The Boutique is gorgeous, the employees are all so helpful and the owner Devon goes above and beyond to help her customers. You can find just about anything and everything you would need and of course want! The website is full of new arrivals all the time and is always giving her customers special offers and discounts! Shes by far an all around when it comes to the boutique world! I will always give her a 5 out of 5!

I shop at DD almost exclusively for 4 years now. You can find anything! Dress up or dress down and BRING ON THE COMPLIMENTS!! Every time I wear DD outfits I get stopped by strangers telling me they love the clothes. The owner will go out of her way to help you find what you need, help style the clothes, and make you feel great. No matter age or body type, you’ll find it at DD!!

Devon and her staff are caring and always willing to help me find sizes or a whole outfit at the store. She donated masks to our medical office staff during COVID. She has been incredible with every purchase or question I’ve ever had for her store! I would 110% recommend her store! My mom even comes from AZ and goes to this boutique every time! Everything I own is slowly turning into items from the Desperado Depot! Clothes are excellent quality and shipping is unreal. After a few minutes of placing my orders, I instantly get an email that my order is already on its way! Packaging is always clean and beautiful as well. Supporting local with top notch service is a win win!

I ordered my first pair of expensive jeans (something I paid more than $20 for) in 8 years! They fit a little to small, as I am a very curvey women! I called. She stayed open an extra 15 minutes just for me! Made sure I had the right fit and let me try them on!! Also talked to my two boys and gave them lollipops❤ Shes amazing! They best customer service Ive ever had! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

The owner is seriously amazing at communicating with her customers. I was searching for car freshies (not a very expensive item) but she still took the time to send me a ton of pictures and answer all the questions I had about them! It was refreshing to still be treated as a valued customer even though the item I was looking for wasn’t a high seller for her! Love this businesses! Shipping is quick too!

Hands down one of the best boutiques I’ve ever found!! She has such an amazing variety of items, the quality of everything is at its highest and she is an absolute delight to work with. Living up here in Canada we don’t have a ton of western stores to find unique items so finding the desperado depot was a dream. I’ve made a few orders from there and will continue to do so instead of going out to a store here to buy something. Love everything she’s done and how easy she’s made shopping online or answering questions. Would recommend her store over and over again!

Where to begin? Quality. Every single item I have purchased is of quality make and material. There are so many boutiques on Facebook and online that have cheaply made clothing that look good in photos, but when you get it, disappointment ensues over how cheaply made it is. Prompt service. As soon as the order is processed, a receipt comes through followed the next day by tracking info typically. The order always arrives in a timely fashion. Care. The package and its contents are neatly prepared and seem to have an extra touch regarding presentation. Style. Devon’s style choices are unique, but also seem like they were made for me. No one is wearing the same thing as me and I like that. They are bold but tasteful. There are always new things to browse and the website is easy to navigate and find the new goodies. No searching through several albums for them. Couldn’t be happier with Desperado Depot. ❤️

I have been to this shop three times during business hours and all three times it has been closed. I also took family from out of town and the shop was closed during business hours at that time also. This was within a six month period and on Saturday. Horrible way to run a business. We will take our business elsewhere.
