I absolutely hate this store! Not only are the employees so very unfriendly and not helpful whatsoever, the prices are ridiculous! I could literally go to a Skechers store and get the shoes half the price of what Shoe Carnival South Sound Bar. I literally seen the same pair of shoes at Skechers store for $30 and they had them at Shoe Carnival for $69.99! Thats completely insane and such a rip off. I never really liked the store to begin with but after going shopping with my friend we ended up here and I absolutely hated every minute I was in the store. Even the clearance was completely outrageous priced.

What an ignored manager there I returned the show to my son he said go help yourself I try to find a show can’t find it I called him again and he’s like the shelf in front of you go help yourself and then he started screaming and yelling and this is not the way to deal with customers. Not going back to the same place

I do not have a problem with the store itself. I do have a problem with the selection for people with wider feet it took me nearly an hr to find 1 pair of sandals that would fit properly and at that they barely fit at all. I have small feet they are wide though. They company itself needs to take into account that not everyone who shops or tries to shop there have skinny feet. So for that purpose i do give it a 2- star rating.

SHOE CARNIVAL!💥💫🌟✨🤡✨I just needed a pair of boots for the winter. Had never been to a shoe carnival before. It was awesome. A huge selection and variety of shoes. Also ANYONE who goes in and becomes a rewards member automatically can buy a pair get the next for half off. Which I did. Staff was excellent for informing me of the deal. Left satusfied with two new pairs.

Friendly staff, over price cheap shoes from overseas. Go here only in a shoe emergency. Buy good shoes somewhere else.

Great sales, took my niece & nephew from out of town there. They loved the variety of shoes they had for them.

Went in trying to find a supportive shoe for work that was going to give me some width, arch/ankle support and comfort. Greeted when I walked in and when I was trying on shoes associates asked if I needed help. After trying on several shoes and not finding anything, an associate named Bailey ended up assisting me with finding the right shoe. She was very kind, welcoming, patient and gave excellent customer service/advice. The Chicago ridge location is very spacious and has more variety than a lot of shoe carnivals in my area. Ended up getting the Nike Air Monarch IV. Will visit again!

Well stocked store, great location right by Chicago Ridge Mall. Plenty of parking. Great customer service. Quick checkout, at least when I went.

I love the selection, but when you need help with anything, you have to go up to the front desk every time just to get help.

Pretty disappointed went into shoe carnavial to buy a pair of nikes and was told they didnt have a bathroom available. Closest was marshalls. Ive been in multiple times before and could always use restroom and i wont be back again as petty as this is.
