Parking is spacious and theres a gas station in the lot for convenience. The parking spaces are on a slant so of youre not comfortable with that be advised. There is a Starbucks inside and from what Ive been told fresh sushi made daily for the customers. I heard its delicious though I didnt try it. A lot of organic items to choose from as well as gluten, soy, and dairy free. The employees seem nice as well. I recommend this place to shop.

This company (like many other corporate ran establishments) holds their employees and their overall well-being in check by continuously under hiring staff and increase the workload for others. The upper management should be investigated for negligence to prevent the further loss of customers and workers. As I see it, this company has lost all my trust in its ability to provide adequate service to its most important section of business, their own employees. Would not recommend taking a job here as they will never hire sufficient staff to make up for all the upper managements detrimental down falls, that are burdened upon the underpaid, under staffed, under valued, efforts of new hires, and long term employees alike. I truly hope this grievous errors will be corrected sooner rather than later...

Service has gone downhill, the click list is no longer good. The time slots are good however the workers don’t care about what they select for you. I have used click list numerous times hoping the service gets better but it gets worse. Numerous time my fruit or vegetables have been inedible. The apples are bruised with scratches all over them. The grapes are popped and disgusting looking. The avocados I have received are so mushy.I am over the terrible selection that King Soopers offers, I am tired of when I go into the store it is filled with rude people, rude staff and awful options for fresh anything.

It’s great to have variety in a smaller city like Cheyenne

Krogers is one of the best grocery chains for price and selection. They aggressively mark down product as it nears the sell by date, thus providing very good value.

Always a line and always sold out of everything. Which I guess is a Cheyenne thing! every store I go to the shelves are empty I’ve seen more food in Florida during a hurricane.

Very slow Pharmacy, like consistently slow, everytime you call you are immediately put on hold for 10-15 minutes, they seem to be getting slower been waiting over 3 hours today for my meds, Dr called them in yesterday.

So my mom and I went to go get groceries and it was snowy out and the roads were bad and the last thing we wanted to do was go get groceries, but we stopped by kind Soopers and hurried up yo get groceries, got our things and went to go check out. Well when we got to check out the guy scanning our groceries (his name was grant) he was so nice he immediately started to compliment my mom’s shirt and then they really got to relate from then on, then the gal bagging our groceries was really nice too (her name was Nancy)! These two made our whole trip out in snowy weather worth it they were so kind, and people on the road and in stores aren’t always nice.

Just got the 8 piece chicken family meal with 2 sides. Chicken was so dry and flavorless. The mashed potatoes were so salty we couldnt even eat them. The best part of the meal was the sweet rolls prepackaged. The potato salad was not terrible but not delicious. Never again will we do that for $12.99. Albertsons is way better and cheaper even.

So I was hungry after a long day. This was my first visit. Upon entry I was surprised, what an inviting place, finding good deals all around. With minimal prep, I made a surf and turf. The seafood rep and a customer both helped me plan how to cook it. Thats a good experience. I definitely will come back.

I am very sketchy of store bakeries because one time it was an absolute NIGHTMARE. We chose a princess cake for our daughters birthday and it was just like the picture. It was perfect. Also, I have never ever had such fluffy and delicious cake. Thank for helping make her birthday perfect!

Megan the store manager was amazing! There was an issue with my order for a funeral and she called all hands on deck and made sure everything was perfect and had it delivered. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Thank you Megan!

Really disappointed with the pickup service at this location. For the second time in a row today. Our pickup order wasn’t ready until over an hour after our scheduled time.

Truly the best grocery store in town for value, friendliness, cleanliness, organization and, above all, savings. The deli is always fresh, the staff are always helpful. They dont force you in to self check-out like some of the other grocery stores (always plenty of people at checkout). Now that they have a way for me to order online, I never have to go in the store unless I want to. That has been a free service for the month of December and I hope they find a way to keep it that way so I never have to shop at Walmart again.

