I mean they have some cool things in there but their prices are way too high

Highway robbery. They charge 3xs the cost of an access code. Buy directly through Pearson or Wiley. Would have saved me hundreds. Tried to return the unused code two days after I bought it- they refused. They said they specifically have a no return policy because they know they are overcharging and when people find out they want to return the codes. Save yourself the trip and your money!

This bookstore is run by 2 people, Chelsea and Daniel, and they are both VERY difficult and condescending. After getting covid and being unable to physically pick up my books, they refused a refund, even after I offered a letter from my doctor. I had to spend months and go through the dean of students, at which time Chelsea, the manager, reluctantly and condescendingly said she would give a refund, but with the disclaimer that she “had covid too, and was still able to take care of her adult responsibilities”... apparently a hospital stay isn’t enough to excuse getting a refund for books you were by law unable to go pick up. Apparently Chelsea believes that every case of covid is exactly like hers and if she was able to go places abs be around people when she had covid so should you! The level of incompetence is glaring to say the least. Dodge a bullet and boycott this poorly managed bookstore.

Very nice college library. It has all textbooks and required materials for LCCC academic programs and some great clothing articles. Prices are often on sale. The staff is very professional and helpful.

Absolutely a waste of time and money. The book store is about profit, not student engagement or student benefit. They are quick though when its not the first day of the semester.
