“Reading is an adventure that never ends” unless rude employees chase you around demanding you and your family out a mask on when a) more than 6ft away from anybody b) not a single other store in this communist town has said Jack about a mask and c) no employee should be harassing customers in such a manner. Will never spend money here again.

Im still old school and do not like ordering my books online, so this is where I go. Usually very helpful staff. I dont care for how often and how drastically the store gets rearranged, but it is what it is.They staff and customers deserve and updated bathroom.

If you want to relax with a good cup of coffee, B & N is the perfect place. Sherri the manager runs it efficiently and maintains it ultra clean. A very welcoming and friendly experience. Thank you.

Went for a True West magazine, walked out with that 2 more magazines, a book, book on tape and mystery card game. Plus made the aquatiance of the nicest young lady, Ellie.

Im so glad our Barnes and Noble hasnt shut its doors. I love this bookstore. Its cafe is awesome. Being able to escape the day with a book and a quiche is priceless. The staff is always very helpful and I appreciate how clean the restrooms are.

Always a nice place to go!! theyve got a huge selection for books of all topics, and anything adult rated is plastic wrapped so curious kids dont get their eyes in em. they also carry lots of kids activities and have a big kids section of books, as well as stationary supplies, electronics, and other little knick knacks.

The cafe is one of the best in Cheyenne. Im here almost every day and I love the people who work here. The atmosphere is friendly, clean and always welcoming.

It was nice and quiet there. The atmosphere was very relaxing to be in. I had fun perusing the shelves and came out of the store with at least 11 books Id been searching for. I got a coupon for the Starbucks built into its café area and the service from the cashiers was very friendly. Loved the experience! Definitely recommend if youre looking for a nice place to buy a book and relax.

Great selection. Quiet and clean. Picked up The Iliad & The Odyssey combo hardback for $8. Dozens of great books in the discount section and plenty more at regular prices. Cant wait to finish these books and go get more. Has rekindled my love of reading.

Employees tend to have an attitude here; last visits attitude kind of encouraged me not to come back.

Nice gift section. Theyve changed the selections at the Café but Ill live. I miss that pistachio mousse though. Eastern spiritually section is all but gone last time I visited.

We very much like the cafe and the bookstore. The cafe is our favorite coffee shop in Cheyenne, the people are really nice and the food and coffee are excellent.

Long before COVID-19, I used to hang out here once a week or so. New employees havent made it seem friendly as it used to be. No one talked to me my entire visit this trip. They moved book cases around making favorite sections of books hard to find. I used to have a B&N membership card, but expired during this past year while the pandemic was still quite hot. No need to renew it. I spent over 30-45 minutes and no one spoke to me, there didnt seem to be very many people working there. No rush to return!

Since I was last there they had rearranged everything, so it took longer to find what I was looking for.Thay have drastically reduced their computer and technology section. Probably there is not much call for it in Wyoming and those that are technically literate probably buy online because there is no selection. But they did have a good selection of books from the No Starch Press publishers.

Im just thrilled to have this in Cheyenne. There is so little here that I cant stress enough howuch I want to see this place stay. They dont have the best selection, but they have a helpful, friendly staff. And its just the only game in town. Check it out if youre in need. Lets keep some of these around!

Beautiful interior with lots of books! Many kids books, adult books and books for those that are in between. Starbucks inside with nice workers and delicious drinks.

Barnes and noble just like any other youve been too. Expensive books, coffe/Cafe off the side, good magazine selection and lots of cool stuff for the kiddos to check out. Staff is always super helpful.

Would leave no star if I could. Came in to get my favorite book, but wasnt pleased with the paper quality so I asked if someone could place it back on the shelf for me (since another employee had brought it to me and I didnt know where it went) she then proceeded to shout at a coworker to catch and threw it across the room at the front counter. A major disrespect to the book, and awful show of work ethic, I will not be returning to this store on any occasion.

Went in today looking for a specific book for my daughter. Their computer said they had 1 copy on the floor. 3 different associates tried to help find it but we could not. They offered to order it and shipped straight to my home and they gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Amazing service!

They dont have bags anymore? Whats up with that? If I would have known, I would have brought my own bag. I guess its just weird to me that an establishment who sells goods has no bags to carry said goods out the door.

Ive been there none stop!!! I love the positive environment. Employees are always having great conversations with me & they are super helpful. Plenty of books to choose from. They have so many genres to choose. They are so organized as well. Also, there cafe is fantastic. I highly recommend them!!

