I own Aero Marine Services and do not understand why Google posts the ONLY bad reviews we have received and only one of the multitude of GOOD reviews that we receive every day. These two customers wouldnt be happy if they won the lottery today and because of their attitude I refused to continue to work on their boats. The reasons are not important and not for public knowledge but remember you cant please all of the people all of the time. If you are interested in other reviews please check our Facebook page. Thank you for your time.Archie RuhlanderAero Marine Services
Horrible! We purchased $10,000+ worth of electronics. Archie seemed very pleasant at first, but as soon as he had our money, he turned rude, sarcastic and miserable. It took six months to get him to finally install the equipment, and he charged hundreds more than the contract price for additional parts that werent in the quote. The autopilot didnt work at all. First the steering pump wasnt properly installed and fluid leaked all over, staining the boat. Then his sloppy wiring all came loose and he had to rewire everything. He had the nerve to charge hundreds more for service calls to fix his own mistakes. We filed a BBB complaint and he refused to respond, so the complaint was dropped. Apparently, thats how he keeps his A+ rating. Stay away!
Horrible service!Archie is a con artist,Before he did anything he was worried about the payment, after allegedly the job was done he refused the see trail, after me and the family took the boat out engine that he serviced stalled! After he received the money never answered my texts or calls, stay away from this family, never pay before you satisfied with the job.Very unprofessional, unpleasant, I wish I have never met them.
We are loopers and had a fresh water pump go bad. This time of year in the Chicago area Marine service is difficult to get due to all of the boats being hduked out for the winter. However, Aero replaced our pump the next day so we could be on our way.I highly recommend these folks.
