Veronica is the best! Shes so sweet and helpful. This was our first big, adult purchase to get a good bed and she was very helpful and knowledgeable with getting us something that suited our needs. I highly recommend going to see her! And sleep number is better quality for the price. Denver mattress is way overpriced. Go to sleep number for your mattress needs!

My husband and I purchased the p5 smart bed and wanted to give it a fair chance to adjust to the new mattress. After 30 days we were not thrilled with how it felt but knowing we had 100 days to try it, we wanted to give it more time. After 60 days we decided we wanted to return it and we were shocked with the horrendous customer service we received. We were not informed when we purchased the mattress that there would be a $199 fee to send it back, after just being charged $199 to deliver it in the first place. So basically you can try any mattress you want for 100 days for $400! It is a scam and calling customer service is the last place I ever want to call again. I have never spoken to such rude people. After all this, we unfortunately decided to keep it due to not wanting to give them $400 to try the mattress. Customer service also informed us that if we wanted to return the mattress we would not be able to get a refund for the package we purchased which included a mattress pad and a pillow for $250. We were also informed when we purchased the bed by the in store salesman, Colleen, that ALL beds come with the under bed lighting. Again, another let down as ours did not.We will never recommend a Sleep Number mattress to any of our friends or family and will insist they purchase any other type of mattress, we sure wish we had.

Waited a month for delivery then they called the day of when it was supposed to be delivered(waited 2 hours) to find out they didn’t know where the bed was and it would be another month to get it delivered. So annoyed right now. Won’t be referring them ever!

Wonderful sales person Veronica Ghan. Was only person there and handled all her customers. She didntvtry and brush anyone she made us feel welcome . was informative wonderful personality. Helped us pick perfect bed and accessories. My shopping exsperience was great. I cant wait for my bed!

I would never purchase from sleep number after the misinformation we were given regarding the return policy and also the sales people not being honest about their touted mattresses adjusting to your body. We were told that we had 100 nights to try the bed and could return them anytime within that period. They did not tell us that you own and cannot return the adjustable bases once they are delivered. They touted the responsive air feature but didn’t inform us that it does not work if either your head or feet are even slightly elevated. They did not tell us that if we wanted to return the mattresses that we would have to pack them and pay for their return to the shipping address. Their customer service is poor and based on all of the above, people would be wise to go to any other mattress store and give them their business. Sleep Number’s dealings are shady and in my opinion, very dishonest.

Kevin was absolutely fantastic. He listened to my wife and I, he answered every question we had, he was patient, polite and professional. The store was quiet, clean, and organized for the best experience a person could ask for. I felt absolutely no pressure to purchase at any time and had no typical salesman gimmicks or fast talk. I would highly recommend this store, the sleep number system and Kevin especially to anyone. Take your time, try them all, figure out what is best for you and tell them I sent you! Enjoy!

Always great customer service. We bought our bed from this store and couldnt be more happy about our product and the level of service we received. If you want a comfortable bed with great customer service and an explanation of how everything works I would recommend this store every time.

Product was recommended by CAR the CW mattress. Would have puchasesed one but they wanted $199 to deliver and remove the old bed. As Denver mattress company would do the same deliver the new and remove the old for $45. Also a CR recommended mattress similar price. The salesman at Sleep number told me if I ordered from their website the fee would also be $199, just delivered or both. That is not true, it was about $89. When I pointed this out he didnt care. So I went across the street and got installed and old one removed for $45. He did make a mistake on the price of the mattress, he had quoted me a price that didnt include the sale so it was a lower price I ended up paying, that kind of surprise at the register I can live with😊

Learned a lot about how a sleep number bed helps our body can be affected by what they sleep on. Was treated with dignity. Felt appreciated.

Employees are very nice but we were mislead about returns, shipping, and delivery. The company has been a nightmare to work with and their customer service has been horrendous.

Great employees, knowledgeable, experienced, enthusiastic, willing to help in any way. Would buy from the store again.