If you value your life, keep away from this congested, NO SOCIAL DISTANCING, NO CUSTOMER MASKS, one check-out station in the evening (self check-out) market where 10 or 12 or more people are jammed up in a big fat cluster, literally bumping into each other at check-out. DANGEROUS. I went in the evening hoping it would be safe but is was shocking. The staff is super friendly and helpful, but theyre not police officers and cant order the customers around. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. ZERO! I wanted to buy an avocado but I couldnt get near -- there was a man and a woman, NO MASKS, grapping and squeezing almost all of the avocados in the display, while the man was coughing and the woman was constantly yawning with no effort to cover her mouth. I love this store, but what happened to any concern about the spread of this deadly disease? Now its like running into a burning building.

Washed down the carts before customers took them trough the store, all the prices are marked well and didn’t see any missing, definitely impressed after moving here recently and I’m not easily impressed! Great job friendly staff!!

Excellent grocery store with great selection. Frequently very busy, and sometimes has trouble keeping up with stocking. Produce and deli are always fresh and tasty. Good number of self checkout stations as well.

Good selection. Growing amount of gluten free options. Doesnt have a whole natural area like the one in Fort Collins, but we usually come here for groceries anyway. Constantly good prices on items we need. The discount for fuel is very worthwhile for this family.

There are times when you wonder why things are placed where they are. Example: applesauce - why is it on the aisle with pb&j and not with canned fruit? Other times things make perfect sense. One of the better stores in town, but I cannot give 5 stars as the comments I have heard and overheard about how the employees get treated is at times shocking.

One of the BEST places to shop! I wanted to buy a gallon of their store brand of organic skim milk BUT they ONLY had half gallon sizes. I bought one half gallon then they gave me the 2nd one for FREE! Theyre online electronic coupon deals are awesome too. Lots of good fresh produce. Almost the only place I do food shopping anymore.

Thankful there is a gas station in the parking lot. Appreciate how clean the bathrooms are. Got a coffee at Starbucks. I appreciate they have open cash registers. I personally do not like to check myself out.

Best place in town to get your organics. Their deli has baked, bbq, fried and spicy chicken in meal deals that are very reasonably priced. The produce is always fresh. The Starbucks manager inside the store is by far and away the friendliest person in the store (everyone is nice but she is the best!) The meat counter has a good selection of meat and the butchers on staff are ready to accommodate any reasonable request you may have.

This is the first time in MONTHS I didnt have to bag my own groceries. Other than that I only shop there. The employees are fun and always happy. My favorite is Jo. He always makes me laugh

My go to grocery store in Cheyenne. The produce, meat, cheese and bakery is the best in Cheyenne hands down. Their prices are also wonderful especially if you use their free membership. My only complaint is the parking lot absolutely sucks, it is always full, hard to access and dangerous.

Not great, but not bad. Severely needs an update though. It is the best option in Cheyenne for groceries and I used to shop there regularly just for the fuel savings. Kroger sold off their Loaf-and-Jug locations so it is not worth the drive all the way across town anymore. It is a typical grocery store but most everything there is available at other places for the same price. Id love to see it renovated to be more like some of the King Soopers locations in Colorado.

They always have great deals on produce and its always fresh. I also never have to wait to checkout even during peak periods as they always have enough cashiers. Definitely worth the drive!

Too many times they advertise things that are not available and they lldont honor all sale prices as advertisedWent back oct 9th. Many people not wearing masks inside like sign says. All you non mask wears are so selfish n disrespectful... Your rights are not being violated by wearing a mask!!! You have no right to risk other peoples safety!!!!... If a store is going to mandate in store mask wearing then why isnt it enforced????

I had my prescriptions filled here quickly and the pharmacist was very helpful.

Not busy like Walmart and decent prices. The gas points is the best cause you buy food anyways. Card is also use at Loaf and Jug getting you even more points. Best place to get gas as well cause it starts at 87 for the same price as 85 at other places around town

Nearly all my shopping---pharmacy, food, fuel---is done at the King Soopers in Cheyenne. I love this store.However, this will all change if I ever see a customer in there carrying a weapon. People who are dumb enough to carry guns into a grocery store (unless they intend to rob it) are obviously too dumb to own and operate guns. I will not risk my personal safety to shop among such people.Please amend your corporate policy regarding guns in your stores.

