Love shopping here when Im in Cheyenne. They have the best produce department

The prices were reasonable, the produce and bakery was fresh. Its no surprise the store was busy. Quality attracts business.

This is an average location that occasionally does not have the number of associates to support customers. It’s not uncommon for the lines to be up the isles.

A wonderful local place to get cheap, good quality groceries.

Always a line and always sold out of everything. Which I guess is a Cheyenne thing! every store I go to the shelves are empty I’ve seen more food in Florida during a hurricane.

Constantly short staffed and out of products. Ive lived here six years and this stores management can never order things ahead of time. Go to Safeway or the Albertsons off Pershing.

There kind of pricey I think but good selection of options and I think produce is good

I was stranded in the woman’s bathroom today with no toilet paper and was very angry. It seems they dont care about the bathrooms any longer, they did great when Covid was at its peak. The last few times I’ve gone in there they are very dirty, also the wipes for the carts aren’t available just like Walmart. Im a very upset customer since I had a meeting to go to with a wet skort🤬

The store is well stocked and clean and employees are friendly and helpful.

Staff is friendly and try their best to help and move you along as quickly as possible even with all the worker shortages

I live blocks away so its the most convenient which is in it self inconvenient. There are a couple of employees that are just rude.

Normally this location is extremely crowded. The staff always tries to make the experience quick.

Waited and waited for someone to come to customer service. Two people were behind the counter, they both looked at me and walked away. One person came up and asked how they could help me and I told him I needed the money order they told me only somebody else could do it so they called him up about 10 minutes later he came up and told me he couldnt do it. I spent over 30 minutes in that store and still didnt get a money order. Not a good experience. I wont be going back.

Its a great Albertsons, especially for the size. Watch for deals, when they have them the prices are better than anything in town, but even at normal prices the place is nice. Help is always friendly, they have a nice little sushi place with a guy that will do special orders, and honestly for the price its really good. The produce section is the worst feature here, but even it is serviceable.

Very pleasant place, helpful people

Had a small issue with my mothers grocery delivery. She was charged and didnt receive her groceries. I called and talked to Brad in the delivery department and right away he refunded the money AND gave her groceries as well. What a stellar example of great customer service at a time when thats not the norm. Im grateful for the prompt service and for their diligent response in making this issue right. Thanks so much!

In and out with fast checkers and friendly staff

I shop at two different places for groceries. Albertsons usually has what Im looking for. Employees are generally friendly and helpful. I also needed a prescription and dropped that off before beginning my grocery shopping. It was ready when I was finished with the groceries.

They have an awesome mango chicken hot in the deli

I love Albertsons... and when they put self checkouts I usually can get in and out pretty fast. Lately they increased the sound on self registers and its so annoying. Thats why the 3. I think they do it so that they can monitor it without even standing there. I wish they would let us control the volume.. I have excellent hearing so it actually hurts when they keep it maxed. I live 30 minutes out of town so Albertsons isnt the most convenient but I still go here for most grocery shopping

Went to get one chicken breast from the meat counter. Waited for a ridiculous amount of time while the person working behind the meat counter was being instructed by some other person about the placement of signs. This discussion started AFTER both saw me standing there. Both looked at me numerous times and continued to ignore me. Finally asked what I needed and proceeded to wrap up the single chicken breast… no sorry, no thank you, no nothing! Horrible customer service!

They get many of my dollars and I get satisfaction from the goods and services found here. The staff are friendly, helpful and seek to please. I especially like the meats; the discounts in various things; cheese and more. The prices are reasonable and if you use the small basket you can almost stay in budget.

This store sold me a defective gift card ($300) and they refuse to refund my money. I have been dealing with the incompetent management of this store since 12/19/2020 and they continue to ignore inquiries from my bank and the BBB. Do NOT purchase gift cards from this store.

Deli had great help and the trusted friend chicken was sooo good.Why did I rate them 4 not 5?? ONE, ONLY ONE, cashier!!!! We all had to wait and wait some more. Self checkout was having issues again but I dont use it anyhow.

