I recently was a victim of a hit and run--the only guy my family has trusted with our auto body repairs is Tony D. (Mgr) My husband took my 18 BMW in to Tony to get repaired and as per usual his team was honest, professional, prompt and the quality was top notch. My car looks perfect! I dropped off my vehicle at the shop to get some major work done on my 2011 Dodge Caliber Mainstreet on January 6, 2020 and my vehicle has been repaired and completed as of today, January 18, 2020. The vehicle looks brand new and completed with great, quality workmanship. I would take my vehicle to get repaired there any time and also refer my friends to do the same.

Somebody ran into my car and hit the rear part. FYI my car is still with them while Im writing this. I dropped my car for repair last 12/30/2019. They promised that they will have it ready in 2 weeks, and thats supposed to be last 1/13/20. I received a confirmation from my insurance company last 1/8/20 that the shop confirmed its pickup date on 1/13/20. I was delighted as everything is going as planned. Plus I will not have to do car rental anymore.Monday morning, 1/13/20, I called them. I was told by Jorge to call in a couple of hours because the car was not ready. Later in the afternoon, around 4:30pm, Jorge called me saying the car will not be ready until the next day around the same time.Today, I called them. A different man picked up, and said it will be ready on 1/15/2020. Said stuff vaguely, and then out me on hold. Getting back, he said Jorge will call me and give me specific details.The courage that they have to just let this go as if I do not have other obligations and responsibilities is the worst for people who do services like this one.So before you contact this place for service, be sure to make them accountable for the inconvenience they will have to make.Update 1/23/2020: Please contact me ASAP. I have concerns regarding missing items in my car. Thank you!

I have been in two accidents in the last year and both times brought my Audi in here. They have done a fantastic job. Super easy to schedule, they give me an accurate time table for expectation of completion, and the work has been perfect. Car looks fantastic and like new every time I get it back. Process could not be easier. Jim is really great to work with.

Words cannot fully express how happy I am! My truck was done on time and cleaned! As a K9 trainer my truck belongs to the dogs - kennels, fur, mud, muck... when I dropped it off they said well take care of it for you. They did a great job! They were very nice and professional. They completed the job quickly and when additional work was required that was not seen by the adjuster, they contacted the insurance company and got it all squared away.

My representative Ivanka is very nice and patience with my request and concerns. She delivers a great personality and professionalism through the process. I took my 2017 explorer in to have a badge added to it and some paint work done. I was very happy with the service, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the work was done promptly and the results were excellent!!!I would definitely recommend this ship to anyone looking for quality body work on their vehicle.

I took my car to the Erie LaSalle Kedzie to have some body work and a little mechanical work done, it was an excellent experience. I am very protective about where I take my car it due to its age(16 yrs) and I also am very skeptical to spend lots of $$$ since I don’t really know too much about car repairs. The people at Erie LaSalle explained everything to me and broke down the necessary things that needed to be done to my car, which has not been the case at other places I’ve taken it. Excellent customer service and the employees know what they are doing. They did a great job on fixing the car, and it’s been years since my car looked and drove so well. Will definitely return!

Went in September to get my car fixed per suggestion of my insurance company and after the fact ended up walking out broke. They say that I ordered extra parts to add to what originally needed to be fixed which was never the case. They set me up to screw me out of my deductible plus extra money. NEVER! and I repeat NEVER! WILL I COME BACK TO THIS DUMP AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

Great work done on my Cadillac ats..

They are useless!! Their online hours are from 7am to 6pm I was calling them to let them know i was on my way to pick up my vehicle at 5:30 and they would not answer the phone. They need to let their customers know it they are closing early. So unprofessional!!!!

Tire blew out on the highway and I did not have a spare at that time and towing company was great at texting me and arrived in a very quick time frame and I was home before I knew it, would recommend them to everyone.
