They always say they are able to print out DLCs but after you pay they say oh sorry there is a error that wont let me. This has happened multiple times. The other location in town has my money because they make you feel welcomed when you come in. This location just stares at you.

Great service, a very knowledgeable staff that goes above and beyond!! I was having a hard time finding a game and the manager knew exactly whaich one i was telling him about. Great selection of games and hard to find toys. The shop is clean and they have good prices that are comparable and better to larger stores. And really good deals on used game systems too.

This location had the very obscure item I wanted. Big selection but they seem to be phasing out the Xbox 360 and PS3 stuff.The latter is unfortunate the former however is awesome.

Staff there are super nice. They held some accessories for me so I can take my kids in Christmas shopping for each other, one at a time. Store is a little cramped, but most accessories are cheaper than Walmart (Nyko PS4 controller charging station).

My brother loves all the merch and games.

Jaden was very rude and refused to take my games which I brought in to sell this evening. He claimed my drivers license wasnt as valid reason form if ID cuz the holograms were worn off. Funny thing though the same ID worked a few days ago to open a players membership at that same store and this ID has worked at other GameStop locations without any issues. He even refused to give me a bag for the Wii U controller I had purchased.

Its usually good but today was not so good I was given the wrong information about a dlc pack in was buying ended up buying the wrong one ..and this was reading everything I wanted off the computer screen in front of him !!and bc its digital dlc cant do anything about it

The gentleman there name Alex had helped me greatly for finding and price matching an XBOX 360 from gamestop, to walmart and a couple of other stores and resolved that there store had the best deal. Also helping me with finding a video game for this system, he had called the other store to find out if they had the game and gave me other store names to see if they might sell the game there. Alex helped me out to the best of his ability and I appreciate that. Good employee, knowledgable, helpful, and kind.

I went there today to get a pc game i found that most people in the store were mostly computer illiterate like most people in this town (CHEYENNE WYOMING) one of the worst things i found is idiots cant follow directions i asked for games that have microsoft controller support 2 i said NO STEAM games (steam sucks) well i was sold 4 games 1 was a steam game the other 3 have no controller support so guess what im out 50 bucks because i trusted gamestop NEVER will i trust gamestop idiots again!!!! and there selection is terrible on pc games and so very expensive.i have been gaming since pong began that means im retired OLD!!! elderly and im really starting to see why most gamers my age has quit gaming because companies like gamestop hire idiots to rip people off
