I bought several items, but the most important to me, was a study book and DVD that went with a book I bought. I was told they would be in on 4/19/19. I called and they told me it wasnt in. If I cancelled the order I would still have to pay for it so they could shelve it and sell it to someone else. WHAT?? So I am at their mercy and however long it takes to get my items in. Wont shop there again. Amazon will do for me. I could have had my items in 2 days since I am prime.

Amazing service, honest workers who back up their work. I had to pick up thank you gifts for Sunday school teachers and the people here were so nice and helpful. They helped me pick out the gifts and even let me sit while they wrapped them as I had a hysterectomy shortly before. They even prayed with me before leaving. One of the items I bought had a crack in it so I took it back the next day and they refunded my money without any fuss.

I could spend the day there. So much to see tucked away and so many wonderful books, games, music, etc.

The store is out of touch with the community needs. I went in hopeful of finding what we were looking for, left rather upset. The staff was not friendly and did not want to help us. The cashier was mad we interrupted her phone viedo watching to ask for help. What we needed was not in store and when we asked to look up for a special order, she became less friendly and helpful. Dont waste your time going to this store. It truly deserves no stars in my opinion.

The people are very friendly and helpful. If they dont have a particular item, they are willing to special order it for you. The family who owns it works there and help support local charities and events.

As a Christian, it pains me to even write this. I purchased a $70.00 Bible there and had it personally embossed. The first letter in the name has a third of the letter missing and the cross at the end of the name came out very light and not sufficient. I asked for 50 percent off the Bible if I was going to keep it she said no, I asked to be refunded for the embossing then which was $8.00 she said no. I understand this is a Christian store, but its also a business, you shouldnt offer a service and make someone pay ahead of time and the service is insufficient. Never would have thought this at a Christian store. I hope the owner prays about her action and realizes that is not how you do business and you dont rob your fellow Christian.

I appreciate this place in selling Bibles and books to help Christians in their walk with God. Ill be back.
