Asen, Antoinette, Robert and Tom are excellent people to work with! Having had an extremely awful experience at another U-Haul truck rental store in Cheyenne, they made the experience of renting a truck so much easier. We had already rented storage unit which was so easy to use with automatic doors, carts and elevators with a Bonus indoor unloading area for the truck. GREAT PLACE to rent a truck and store your stuff!

The facility is very clean and secure! I feel very good about storing my stuff here. Free use carts makes it easy for me to unload stuff.

It took them about 41/2 hours to put a tow hitch in August 2020. They were short staff and the guy there took forever. I got lots of patience but boy was he slow. Now I got a electrical problem with the connection and had it looked at. it looks totally unprofessional. Talk to the management very friendly and no problem, there going to fix it tomorrow. There customer service goes above and beyond the call of duty. Ill review it tomorrow after the work is complete.

My wife and I returned two trucks there after normal business hours yesterday. While we were there, Antoinnette offered to assist us with the check-in process. She was awesome! Even though her work day was over, she voluntarily stuck around to help us out. She was just so helpful and professional, and we really appreciated it! Thanks Antoinette!

Love their services, didnt care for their storage as much, but it certainly wasnt bad, just not what we were looking for. The people have always been friendly and helpful, but many of the part time staff if very uneducated in the offers, pricing and available services. Still a great spot if you need a hitch put on your car or need other towing services.

Excellent service in getting the hitch installed on my Outback. David definitely knows what he is doing.!

After a HORRIBLE experience with a different authorized uhaul location in which we were given an unsafe truck for our 900 mile drive, this facility and the marketing manager i think it is, Paul, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us taken care of. He spent 3 plus HOURS on the phone to find us a truck and make sure we got it. He made sure we were taken care of and helped us solve a problem that he DID NOT create. He and Lisa are FANTASTIC

Large facility that makes drop-off easy. Dropped truck off, the 4-5 staff members (with only one other customer in the store) took almost two hours afterwords to input my return information resulting in a day of late fees. Not sure whether to attribute this to negligence or fraud.

Beautiful new facility. Great security and ability to access our units when we need too. Easy drop off for the truck and trailer we rented, very smooth process.

The company is great, we have done business with uhaul for 30 yrs.

Very friendly, accommodating and had all I wanted.

Everyone who works there is very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The storage units are enclosed inside the building, on three floors with a large elevator. The temperature inside is climate controlled, AC in the summer and heat in the winter. No worries about outside dust or rain getting in. The building is new, and the first months rent is FREE ! Better check it out !

Brand freaking new. The employees were a bit green, not quite comfortable with UHaul procedures and stuff but with patience we were able to work through it. Everybody was helpful and we got it done, which is in the end important.

They have what you need during a move.

Amazing. I never thought I wanted and needed so much of two of everything available for proper moving and relocations or storage of stuff and for hoarding collections, until after I briefly visited this place. Wow!
