I got my cell phone battery replaced here and I’m so glad I did. For $60 and an hour of my time, it feels like I have a brand new phone! The staff were very helpful and easy to work with. They also called to follow up and make sure I was happy with the new battery. Great service is hard to come by these days, so I really appreciate it.

Battery delivery was about 10 days to the store. Personell said it is the delivery company issue. I dont know why this is allowed.

We are driving cross country in my motorhome and our chassis batteries kept discharging and became dead as a doornail. We had bought these batteries a year ago at a batteries plus in St. Louis- we pulled into the Cheyenne one and the staff was truly wonderful. They pulled our warranty information and took excellent care of us. They didn’t have two of our current size in stock so we went a smidge smaller - they refunded the difference and even installed them for us. In a time when friendly faces are few and far between and customer service usually seems lost these people went above and beyond and got us back on the road. Highly recommend.

Very good customer service. I could tell my associate was fairly new. But the manager came over to see everything was going well, and he than took time to tell me about maintenance and care of my batteries. Im sure it was just as much for the new employee, as it was for me, but still a good way to train people.

I have been dealing with Batteries+Bulbs in Cheyenne since they opened and I have never had a bad experience there. It was just Batteries Plus back then. I have bought several automotive and ATV type batteries there from my 450 dual-sport motorcycle to my 7.3 liter diesel Excursion. Cell phone/laptop/etc. I send family members and Co-workers there. I like the fact that they charge their batteries and keep them charged to make them last longer. Never have I had to charge a battery when I got it home.

Had to purchase a new car battery. Called to make sure it was in stock. Bought the battery and they installed it in about 10 minutes. Excellent customer service over the phone and in person. Highly recommend!

The staff was very knowledgeable. I had a new key for my car made. They were very quick and the key worked great!

Guy said if they broke back screen they would fix for free, broke it then wanted $30. The front screen isnt Samsung and came without stock embedded Samsung film but with generic with holes all over in it. The cost was more than Samsung shop also, regret coming there!!!! Highly recommend Samsung repair shop which is cheaper and higher quality parts!!!

I needed 2 six volt deep cycle batteries for our RV. I saw that there was a Batteries Plus Bulbs near us and by ordering on line I’d save 1)% off the order. The Duracell batteries were well rated and I like saving money. I ordered then, the store opened at 8:00 and I was there at 8:01. The batter I ordered were behind the counter, the sales associate carried the new batteries out to my car, took the old batteries and after processing the refund on turning in the old batteries (did I mention I like saving money?) I was on my back to the RV by 8:10. Fast, easy, convenient = 5 stars

5 months they said they ordered a batteryThey never did.Called corporate they ordered the battery. It came in 2 days later.It was installed and works well.

I was in need of two batteries for my RV (house batteries). I had looked at other websites for good deals and availability of the type and size I needed. Batteries Plus was the one I want with due to the availability and the price was lower than any of the others. The staff was friendly and even came out and got the old batteries from my truck and loaded the new batteries for me. Very helpful and nice staff. I will continue to use them in the future purchases of my vehicle batteries.

Went to get a phone screen replaced, the product used for the new phone screen had problems such as ghost typing on both screens used ( second one due to warranty because first was ghost typing ) as someone whos worked retail before and knowing the product sold isnt exactly related to the employees at all working at said store but what I will say is the team working here are very mannered and handled the situation extremely well and did all they could to make sure I was satisfied. The corporate/locally owned business needs to upgrade to better screen replacements specially for the price and as for the employees, good job really good customer service and helping me deal with my phone issues, would recommend this store to all due to customer service alone.

Im actually super upset. I brought my phone in for a screen replacement and the battery worked completely fine, as did everything else on the phone, it just needed a new screen. When I picked it up, my battery would only go to 3%. After several days I took it back again and they couldnt find what was wrong with it. I picked it up again and it wouldnt even turn on at that point. I tried one last time to see if they could find anything, and of course, they couldnt. I got my phone back again and now THIS TIME they didnt even put my phone back together correctly. There are loose things inside of the phone that rattle, and the battery is not put in correctly. The touch screen doesnt even work, either. So why did I pay $90+ for a screen that doesnt work/wasnt put on correctly and for a company who ended up making my phone worse than how it was when I had first brought it in? My phone is only months old, it cant be a drained battery. It worked completely fine until they fixed my phone, each time I brought it there, it created more issues.

My cell phone was failing the battery would not last more than four hours after a full charge. Taylor helped me with the issue of a bad battery. After he replaced the battery he helped with the removal of some applications I had no use for. He went far beyond the usual, marvelous simply marvelous.

