Pro Image is an amazing place to stop and buy sports items! There is no other place in this town that has the products that Pro Image has. The sales associates there are very nice and caring! They always do everything that they can to provide the customer with satisfaction. The stitching that they do on the hats is awesome! It always comes out very well, and if the customer is unhappy, they are more than happy to help fix what the customer is unhappy about. There is a review on google reviews that says something about the return policy that they have. Every store requires you to have a receipt, whether the tags are on it or not! There is a 30 day return policy on all of the items in the store. It even says that at the bottom of the receipt, and the customer is told about this policy when being checked out at the register. Also, if an item is on clearance, why would it be exchangeable? Its on clearance for a reason. All in all this store is a great place to shop in, and the people who work there are very helpful in helping us customers find what we need in a timely fashion!

What stood out most to me about my visit is the superb customer service. Very accomdating when it came to helping check out. Great selection of products as well. If you need sportswear in cheyenne give this place a shot

Bought a few hats recently. Son opened his yesterday when he flew in. Saw it had a defect so returned to exchange. Lady at the counter said they cant exchange due to the fact there is no way to know when it happened. And exchanges arent allowed anyways on clearance items. At no time were we told it was a clearance item, what the return or exchange policy was as its not written anywhere. How is she going to come up with 2 different excuses why not to exchange? What happened to customer is always right? Tags are still on it. I will be sure to use my influence to ensure no one i know utilizes this store. And will also be following up with management and the bbb for enforcing unwritten rules. Best of luck.

A nice place and not to pricey. I got a few hats their and got names put in the hats and a few other things. They look nice and the people I gave them to loved them.

Ordered a hat with a logo to be embroidered.Asked for a specific height/size of logo, told they could do it. Came back to pick it up & the manager said it couldn’t be done that large & made decision on his own to downsize the logo. The center isn’t even completely covered! Looks terrible & I told him I did not like it & he basically said too bad! Why not CONTACT THE BUYER & ASK? Didn’t have trouble taking my money, but too bad when it comes to making the customer happy. I had purchased here in the past & was satisfied, but will no purchase here again!Poor management!!!

Selection of teams and logos was decent. My dad wanted a very specific hat, with a bent bill and an adjustable band. Unfortunately the store only carried 2-3 hats in that type. The man behind the counter was also only checked on us after we had been in the store for about 10 minutes, not very personable or friendly

The people who work here are generally pretty knowledgeable and always helpful they Dont carry alot of eagles stuff but its in Wyoming so its not necessarily their fault
