Very knowledgeable and truly helpful. My wife was very impressed with the staff.. they seemed liked they were glad to see us and showed alot of things to help her with the next project..

I have never been in a Tandy leather that wasnt top notch and this Tandy is no exception. The manager is extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. All things I greatly appreciate. His support staff was great too. Knowledgeable and able to show test examples of products with great advice to boot. They have a great selection of basics as well as exotics not just in leather but in tools dyes hardware, kits, patterns, books... The list goes on. The Cheyenne Tandy store is old school awesome. From the way they have what you need on the shelf or a solid work around to the staff from the top down all are genuinely interested in your questions and honest, while creating a comfortable environment for shopping as well as letting your creative side run wild. As always Tandy Leather in particular the Cheyenne, Wy location is a joy to visit and to spend more money then you should have and yet not feel bad, instead you know you just invested in quality.

Terrible customer service. We were in town for Cheyenne Frontier Days and needed to make an adjustment to a belt. He tried to purchase the belt cutter, but was told they could not accommodate with a board to make the cut on. Cost the sale of the cutter and anything else we may have decided to buy. (We purchase all of his commercial leather making items from Tandy in WA, so this was beyond upsetting.) Shame on the worker for not thinking this one through.

The store is dirty and unkept, staff and customer service are poor, prices are high and little effort is made to keep people coming back. Backs of some of the leather are so dirty that they cant be used. Their in-stock items are few, parking lot is a mess and the manager struggles with communicating positively about his customers and staff. You would be better off driving to CO or ordering online. I did not write this after one visit. I had been going a few times a year for about three years. I decided I wont be going back after interactions I witnessed this last time.

Ppl not very warm or friendly... Too indifferent to ur being there to spend money. Probably owned by a Colorado company, better to shop elsewhere. -star rating.

Knowledgeable staff, prices are kinda high but they offer great products. Tandy Leather offers a membership program with a yearly fee that reduces prices. They also have a military rewards program for past or present military members. Great place for anyone needing leather, leather goods, tools and accessories.

Great place with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their knowledge shows through with every step of the way. Really had a lot of fun with Rebecca making a wallet. Will definitely come back.

Stopped in with an idea and no real clue how to make it happen.The lady that helped me was great. Hung in there with me from start to finish. Good place to get things that you forgot about and dont want to wait for if you order online or from somewhere else. Just wish they could cut down on the employee turnover.
