A few days ago, I was worried and asked if they could repair the dent on the bumper of my Tesla model 3. They told me frankly that they could not get parts from Tesla, but they could completely repair the scratch of my car. .They gave a good offer. Seeing their good service attitude and the good hardware facilities in their workshop, I finally decided to ask them to repair it. Two days later, they called me according to the promised delivery time, saying that it had been repaired and the car could be picked up. I went to their company with excitement and saw that my car bumper was completely repaired with high quality. Thank you so much. When I was driving to their store for repairs, because I couldnt make an appointment with an Uber car, they also enthusiastically offered to help take me home with their private vehicle, and they refused to accept any tips, which made me very touched. Wish their business flourish. This company is not a Tesla certified auto body shop

I hope you never needed collision repair, but if you do - go to Advanced Auto Body! They are incredibly nice, they do tremendous work and relatively quickly at that, and they are SO EASY to work with!! They made the whole process of dealing with the insurance company a cake walk. AND my car is probably cleaner than when I originally drove her out of the dealership. If I could give 10 stars, theyd be well deserved here.

My fathers vehicle had front and rear bumper damage and we took it in for an estimate at Advanced Auto. We were greeted by courteous staff and the car was evaluated by a true professional. After the job was complete, I could not believe the outcome. I have used advanced for years. The pricing service and turnaround are all unbeatable. Dedicated owners who are there the whole time so you dont have to explain to five different people every time you show up.

Racist, customer service skills are such a downfall here. The fact that two hispanics walk in and are talked to like were illiterate, though a white man walks in and its good morning, welcome to.... YEA NO. The funniest part is, you walk in and speak to a lady who sits in the far back while you scream from the door to speak with her. AMFAM is the worst for recommending this place. DONT waste your time here. A alley mechanic can definitely do a way better job.
