Dropped my car off at this shop on the 15th of March and picked it up yesterday and when I tell you the work was so amazing 👏. They did a wonderful job . So, we parked on the side street of this business just before 5pm, January 12, a really cold day. When we returned 10 minutes later, a person had hit the back bumper of our Mercedes, scratching it (just purchased car couple of weeks ago). We discovered that the person who had hit the car was inside this buildings business, side door (husband had to bang loudly on side door to get them to come out). He refused to share his name and insurance. Furthermore, another person inside (really large short person, obnoxious) claimed that he had seen my husband back up and hit the other car. I confronted and told him that he was obviously lying as there are no windows on that side of the building and being freezing, they were not outside when my husband pulled car forward to look at damage. Real quality people and business. Maybe their motto should be We will damage your car for you so that we can then fix it?!

They cut corners and return cars as completed but its not. I have body work done there, for what was a minor fender bender it took 3 months to get it fixed. When I got it back it was not done correctly. Parts were misaligned and the front brakes were not even bolted down properly. I had to do the job over myself. Do yourself a favor find another body shop that will do the job the way it should and not just collect the money for a job not done up to par.

Took car for insurance estimate....they never sent estimate to the insurance company...so my car is still not fixed
