Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the history behind each piece. A very unique place with tasteful design. If you are into or like interior design, you should not miss this place. Easy to find location right downtown Chicago. Very high end authentic and unique pieces. Hard to not find inspiration at The Golden Triangle. They do have a few small items that can make cool gifts.

I was visiting Chicago with my friend and walked past the store front of the golden triangle. We are designers and we’d like to think that we have good taste. We decided to go in, purely based on the facade. Immediately when we entered, we knew we would not be disappointed. After a few minutes of browsing the ornate and wonderful curated selection of furnishings and home accessories, we were approached by Doug, the owner of the establishment. We had a long lovely conversation that truly has made our experience in Chicago. We will absolutely be returning to and recommending The Golden Triangle to anyone looking to add personality and style to their house or just wanting to look at beautiful things and have a nice conversation.

This a great place. They have things Ive never seen before. Nice place to get that special one of kind item. I like to bring people here for the first time. They really like it.

Good history of interior art!

The website for The Golden Triangle displays many interesting and attractive pieces. However, the piece sent to me as a present would not have been one of them. As the red SOLD tag was on the piece, I called and spoke with the salesman. After explaining my situation and saying I’d like to exchange it, a store credit would be fine and I was fine with sending it back at my expense, he thought it would not be a problem. The back office, it turned out, thought otherwise. He called back and said that the folks in the back office said “no,” as it was past the return period and had been a final sale with no returns.Now this was a birthday present to be sent to Boston from Chicago. It had been purchased in March for delivery the first week in April. It was not shipped from Golden Triangle until 28APR2015, arriving the first of May.Clearly customer satisfaction is not all that important at Golden Triangle. A piece purchased as a gift that they don’t want back is its own message. Nor is their failure to deliver even remotely close to the time requested is also not a reason for allowing an accommodation.Scores of years in retail taught me that customer service and accommodation within reason can result long-term relationships.I won’t be visiting their shop while in town. Two stars given only because no stars wasnt an option and I disliked Hate being used with one star.

Most unique furniture store I even been at. The golden Triangle is more like an experience destination. Asian inspired with a flare of traditional and number of contemporary selections. Extraordinary.

Amazing store with a seemingly endless inventory of beautiful unique pieces. Extremely wide range of prices, so theres something for everybody, and just a great place to go and look at beautiful things. Definitely worth a visit if nothing else.

Located by merchandise mart, this place has a great lcoation and I passed it so many time. Finally had a chance to go inside and enjoy the beauty of antique furniture. Very beautiful store with beautiful furniture. The place inside is bigger than I thought and I got lost in the amount of amazingly crafted chairs, sofas, lamps, etc. One day hope to leave this store with that chair that I loved.

Exited that I visitidet this place several times and enjoyed it every second. art is in the air here