Great staff, friendly bakery, and the checkers are super as the teenagers are very fast and cool and the middle-aged ladies are very friendly and the old guy always has a nice story.

Staff are friendly but the lines are always long due to only having have 1 or 2 registers open and requiring customers to use self checkout.

Came in to get large packages of spinach, manager was stocking but did not offer to help me despite my looking for specific items over extended period of time. Speed of checkout was good. Checker was friendly, smiled, and thanked me for wearing a mask. That made positive impression. Experience in store was good but not great.

One of the worst costumer service experiences ever. Very bad costumer communication and treatment. I had to drive for 3 hours to the store and back and I didn’t even get what I came for. I didn’t even get an apology for the misunderstanding and my wasted time. Just wow.

Nice clean store with everything you need, great deli, superb meat counter, seafood, bakery, fresh produce, and best of all, kind and friendly staff.

Ill just be honest. I pay a little bit more Albertson to avoid the big W store.

I work for Instacart and I have PTSD so shopping is challenging for me, I know...you are thinking what are you doing? Well, I use it as a tool to help me. I only shop smaller stores. With all that being said I was shopping for a customer in your store this past Friday and Kevin-I hope I remembered his name correctly. Helped me out A Lot. He is knowledgable of the store and friendly. 1/8/2020. If I have the wrong name he was the gentleman stocking in the cheese aisle. Thank you very much Kevin.

Bakery - had an issue with a cake order I had placed. I expected and was okay with a band-aid fix. Not these ladies. They went above and beyond making my order right. Thank you.

The fruit and vegetables are over ripe. But the meat department has a decent selection. Other than the mask requirement its not to bad.

Just had an interview there and the hiring manager is wonderful. Very laid-back very professional I have to say it was one of the most enjoyable interviews that Ive had.

Milk freezers are always dirty, otherwise the store is pretty clean. the staff is relatively nice but not overly helpful.

It seems to never fail that when I shop here there is something on my list that they do not have. Then I have to go to another store to find it.

Great grocery store with better than average food items. Drug section is sparse, but adequate.

Its a nice clean store. Lot of great sales regularly. I do find check out far to understaffed. So expect a little extra time to check out. But staff stays courteous. Despite they are clearly over worked due to understaffed check outs.

They have a good selection of products and a decent produce, deli and bakery. Pharmacy is wonderful and has drive-thru service available.

Great prices, variety and people. They also have a great rewards program that offers some additional discounts that arent available without their card. Awesome!

I am growing increasingly frustrated with insufficient, long lines, very little help from staff, little knowledge from staff about products, many products unavailable. Some staff members are friendly, but many are unresponsive. I have NEVER had a special request (on a form) even recognized! I am getting very tired of wandering the aisles looking for products! I am also tired of rude employees who are stocking shelves, see me searching, and WILL NOT MOVE!!!

Deli, meat and seafood selection is the best. Bakery selection is a bit too small.

Normal, nice grocery store! They have some specialty items like great sushi, but lacking in others like fresh fish. Its super busy evenings and weekends but well staffed and well stocked.

Clean albertsons

The employees are always helpful. Rarely ever out of what I am shopping for. The store is clean and organized. It is always a great experience, even when it gets busy!

We bought 170- worth of groceries. The store was adequately staffed, well lit and included top-notch, freshest possible produce and meat. This is the most pleasant grocery shopping experience in Cheyenne.

Frozen Dairy Dessert 😋I think its ice cream but it doesnt say it anywhere on the package...

Meat selection was very limited and at least a dollar per pound higher than elsewhere in town. Beware of the 4 packs of meat for $20. Out of 5 we looked at, three of them would have been cheaper to purchase the packages individually as the totals didnt add up to $20. Seems like a scam. And the bogo packages are ridiculously overpriced like $3.50 per pound for chicken legs