I previously had my phone screen replaced quickly and affordably at this store and was pleased with the experience. When my phone screen cracked again, I didnt worry too much because I knew I could take it back to Batteries Plus and get it repaired quickly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I started by making an appointment online but when I arrived at the store they told me they couldnt get to my phone that evening so I would have to leave it overnight, which made me wonder why they had people make appointments. I declined to leave my phone and came back another day with an appointment and they quoted me an hour for the repair. It was done in time and the customer service was great. However, when I got home I discovered that my phone was having issues. Sometimes the screen would be covered in vertical multi-colored lines. I then realized that the new screen was considerably thicker than my previous screen, which made it difficult for my phone case to fit properly, thus making the screen more prone to cracking again. I brought my phone back to the store and spoke with an employee about the issue. He simply shrugged when I explained the issue with the lines, saying that unless he could see it he couldnt fix it because he didnt know what I was talking about (a quick Google search reveals this is a common issue so I highly doubt theyve never had this happen before). His response to the the screen thickness issue was that there was nothing he could do because they dont control the parts they receive. I was really shocked at his lack of interest in helping me with anything. So now I am stuck with a defective phone screen and no recourse. I would consider taking your business to a store that actually stands behind their products and services.Update: After posting my review, I was contacted by the store manager Kurt who offered to resolve the problem. I brought my phone in and he fixed it within an hour. If I ever need a screen replaced again I will go back here and just ask for Kurt if there are any problems. Its nice to have a store that stands behind their products and services!

I went in to the store on a Saturday, just before memorial day. I asked them about replacing the battery on my s6 active. they told me they had to verify that they could get the battery, and would call me the first of the week. I informed them that I wanted 2 for s6 actives, as my wifes phone needed a battery as well. After waiting 2 weeks, I got a phone call saying they had my two batteries in. one for an s6 active and one for an s6 edge. I explained to them at this time that I had t s6 active phones and not an edge. they re ordered the second battery and said it should arrive on Saturday. I made an appointment to have my phone fixed that Saturday morning. when I arrived, they didnt not have the second battery, and had a hard time finding the first battery. I explained that I was nervous of them doing the repair, as several other places told me they wouldnt do this model phone because the screen has to be removed and it breaks easily. the told me they where professionals and not to worry. so I dropped of the phone, and less than an hour later I got the call. they had broken the screen and the phone no longer worked. they assured me that they would replace the screen at their expense, but they couldnt get a screen in until Monday. I had to leave town for 2 weeks for work and had to have a phone, so I went to my provider and bought a new phone. on Tuesday they called to say the phone was fixed. they only charged me the original price for the battery, and the phone works great. side note, the new phone I got did not function properly and since my provider has a 14 day return policy I was able to return the new one and just have the repaired phone. I realize this is a long review, it covers the good and the bad of the experience. I gave them 3 stars because they did take care of any issue, however they should have followed through in the beginning with follow up calls and ordered the right parts, as they where written down.

I had gone to the Verizon store (where Id purchased an expensive phone) because the screen on the phone wouldnt allow me to open incoming phone calls. The Verizon representative (without looking at my phone) told me I needed to update and buy another phone because this phone was old and ready to die.(phone is two years old). A friend suggested I go to Batteries Plus Bulbs. In less than five minutes Noah and Cameron changed a setting which allows me to receive calls. Thank you, thank you!

My brother got his screen on his iPhone replaced there like 2 weeks ago, and his iPhone display stopped working and showing vertical lines indicating that one of the plugs inside the phone came loose. Need to do their job better or give people a warrenty

I would give less than one star if I could. Ive spent over $300 in phone screen repairs the past month because every time I bring my phone to get fixed by them, not only is the job not done properly, but they give me a phone that now has working issues it never did before. This has included, the headphone jack no longer recognizing the headphones, the screen not being on fully so I cant use the home button or front facing camera, the screen not being properly used so if I put slight pressure on the corner it turns the phone and screen off, or the screen literally falling off the phone cause its not the correct thickness or adhesived correctly. Id bring the one in they didnt properly fix Friday for me, but when I was waiting Friday for them to fix it (after arguing it was still under warrany and the screen cracked from sitting on a table away from anything that could possibly crack it) the manager who was in kept glaring and makingme so uncomfortable that instead of just waiting off to the side in the store I went and sat in my car. I will not ever return my business to this store for anything. Ive worked customer service before with people swearing at me and treating me horribly, yet Ive never treated a customer like they have treated me. Id rather go spend my money in Denver or find another business in town to give my business. If you want to keep return and happy customers, do the job right the first time and dont treat them like theyre wasting your time to wash your motorcycle behind the store (yes manager who was in friday July 20th, I saw you when I came in behind the store cleaning your motorcycle), because you have wasted my time, money, and broken my phone more than I could possibly even try to myself.
