Ive been here twice now, the first time to buy wedding rings the second time to buy silicone wedding rings. Both times the sales associates didnt even recognize me. It would be one thing if they recognized I was there and maybe told me theyd be with me. But that never happened, just disregarded me completely. Today the one employee was sitting there BSing with his friends for the entire 5 minutes I waited. Wedding rings and jewelry are expensive and you guys will never get my money.

The entire staff has been amazing. Alejandro was amazing helping me get a Christmas present ordered for my wife. We have had everything done from warranty work to pulling links out of my daughters new smart watch and they have NEVER pushed a product on us. They only helped with exactly what we asked of them...every single person we have worked with has been great...but particularly again, hats off to Alejandro for helping me out getting a stormtrooper necklace for my wife.

The staff is very welcoming. My fiance and I are oddballs but theres never any judgement when we shop here. Weve made all our fine jewelry purchases here, most recently our wedding bands, and its always a nice atmosphere. I usually have 20 questions because I am allergic to certain metals and I like to customize things like necklace chains or ring settings, etc. The staff does their absolute best to accommodate my wishes and they show me all the options they provide.

Customer service is not great. I tried to call all day and never got an answer, so I went to the store to see if the ring we sent in to get sized was in yet it was not. I asked why they didnt answer the phone and all they told me is that if they are busy they dont answer the phone. What kind of service is this. Like some how the people who are trying to call you are not as important you need to learn how to multi task.

Incredibly disappointed!I placed a ring from Kay Jewelers on layaway expecting to secure the sale price. After the transaction was completed I was told I would need to pay off the layaway in in 5 days, before the sale ended, in order to keep the sale price. I borrowed money to pay the ring off before the sale ended and figured their layaway plan was a joke. Ok, its my fault for not asking details about the layaway plan.Moving on.....My fiancée loved the engagement ring so I wanted to find a matching wedding band for her. We found a beautiful ring last Sunday and the price was good so I told the manager that we wanted this ring but I wasn’t prepared to purchase it that day (ring shopping is sometimes a spur of the moment deal....). She said she would hold it until Monday (Yes, the next day) when I would come in and complete the purchase. Nothing was said about a sale ending and we even discussed, laughingly, the option of layaway but decided that it was worthless so that was excluded from our viable options.Monday, I go to the store, greeted by manager and she rings up the band. Im excited, but.......theres a problem. The ring is now $200 more than it was yesterday. She says Sorry and looks at me expecting to pay the extra price. I ask her if she can key it down and she says that she isnt able to. I tell her that she can put the ring away and leave the store.Incredibly disappointed.On the way home I decide to call Kays corporate line and find out that the layaway policy DOES indeed lock in a sale price if it is paid off prior to the end of the layaway term. (Nothing related to sale dates will have an effect on the layaway terms or price, kind of what you expect on layaway).So here I am, without the wedding band that I was expecting to purchase, finding out that I’ve been lied to and deceived more than once at this location.Incredibly disappointed.I told the corporate Kay’s representative that I had no future plans to purchase anything from their store but I was still a bit surprised that their only response was that they would make sure the manager understood the layaway policy. The rep said she was sorry I didn’t have a better experience, I told her I offended by them and their lack of integrity and honesty. I did express to her that I had no issue with the rep but rather the store manager and the loose interpretation of policy and their corporate integrityI have given up with Kay’s Jewelers and I sincerely suggest you find other jewelers. My experience with Shane Company has been nothing less than stellar and my purchases at Jared’s Jewelers are also amazing. I recommend any other option since there are so many jewelers with much higher integrity than Kay’s.

Purchased a 1K diamond princess cut for around $3,000 in 2008. After appraisal in 2018 the ring with diamond is worth its weight in gold. This was evaluated by three different places. The diamond is worth absolutely nothing. Do not trust them!

I ordered 2 rings and was told it was $25 to size one of them. I had to size the ring up 2.5 sizes because their rings are only stocked with one size. When I went to pick them up it was actually $25 per size up which cost an extra $70 on top of the price I already paid for the ring. These people do not give out accurate information to the buyers. I will not be buying from them ever again.

Amanda Douglas (Asstiant Manager) was extremely helpful! I was nervous about buying an engagement ring and she made it easy. She was incredibly patient and informative, tried on the rings for me and answered every question! The manager was also very friendly! There are a lot of places I could have gone to buy a ring but the experience and help she provided is why I chose Kays!

After todays experience with the store Manager Juan Wiseman I will never spend money at this store again. I will only go there for service on my jewelry so I dont lose my lifetime warranty. He is very unprofessional and should not be in a store manager role he does not know how to treat customers. I tried explaining to him that I wanted my wedding ring and anniversary ring sent out to be dipped since Ive had it for awhile and they were starting to lose the color of white gold he told me it was not a thing and that in the past I was lied to. I told him that it is a thing and you can tell if white gold is dipped he told me it was just polished up and then proceeded to tell me I did not know what I was talking about. Ive been in customer service for 10 plus years and no matter how much I thought the customer was wrong I never told them to their face because with good customer service the customer is always right. I then proceeded to tell him I will be going to Jareds from this point on for all my purchases and he said great I hope you do so I dont have to deal with you anymore. This guy is the wrong face for Kays which is sad because thats where I bought all my jewelry but not anymore Ill will for sure go somewhere that can appreciate a customer and not look at them like they are just a number. By the way I have reported this to Corporate and if they take the situation seriously and discipline him like they should they could earn my business back however I wont hold my breath.

I am giving one star because zero is not allowed. This store is very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I brought my rings in for repair and was turned away because I had not bought them from that particular store, but from a sister store that said I could do so. Come to find out they also never recorded my inspection from two months prior. Bye, bye warranty... all because they are too incompetent to do their jobs correctly. Or maybe thats just their gimmick to make more money!

This store is horrible, I ordered a necklace online and recieved it with the chain broken. I went to the store as it was a gift and needed a new chain quickly, the MANAGER told me there was nothing he could do since he did not have that exact chain in store. He was not willing to help in any way, not even willing to work with me to pay extra for a replacement. I will never go back but he could care less, nothing lost for him. I only gave a one star because I had to to leave a review. Update: He told me to go to the greeley, co store because they had the chain, my husband talked to that store manager and he did not have the exact same chain so he gave us a bigger one at NO COST to me just to make it right. So it is just the cheyenne store that is horrible and LIES TO CUSTOMERS!

DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCTATION. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE EITHER. JUAN WISEMAN IS A LIAR AND A FAKE. HE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST “ATTEMPT” OF A LEADER I HAVE EVER SEEN. HE WILL OPEN AND CLOSE HIS STORE WHENEVER HE LIKES, TAKING THE MONEY AWAY FROM EMPLOYEES. IF SIGNET WAS SMART THIS MAN WOULD BE FIRED ALONG WITH HIS ASSISTANT MANAGER TO CLEAR TO TOXIC ATMOSPHERE OF JUAN AND HIS TEAM. I TRULY HOPE SOMEONE IMPORTANT FROM SIGNET READS THIS AND JUAN LOSES HIS JOB.
