I had ordered from here for the first time a few weeks ago. I was missing one of the bugs I had ordered but the customer service I received about it was quick, kind and very helpful. They are sending me the bug as of today and I can’t wait! Will be ordering again in the future.

I have made several large purchases through this company. They have amazing customer service and excellent channels of communication. Joe is extremely easy to communicate with and as a small business owner I value a great line of communication.

I have no idea whats going on with this company. I placed my order a month ago & have not recieved my order or information about my order. Despite asking several times about when it would ship out, I have been given no timeline or shipping time frames. I also received an email stating several of my purchased items were out of stock. However, they asked me to pay another balance, despite paying the full amount on the site a month ago. Id gladly update my review once some of these issues have been answered, but something isnt right here.

Ordered two framed butterfly specimens and was extremely happy with the quality of products received. Customer service was also excellent. Shipping was fast with tracking and updates provided throughout the process from order to receipt of product. Very happy with the experience and will order again!