King soopers is a wonderful grocery store. You can find fresh produce and meat here. There us a Starbucks located inside and Sushi made daily. I purchased crab legs recently and they were delicious. There is household items, gifts, floral department, books, movies, decorations and a pharmacy. Oh yes and a redbox inside. Literally an all you need one stop shop.

Best grocery store in Cheyenne. Its the only place with a wide range of hard to find foods in the area and excellent customer service.I used to drive ten miles out of my way to shop here. Fortunately, I dont have to do that anymore.

King Soopers belongs to the Kroger brand of Groceries, and features Kroger store brands. I shopped at Smiths back in Utah, and Krogers back in Kentucky. Great company over all.IMHO its the best grocery store in Cheyenne. The Commissary gives them stiff competition, but thats not available to most folks.I really wish theyd swap out the anti-pasta bar with a fresh salad bar like alot of other Kroger brand grocery stores have. I miss making a fresh salads for my lunch.

Convient and can have some great deals sometimes. I feel like they have fresher fruits and vegetables than the competition.

I will never buy fried foods from their deli department ever again. Every time I have gotten something from there, it has tasted like burned oil. Like the oil is never changed. Ive even complained about it to several employees. Ive gone a few times hoping itll be different, but sadly nothing changes & the food continues to taste like burned oil.

It is the closest to my house which is unfortunate because when one of the end cap displays came apart as I removed a bottle of soda and hit me in the face causing a bruise under my eye I told an employee and the only thing she did was to put it on the floor so another shopper could trip over it. Their business is not caring about customers if they have to make some effort.

Not too enthused with the produce section right now. I paid just under $6.00 for 2 lbs of small green grapes . Cream of wheat was almost $5.00 a box and a small box not a family size portion either . Usually I am pleased with king soopers but tonight was a slight disappointment.

Updated and a star removed because of annoying corporate policies and practices. To take advantage of most sales you now have to waste a bunch of time sorting through online coupons so the corporation can track your purchases, and a large percent of the time many discounts are not properly applied at the register and then even more time is spent reviewing receipts and requesting reimbursements. Still, this seems the best large chain grocery for quality produce in Cheyenne. They support local (or at least close to local) farmers and the quality is much better than the other large chain grocery stores while pricing is very competitive. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. While I would appreciate it if they got more sea foods and other products from places other than China (where quality and health checks are minimal), that is a problem in all the big chain stores.

A really nice grocery store; clean, nice produce and product selection. However, the big win for us is that they stock dry ice; most places (Walmart) in this region do not. We came for the dry ice, but stayed for the grapes.

Great selection of fresh produce. Now features a large assortment of gourmet cheese. This location also has a Starbucks and fresh sushi. However, this supermarket gets extremely crowded on weekends, and prior to Holidays and Winter storms.

Over the past 1 1/2yrs, Ive placed an order for Hormel Pickled Pig feet and they only came in once. The 1 time they came in, they were sold to a lady who came in looking for the product. I was told that the supervisor told them to sell them because they couldnt contact the person who ordered them. Piss poor customer service because I never received a phone call saying they were in but the customer service counter stated they someone called me and I never came to pick them up, REALLY! SO I placed another order and didnt want to pick them up?

It is always clean when I shop for my groceries. I have never had bad customer service from any of the employees. However, I will never shop for fruits and veggies here ever again. Every single time that I buy them, I bring rhem home and within 2 days all of them are bad. Weather its sitting on the counter or in the fridge.

Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. I ordered her an Elsa and Anna Disney Frozen cake. I went to pick it up early (luckily, since they did not even remember our order). They got upset and told me it wasnt ready yet. When I went to pick it up, it was just thrown together, flat, and the frosting was jammed into the lid. It looks awful and NOTHING like it was supposed to. They did not even know how to put the topping on and said they couldnt find a picture (which was in their ordering book).I will not be ordering a cake from here again. Hopefully your childs birthday is not disappointing due to the cake.I would add pictures, but I do not have that option on this forum.

Stock needs to be moved toward the front of the shelf, need to have sackers, and need to restock products several times a day.

My only complaint is that its too crowded! We need a King Super on the west side of town. Great selection of Deli items!
