Everytime I go to this store they always have the right parts for my appliances stove,fridge,washer and dryer

I have been doing business with them for many many years and they have only gotten better and better over the years no complaints here they usually have what you need in stock and if not they can get it from the manufacturer in a very short. Of time

They have a good inventory, but I didnt get the parts I needed. The person on the phone promised to call me within a week when the part was to arrive. Didnt hear back for months and had to approach another company. They really need to stick their words.

The company could have been more, but the CEOs ego would definitely kill this company. He was like a little child with a tantrum all the time. He would let his personal issues in life affect this business and the work environment. Turn away if you get the opportunity it will be a stain on your resume.

Great place. Been using Sundberg for years. I have been to the 83rd St location(now on State St), this location, and 152 and Cicero. All good places to get your parts.

Poor management has driven this company into the ground. There is a severe lack of culture and morals within the company. The owner is extremely manipulative and will take any opportunity possible to work employees to the bone. Overall, a hopeful employment experience has turned into a stressful and demeaning negative situation.

A rip off charge me $75 for a $10 part say one price but when you go to pick up your parts it’s a higher price

I got used part (that did not work)as a new one sold by the State Street store. 51st street store got a new one (within few days) and took the bad one back. I would give 5 stars but the salesman took my name and phone number but did not call me back to let me know that my part was in. I have been Sundberg customer for over 20 years and this was my first problem. So go all other interactions they deserve 5 stars....

For people who find its cheaper and easier to fix it yourself. This place can provide the parts you need to fix your appliances yourself. I have stopped in three different times for different parts and they have always had what I needed in stock. They offer the hard to find parts!!

This place is horrible. please do not buy from here. The maneger their has withheld my tax information from accounting and they have been giving methe run around for over 3 months. the human resources person says that the manager at this location has done this to other employees. The managers name is Bill. He is a very unprofessional and rude for no reason. he talks down to his employees and bullies them. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

Great customer service. I want to thank the gentleman that stayed late on Friday night to help me out. (Im sorry I didnt get his name) I was sent there from another location that didnt have a defective part that was just purchased a few days prior. Trying to get there in Friday traffic I was running late and got there after they closed. At first the guy in the warehouse said, go away we are closed. Cant do anything. Then the gentleman in the showroom let me in and helped me get the part replaced so I could get my furnace working and have heat again. He could have sent me away and I would have been stuck without heat on a cold night, but he stepped up and helped me out. I am also in the customer service business and after a long day at work, especially on a Friday night, you just want to lock the doors and relax, but you took the time to help me. Thank You very much!

Counter help is well knowledged in what they are doing. They could actually uae a couple more counter employees because these guys run non-stop. They have just about everything you need or can get it. Might be a little more expensive then internet parts but their knowledge is well worth the extra cost.

I received prompt and professional help. Frankie as usual is the best i would and do reconmebd Sunberg to all my friends!!
