Poor customer service. Once the machines are sold they have no interest in working with repair work or warranty work, unless of course you’re willing to pay their labor rates. Communication is terrible. Would not recomend using to purchase any major equipment from.If you like hillyard products however cowboy supply house has the best prices around.
