Best Auto mechanic and body shop Ive experienced yet. I have no complaints with this business. Prices are a little more than other auto mechanics but, well worth it. Staff are great and knowledgeable and dont cut corners. Youll never go anywhere else once they take care of you.

They have an unbelievablely run business. Professional and courteous. Exactly what a business should be. Clean for a body shop. You know its a garage. Safe to walk in and not a mess. The office staff are so kind and helpful. I just cant say enough good about this company and the people who work here.

I had an older pathfinder that I brought here right after purchasing it this summer. Unfortunately, my car was not a good one. It had a bad a.c. condenser right away and rust issues that led to other problems. They were beyond amazing, fixed my a.c. for a good price and even gave me a ride home while they looked it over. I have never felt so taken care of by a shop. They are honest and charge fair prices. I love how I was treated here, and they do good work. I was told what small things I would need to watch out for down the line and they checked out my car for me a few times before trips out of state. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone that goes here. This is the only place I will bring my or my familys cars in Chicago.

Worst experience ever, they took my car in The adjuster came out just the next day. They called and confirmed that the repair will be done in a week or two. 2 weeks later went back to pick up the car nothing was done to the vehicle it was in the parking untouched! All i got was SorryNo explanation whats so ever!Horrible communication.

Had Express Auto repair damage to the bumper of a new car. Price was reasonable, staff was courteous, shop is clean and work was completed on time. The workmanship is remarkable and cannot tell any work was done on the car. Beautiful! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing body work done to their vehicle.

Btw, this is the cleanest auto shop I have ever been to, even the bathrooms are spotless.

They cross-threaded one of the lug nuts on the driver-side rear wheel about a year ago, so the stud got snapped off while a tire tech tried to loosen it yesterday. The idiot tech belligerently denied he did it asking me for a proof. The fact is that they are the last people who dismounted/mounted that wheel before the tire replacement work.

I love Express Auto. The staffs are nice and their price is good. With their family proud, they guarantee their works and after service is assured. I suspected my previous mechanic was unethical & without any mention of this, Express was able to identify something that had been intentionally sabotaged on my vehicle & corrected the issue. I went to a number of bodyshops (~4) to get estimates for a repair that needed to be done to my Civic. Express Auto Body ended up coming in with the best price, as well as making me feel most confident they would complete the repair successfully. The repair came in at the estimated cost, and looks completely new! I was very impressed with their repairs, and definitely recommend them!

I know nothing with car, so I silly brought a trouble used car with a stranger 6 months ago. :( I visited few auto repairs, however nothing (big issue) is really fixed till Express Auto Service. Jay gave honest and professional advice with good and friendly service. This place has the utmost fast and efficient service Ive been to in the Chicago land area. I came in for adjustment on the passenger side door that would have costed me $100-150 per dent elsewhere. The owner of the shop reminded me of my uncle, he was like family.... in a sense that he treated the incident like it were his own and fixed the dent within minutes. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone requesting body service and all other service they provide.

They were honest about why my AC did not work. It was just one of the fuses being put in the wrong place. They just charged me for one hour of labor instead of saying out needed to be recharged or make something up.

My car is always giving me problems, I used to take it somewhere else, but always felt that I was given the run around or talked down to because I was a woman. My husband found this place on a review site and told me to try it. I am so happy I did! Not only is the customer service great, their prices are very affordable. Much, Much less than some places that offer 0% financing for six months, you still are getting the best price here. This last year alone I have brought my car here probably 6 times and the first job I had done was 50% less than what I was quoted somewhere else. I am so glad I found this place!

The best body shop around. I just received an award for Best Body and Paint at Tuner Evolution Chicago which is a nationally recognized car show. Express Auto did the full install and paint work on my Pandem Bodykit for my 2013 Subaru BRZ. They were able to paint match the Satin White Pearl Paint perfectly with the widebody kit.

I was really surprised at the professionalism and honesty at Express Auto Services. As a Korean myself Ive had to dealt with a lot of Korean business owners, and most of them had to reevaluate their business practices from a short term high yield gain or a long term customer relationship. Few things to note that deserves mention. Express Auto Services is tailored for the non English speaking Koreans, and as such some of the help is hard to understand, the TV in the lounge along with most reading material is also in Korean.They do all car repairs including body repairs with the exception of paint jobs. The type of cars they repair are foreign and domestic. They accept cash and all credit cards. Not sure about checks.

I really cant say enough good things about Jay and his entire team at Express Auto Body!! I had an incident nearly a year ago that significantly damaged the underside of my car and I had visited several body shops to diagnose and fix the problem. It took 4 shops to diagnose anything and they still didnt catch the fact that the casing of my transmission was slightly cracked in the bottom, enough to cause the symptoms my car was seeing every few months in between minor repairs. The shop was able to diagnose the problem that would ultimately lead to a final resolution instead of continuing to pay body shops for partial fixes. Besides the excellent body work they did, Jay was an incredible advocate for me with the insurance representative who wanted to not cover past repairs or claim that it was not a result of the same incident. This was a tricky claim and a potentially expensive repair but every step along the way, Jay was an honest and enthusiastic help. He also knew I was trying to be cost-conscious so he found a used transmission with a 3 year warranty and only about 30,000 miles instead of a junker or a brand new costly one. I highly recommend this shop and glad I finally found a local place that I can trust!
