say. They are all full of lies and deception!!!! Better business need to shut them down!!!

Lupe is the worst manager there is. I had to take my ss Trailblazer elsewhere. I had such a bad expirence at her shop which she was co owner at 59 Autobody, They had truck for three months never answered phone or return any calls. I had to do all the calling and communication.I had to truck to a better Autobody shop. Truck was vandalized and broken into someone striped entire truck while sitting I. Theyre lot and car wouldnt start. Lupe said it was my fault why car wouldnt start. Really the nerve . She did not pay for repairs to fix from it not starting I had to. The truck needed new pump and she refused to pay after sitting outside in the cold for months from sep3,2016 to Nov 24, 2016. Then I still had to wait because I took it somewhere else . She is full of lies and very in unorganized . I had to wait on her to get parts for my truck and. Come to find out the place where I took it didnt want to be bothered with her so here I go again and had to take to another shop only to wait until feb 2017 to finally get truck back because repair shop had to wait on her 6 mo. total. This place is bad news and should be reported please beware take ur car to a better shop than this one. Im still upset because of her actions. I never had this expirence before such pain and stress. Lupe is bad business.

IF WE ALL FILE A COMPLAINT AT BBB IM 100% sure they shut them down!Anybody here has actually took legal actions against the shop?? I have a problem with them and theyve had my car for so long and lupe and maria are a disgrace of persons...they have even token parts off that were not damaged from my truck and havent even started fixing my truck...

They have horrible customer service. Lied multiple times about when my car would be fixed. Also used bad parts, I would recommend you find another place.

Had my car for over 2 months, lied multiply times about when my car will be done. Doesnt answer they phone, only work 2 or3 days out the week. Compulsive liars.

Horrible body shop!! They kept my car for almost three weeks for something that took two days to repair. I had to keep on calling them because they never updated me on the status of my vehicle. Horrible customer service!!

Cant even get my estimate for my car repair thru insurance. Its been over 25 days! Terrible service. Stay away from this shop!
