Everyone i spoke to there was very helpful. they set up my rental and talked to my insurance and walked me through the steps on what to do, considering ive never had to deal with this before. i turned in my car on Monday morning and received a call Thursday morning saying it was ready. really quick turnaround, really great work! excellent service all around. i highly recommend this auto body shop.

Owner Joan veryyyyy unprofessional went there to get an estimate was told to bring car in on a particular date and when I called to check about bringing car back was told nothing was scheduled for me and I would have to bring car in a month later when my check engine light is on and an oil change is needed ASAP. Very bad experience dealing with this car shop. A waste of my time. Sucks I have to wait and be without a car a whole month after accident.

Did fantastic work on my car. Damage was lower than my insurance deductible, but Brian still offered me a rental. My car took an extra day, and Brian paid for the extra day. The work was done fantastically and blended perfectly. You cant tell where the damage was, and this is great because the car is not even a year old!

I personally want to give a shout out to Ms. June and Mr. Bryan for assisting me with my claim on my Acura ILX 2013. The insurance took care of the damage and I decided to get extra work done and to pay out of pocket. My ford focus had a front bumper accident, this body shop did nothing but try to use cover up nail polish to fill in the scratches from the accident.Then the bumpber was never even mounted on right, that I called them to tell them this. Shouldved just reported this tobbb my front bumper fell of later on due to this bodyshop never fixing the problem the right way. And I saw that all they tried to due was superglue it, This was the worst ever . Keep away from high cost repairs that they dont do properly. Insurence scams on this location.

This has to be one of the most immaculate customer service Ive experienced in a long time. My fiancée and I entered the establishment to hugs like a long time family friend. We were treated with professionalism during the duration of the repair with updates and advice throughout. When you have someone like Brian and his team it just restores some faith in humanity with their honesty and integrity. They took the fear out of what was a crushing car accident and repaired my 2011 Dodge Avenger in a manner that was off the lot perfect with a hand car wash and a smile. Wow! Finally an owner that gets it. Auto mechanics and body shops are in the service industry and thats what Brian and his lovely wife Jun do. They spend time servicing the customer along with your vehicle. They explain the problem and solution clearly. I originally came in to discuss repainting my car and they helped me to make the decision to go the cheaper route (less money for them but save me money). It was the right decision and the car came out great!

I got a few quotes from various places and Georges not only gave me the best rate but also the best service. Some other shops were not confident they would be able to remove the dent based on the location. Carstar was confident with their work, and the results were perfect.They did not have to do a big job on my vehicle it was just a dent that needed to be removed and paint needed to be blended. They were also an approved auto shop of StateFarm my insurance company, and everything was handled great. I would highly recommend you at least get a quote performed by these guys.