Very organized. Staff was extremely happy to help and they didnt hover making you feel like you HAD to buy something (which we had plans on what we wanted to purchase anyway) to be in the store. All in all Id go back many times. Our B & N at home is not this friendly in the past, maybe Illgive them another try, guess its only fair. Keep up the good work Cheyenne 👏 👍 💪

It had been a while since Id been in this store and things were arranged much differently than they were. I didnt spot the subject in browsing the store. Im quite sure if I had asked an employee about the topic I have interest in Im certain I would have been directed to where I was wanting to go. Still a nice place.

Alot of their stuff is overpriced but its pretty clean and the cookies in the cafe are delicious.

I have never seen a more incompetent manager in my life. An older lady slipped and fell on the ice outside the building and smacked her head. One of the employees was quick to come help as well as another was on the phone incase emergency services were needed. At no point did the manager come to check if she was alright. If he had just called and gotten the parking lot salted before hand the whole situation could have been avoided.

Went in bought a magazine. The cashier was nice and polite. I was in and out. Nice store.

I like that place becuase you can have a great smell when you get in there and there is everything you need for animals in there barn or house.

Great bookstore and I found perfect calendar for 2020 with places to see before you die as previous time I saw the books and was wondering how much I would like to have one like that. And the store is big and you just want to walk and see all that stuff. Also I found very lovely book for my nephews with the stickers. I would love that book if I were at their age so I hope they will love it too and learn about the underwater world

It is a wonderful experience to go to a book store. To hold the books, to read the covers and a paragraph or two. Then to get great advice from friendly knowledgeable sales staff. The selection was very good. What an experience to all kinds of different books, on so many different subjects you might want to read. I recommend to go and browse the shelves and enjoy the experience.

A visit here is always a great experience. Whether I go there looking for a specific book and spend 5 minutes, or a go to browse and spend 3 hours.

I love shopping at Barnes and Noble. Its a very relaxed atmosphere. If you want to read a little bit of a book to see if you like it you can sit in a comfy chair and figure it out. If you need help they are very willing and able. If they dont have what you want they will order it for you.

An employee was able to point us in the direction of new series for my younger boys. So very helpful!

Service is helpful on the floor but service upon checkout needs to be ramped up. Had to have purchase refunded then rerung to have discount applied. Layout of books is not customer friendly. Had to ask questions of floor staff to find items i wanted.

Holiday displays are out and look very nice. Everything is organized well and easy to find. I found a few holiday books for my kiddos. As well as holiday records. Very happy as always!

Barnes and Noble is my favorite place in town. I love being able to go and look through all the books and find what i want. Its well run and I would rather come the 45 minutes to the store than online shop for my books.

I love the selection of books and games! They allow you to sit in one of the comfy chairs and read all day if you want. When you get thirsty theres a Starbucks in there too.

Barnes & Noble has always been my favorite since I was a kid, and it was this specific store that helped raise me into the book-worm I am today! Staff is very friendly and willing to help! Theres also a pretty good Starbucks inside the store as well!

Going to a bookstore is still the place to be. Great selection, friendly atmosphere, and nothing beats holding a book in your hands.

We make a point to stop here every time we are in Cheyenne. I love that Barnes and Noble is branching out and offering things like board and card games, interesting toys and puzzles for all ages, and wonderful, interesting gifts. They often have a good selection of sale books as well as a large magazine section that caters to all interests and a nice little Starbucks Cafe. A cozy, nice place to find gifts or get something good to read.

Barnes and Noble is great! They have all kinds of books there. They also have a big kids section. But book aside they also have a (small) section for stuff like board games, toys (even smaller). That kind of stuff. The last time I went there to look for some stuff for D&D there and they have books, dice, spell cards. I feel like even if you dont particularly dont like book you should still go there because they have a lot of cool stuff.

Went in to buy a special calendar/journal. A very helpful young man walked over to where they were. I love that he took the time to personally help.

It was so nice to get a cup of coffee and be able to browse. I did not realize how large the toy section is. They had the neatest place in the childrens section. Wyoming native author Jamie Cannon read her childrens book,That Pesky Pickle illustrations done by Gene Schrader.

The store was beautifully organized and any employee there was very helpful and nice. They had lots of comfy reading nooks and you could spend hours there enchanted by something within the large variety of books they have. They have a good kid section where its easy to keep children focused and keep an eye on them. They have a large variety of books, games, and other fun objects. They have a fully functional and very fast Starbucks with lots of comfy seating options. The store in general is asthetically pleasing just because of its layout and smelled of really good new books
