While the staff is respectful, I found issues with their capabilities. I have ordered shirts from multiple companies around the country and did not run into the limitations I did with this company. The individual who helped with the order had little to no knowledge of what the design team needed. I provided images in the format requested to find out later that they were not what the design team could use. As I worked with them to provide the requested images they started piling on charges. In the end I was going to pay upwards of 150 dollars for fees prior to the cost of the shirts. Originally the prices quoted seamed too good to be true; however, in the end they did turn out to be. Im not saying I would t recommend them, but I will say you need to go in expecting a bit of a struggle.
