They had exactly what I wanted and the staff was so nice!
Nice store. Good selection of shoes.
I went in there to buy some Adidas, Cheyenne was the guy that helped me and when I tried them on I didn’t want them. After I told him no he proceeded to slam the box onto the counter and shove the shoes into the box before storming into the back room. The girl then told me to have a nice day but not after that guy ruined it so if you go here never let him help you he is horrible at what he does and doesn’t know anything about customer service. This isn’t the first time this has ever happened with him either!
Whenever I walk past the store, everyone is on their phones or sitting on the checkout counter talking it up, not talking to customers. I ordered my wedding shoes in store and I specifically said a size 4 men’s/6 women. They entered the information wrong and I ended up getting a size 9 women shoe. I thought to myself maybe they just got it wrong it’s perfectly fine I’ll just go in and see if I can get it exchanged for the right size. So I went in and the girl was too busy getting hugs and kisses from her boyfriend who didn’t work there. During my exchange, she was not focused on what needed to be, instead focused on her boyfriend. She tried to have me pay again for the shoes instead of just exchanging them, then in the end she ended up typing in the wrong shoe size again. Im not one to complain, but this wasn’t a 5 star experience. Now I don’t have the correct size shoe for my wedding the second time around.
Came here once and had to order a pair of shoes online because they never have my size in the store, which was fine. But, the next time I came, I went to the front desk and asked if they had any 6.5’s or 7’s in a pair of shoes I was going to buy. They just sat their phones and didn’t pay any attention to me and just shook her head no. Will not be coming back. Went across to Zumiez and they were a LOT friendlier.
