Linda in framing took an old, cherished print of mine and made it new! She helped me choose the best frame and framed it while giving me some tips! Great customer service, and great price!

They didnt have the stuff I went in for, but they had a bunch of other great materials and stuff. I especially love their wide selection of 3D modeling and miniature diorama stuff. Very fun, and you can easily spend an hour in here.

I will most definitely be returning to this store real soon thanks to Vickie and Linda who are both very professional and helpful. I feel like the store in Orland Park is much better than the Chicago Ridge store. Chicago Ridge has lots of stuff out of stock.

Im not very happy with the store everything is just completely scattered not organized whatsoever you have to literally walk up and down every single aisle to try to find what youre looking for and I asked several employees for one simple thing and not one person could help me they kept sending me down different Isles back and forth back and forth still walked out of that store without the item that I walked in for. The only thing Ill say good about the store is that their prices are almost halfway decent. I feel you can get a lot of these crafts at the dollar store, Dollar Tree, or even Hobby Lobby for cheaper. I feel if youre going to work in retail then you should at least act like you like people. The staff is just so unfriendly they literally made me not want to go in there again

The staff are friendly. Its just never enough of them on the floor to help you with anything. Their jewelry section is never full with enough beads and the variety of beads and supplies are very scarce.

Gone here quite a few times and never gad any issues. Pricing sometimes seems a but high for things but then you bring them to the counter to check out to be pleasantly surprised that its actually on sale. However that being that way could lose money to. You see something you like but way higher than youd like to pay you dont get it usually, least I dont lol. Customer service Ive gotten very gas always been good when you can find someone. They dont have many staff working at once here, cant blame them though

I purchased small wooden bird houses for painting and display outside after seal coating them.Cheaper than hobby lobby, or homegoods, and better selection than walmart.

Recently went in for a return. 7 of us in line and one cashier (this was a week before Thanksgiving). The manager, Linda, walks past spraying carts, answering the phone, or doodling as we all stand there. The cashiers Computer goes down and she asks Linda to log in on another computer for her. She says okay and bypasses the computer to answer the phone on just the other side (she could have logged in and answered the phone at the same time). She answers, bypasses the cashier, and goes to spray carts. The cashier asks two more time for her to log in before she finally does. Then, goes on her merry way. The line remained 7 people when i left. If i wasnt returning, but purchasing, i would have left because the wait was ridiculous.

Found what I needed, but also what I wanted. Prices were not that bad, but some prices were a bit much. 1st time there @ that location. Staff really nice and helpful.

Every time I go in this store always so dark looking makes me not want to browse around just go in for what I need and get out. Also they need more people on the registers always a long wait and the store just seems unorganized.

Went for some model paints place was a mess didnt look like they were taking care of the place.

Holidays, school projects, scrapbooking and pretty much any arts and crafts. This one has it all. Love that its well organized. Everything is always stocked up. Im a big scrapbook person. I always come here for everything I need. Love it!

Michaels Chicago Ridge location is always well stocked, the staff is helpful and friendly. It can get a bit busy especially since it shares its location with Chicago Ridge Mall but lines usually move expeditiously

Tues. May 11th I ordered a pair of knitting needles. Did not receive an email to pick up until today May 14th. The girl at curbside threw the bag in the backseat. I did not return home & look inside the bag until 5:45. It was not my order. The only thing right was the last name. She never checked the order #. I repeatedly called the store for 15 minutes until 6:00. No one would answer. Very,very,rude. These young people just have no good work ethic.

I had one unpleasant experience during the pandemic shutdown but, ALWAYS great service with Dominique handling Curbside pickups! Store manager Vicky was also helpful in dealing with the issue of my unpleasant experience.

If you are looking for craft materials this is your place. They carry a decent selection of items and although there are at most 2 cashiers open, there isnt really a long line. Michaels tends to have online coupons. So if there is a big ticket item you are interested in, you could easily save. The sewing area does lack fabric but with all of the other things you can get its an easy trade off.

Good selection of frames. Best to shop when there is sale to get best value. Not enough staff.

Out of all most everything Christmas, not much to choose from, except wrapping paper. And garland...

Great supply and craft store! Associates are always very helpful. Many useful coupons-daily with their rewards sign up. As a mother of 2 preschoolers, great go to store for all arts and crafts supplies from name brands to cheaper supplies. Also free classes offered on DIY projects.

The website needs to be updated as the advertisement of “same day curbside when ordered before 3:00pm” and same day delivery for $14.99” is inaccurate and can be inconvenient. Very understandable that it’s busy times, and store staff is very friendly but I needed items yesterday that I still haven’t received along with paying that extra $14.99.

This place is my home away from home I own an art business and teach paint events and being able to order in bulk and pick it up at the store is so easy and they always have a lot of things that I need in stock and ready to go so quick. The staff is so nice an accommodating!

Michaels is a great place to buy craft materials. I buy lots of craft materials for my students. I also buy all 9f my Christmas decorations here. Michaels has fantastic discounts. As a teacher I get another 15% off. Every Michaels store I visit is nice. Try them all.

The employees are always helpful. They will take the time to walk with you to the item you are looking for. I have noticed that over the years the yarn department is getting smaller. They had a great yarn selection at one time. Some other items are very hard to find.The store is well lit. Automatic doors in front. Customer washroom available.

This Michaels always is out of items. I have to travel to other Michaels to get what I need and its not getting better. Paint section was empty, messy & some of the paints looked old.

I found everything with ease. Staff was great at the registers. However, not much staff on the floor to help though.

Great store. Has a large variety of great quality items. Blonde middle-aged woman with the glasses, assuming she is a manager, extremely rude. Make sure you don’t accidentally purchase something because you won’t get fully reimbursed.

Curbside service is not worth it i have been waiting for over 4 hours to get email to pick items up and still have not received it. Try to call store and oh boy that’s a joke.

They didnt have what I was looking for but the manager was very helpful attempting to find me what I needed. He even went on the website and all thru the app for a good 15 minutes trying to find certain products. Very nice service.

I almost gave this 3 stars because I dont like how this particular store is laid out. Its very cramped and can feel dumpy at times. However, the people that work at this location are usually very helpful. Expect to wait a while to be helped, but they generally try their best to find an answer, even if they arent experts in the area you are asking questions about.

Good selection of craft related products. Even better, there are employees everywhere in the store ready to help you find what you need. Not many stores have that kind of service anymore.

Thats all it was okay. Too messy, some aisles had empty shelves and when I asked a worker for a certain item, he sent me to another area altogether. Seems like he wasnt wanting to be there and his mask was under his nose. Not cool!

I enjoyed shopping around this store..It has huge selection on items you need to start a hobby in crafts and allows you to be creative with their vast items of art, baking, home improvement/decor supplies. This place is clean well maintained and organize. Staff are friendly but not all I guess the one I bumped into was too busy. They also have enough room for parking space.
