This was my first visit to a Party America store. Had a great experience getting balloons filled for my daughters birthday. The two ladies that work the counter were a hoot! Got my son a bag of dinosaur skeletons, Ive never seen anywhere but here. I will definitely visit again in the future, even if Im not throwing a party!

This is an awesome place to go for decorations. The staff was very helpful in giving us many ideas. Will visit this place for my decorations in the future.

This store has always everything I need for parties I throw. The ladies that helped me this last time I went were very nice, welcoming and accomdating to what I needed. I recommend this store for when you need something for a birthday party or other occasion

Pam is amazing. We stopped in today to get navy blue table cloths for my wedding reception and she was extremely helpful and friendly the entire time. She goes above and beyond with her customer service. Highly recommend!

We just got balloons (only 6) 1 is already completely deflated 2 are almost deflated and the others are on their way to being the same. We picked them up around 12:40 and its only 4pm now. The staff was super nice while we were there, we waited a bit for check out but didnt mind as we didnt have a order, just walk-in.

Closed for no reason. Posted hours say its open 10 am saterday, 2 people were there but lights off and closed with no posting explaining why. Would have liked to know that ahead of driving there

Went in looking for party decorations for sons birthday, didnt seem to be much organization to the aisles and had very low stock of all items. Not much variety and did not see an associate the whole time I was inside

Long wait. Cashiers too busy chatting to get people through the line effectively. Not impressed with inventory or prices. Shame, really. We wanted to support local business. I was in line for 15 minutes. No. The store was not busy.

Outstanding customer service. I was greeted at the door and assisted with what I needed. Friendly staff.

I dont know now how this place stays in business. It is pretty much a half empty dollar store that sells cards and balloons. It never has anything that you would actually be looking for.

Not what it used to be. Still has a good selection of cards, but doesnt have nearly as much adult gag birthday decorations they used to have

Shelves are pretty bare, but staff was excellent help. I told them who i needed a card for and they found me the perfect one.

Never again will I shop here. Inventory is so low it looks like an over priced garage sale. The toothless lady was rude to my daughter because she was checking out a beaded bracelet. Shes 8, we were there getting things for her birthday party, and toothless ripped the bracelet from her and shouted just give it to me then ran to the front of the store with it.Alex, one of the employees was very kind. Which makes this place worth the one star Im forced to give.

The store looks like its about to close down. Staff is friendly but hardly a selection of items. You are better off ordering online for a themed party. However they have a balloon blow up service...

Staff is ALWAYS nice and helpful! Store is clean. The only thing negative is there has been twice that I have gone in and they havent had what Im looking for. But not every store will have everything.

Pam and Dee are the greatest. I recommend this place over anybody who sells party supplies. Great customer service!!!!! They really try their hardest to please every customer!!!! Awesome!!!!!

Very overpicked. Not very much things on the shelves. Looks like its clearing things out for shut down. The only reason they are still operating is because they are one of two party stores in Cheyenne and the other one is clear across town. 😑

I will never shop with this company again. The employees at the store treated myself and my developmentally delayed son like garbage. Very despicable behavior by the women working there this morning. I will travel out of town if needed, to avoid purchasing anything here.
