This is one place that helps support all of my pop culture addictions. Unique and awesome merchandise, reminds me of a smaller, more modernized Hastings. For those of us who remember and enjoyed Hastings, its a place to visit and enjoy for sure.

Get up to date with your mask requirements and you’ll get my business again. Though I respect your business choice, people are vaccinated, all have the option to get vaccinated and many places in town aren’t requiring masks. Quit making healthy people who are vaccinated mask up.

Horribly rude woman working at the door. Unwelcoming and unsanitary.

Lying, lazy management. Closed whenever they choose to. Open late, close early, smoke breaks every hour and a half. Id give zero stars if that was an option. FYE really just needs to close this location permanently. It would do less damage to other stores around if it just wasnt there at all.

Prices arent that great, and its not even local, so I find it hard to buy things there, but I always find things would like to own.

Can find almost anything in the way of movies and other entertainment choices. They always have great sales discounts in store or online. Also on most days you can get a good discount on used movies and Music. [Ex: Buy 2 and get 1 for a $1}

I was traveling thru Cheyenne and stopped at the mall and happened to see this place. I wish there were more physical stores like this in the world. Decent selection and great prices. Everything seemed to be on sale so hopefully they arent going out of business

I love this place it has a great selection of things which is great for anyone who isnt looking for something specific but if you are then you can probably find it there.. The staff is nice and always has been patient with large groups of people.

I really LOVE FYEs! They always have such cute and unique stuff. I was Christmas shopping for a teenager and the store is perfect for that age group! They have lots of high tech gadgets, movies, speakers, music, and really any cute novelty item that is popular. I went there for a nice bluetooth head set for my son, and as always, they didnt disappoint! Best part is they were on sale! I will always come back to this store and shop it!

This place is great. Not on the wallet, no, I could spend my entire paycheck in there, but the selection, atmosphere and staff are awesome.

By your music from a local record store like Ernie November. They truly care about all types of music and its small businesses like that that bring in musical acts and hosts them in their Store for free.

Its pretty pricey and the staff dont always offer to help you. But its one of the only places in town to buy music and movies and memorabilia. Bummer.

Absolute joke. Ordered on the kiosk on the 11th. My order didnt get filled till 15th. And wont be here till the 23rd. Called to find out why ots taking so long cant get anyone on the phone unless Im a VIP. All I wanna know is where my order is and why its taking so long.

Its a pretty sophisticated store; yet they dont have smart pay available even though they do have the system for it (Verifone). Staff/store needs to update...its almost 2020, what year are you all living in??

Cool place, run by a bunch of kids, so it is a bit disorganized. I watched them interact with a difficult customer with great skills... Good job!

I love this store i dont have a fye where i live so i love to visit it when i can. They have so many cool random things there. I would rate it five stars but their are sometimes that i go in the store and i feel like they think im gonna steal or something. But overall its a good store.

I came here to get a move and I asked a girl her name was Kenya I think, Blond hair with glasses! She didnt want to look the movie up because she said she was lazy, finally she looks and didnt even show us where to the movie was located.

Im not a big fan of leaving reviews but I felt this is necessary. I have received 2 backstage passes the 2 times ive come here, and sure thats all fine and dandy if it werent for the fact the no one explained the card to us, like getting charged for multiple magazines or that when you try to cancel the darn card it takes almost 30 minutes not including having to cancel each magazine individually. If you are going to offer this card at least explain the darn thing first. I fully have no intention of ever coming here again
