Had excellent service from Aurora, a few hiccups at first but she resolved the issue and went above to accommodate me. Im from San Diego, and none of the stores here carried the bouquets that I needed for my Daughters wedding. I should be recieving a call any day now for pick up. Thanks again Aurora, you rock!

Liberty is the rudest employee. I had a coupon code for my daughter to use. Liberty, the employee stated that she didn’t know how to put in coupons. So I asked her if maybe someone was available to help. To which she immediately responded, “Everyone is busy!”Then, my daughters total was $54.56, so she gave Liberty $55.00. We stood there for a couple of minutes and I finally asked her if she can give my daughter $0.44 so we can leave.. Frustrated, she gave my daughter $3.55. I had to step in and correct her. She was once again rude so I explained that at the end of her shift, HER drawer would be off. Finally after teaching her basic math she understood her mistake & fixed the error.Joann fabric I will expect a W2 for training your store associates in the fundamentals of counting money.😝

Got my pattern for a dress and found the right kind of fabric for it.

The personnel was very helpful in helping me find what I was needing to do my project. They were all very friendly and the store atmosphere was very pleasant.

I love Joann’s but will no longer shop at this store while the one manager still works there. I have had multiple issues with her to the point that I normally avoid the store in favor of other craft stores in town unless they’re having a really good sale but today was the last straw. In the past I have had online orders where items were cancelled due to “being out of stock”. The one order she told me she had personally gathered but I went in with my mom later that day as she wanted to shop the sale too and found all of the items in stock, it just seemed like she was too lazy to find my items but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Today I hadn’t received a text that my online order was ready yet but it had been about two hours and had finished my other errands so I figured I would check and see if it was almost done. It wasn’t which wasn’t a big deal because I knew it hadn’t been that long so I offered to come back later. The cashier was very nice and told me it wasn’t an issue and it was just a few items so they would get it together real quick if I wanted to hang out. I was towards the front of the store looking at some thanksgiving decorations and heard the manager freak out when he told her I was there waiting for it. She started yelling at him for telling me they could get it done. I moved towards the back of the store where the yarn was for the rest of the time I was there and could hear her loudly complaining about me to any employee who would listen the rest of the time I was in the store and asked another employee to gather it but told her not to rush and wouldn’t let the cashier grab it real fast. I was on my way up to the front to tell them it if was so much trouble to just cancel my order and I would take my business elsewhere but the nice cashier let me know it was ready (nearly 45 minutes after he told me he would try to get it done). The manager was nowhere to be found, obviously not willing to complain about me to my face. So disappointed in that behavior and don’t have any idea how she managed to become assistant manager if that’s how she treats customers. I feel bad for the cashier who was only trying to be nice and help who got in trouble trying to have good customer service

I put in an online order for pick-up 3 hours before close, then seeing how its a 40 mile drive for me I tried to call to see if it was picked 1.5 before close but the phone rang for 3 minutes with no answer. Decided to take a risk and drive in anyways and got there 10 minutes before close but the gates were already dropped. Would have been nice to now they were closing early and not have wasted my gas.

The young lady was extremely helpful. I believe her name was Toodles maybe should of checked better. Very knowledgeable. Did not have everything I needed. Told me where to go on line to find it.

This location has the most rude group of employees except for the guy who was working the fabric counter he was very friendly. My daughter and I came in on Sunday night to look at sewing machines. A lady was sweeping up so we backed up to get out of her way and continued to look at the sewing machines. She just stood behind a display for like 5 minutes where we couldn’t see her. Instead of saying excuse me I’m actually going where your standing she pops her head out after 5 minutes and very rudely says go away and waves her hand shooing us . Then continues to complain to me about her asthma as if it’s my fault or something. It was a very weird experience to say the least . I’ll stick with hobby lobby for now on.

I stopped here to get some crafty ornaments that need to be painted for our family Christmas. The store had a good selection and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint would be that the store was kinda messy and felt disorganized. Overall, it wasnt a bad place and they had what I was looking for.

Long time Joann customer and have been to many of their locations throughout the states. Not much to say other than that they lived up to there expectations with no complaints. MASSIVE selection of fabric, so thats a win in my book! I would definitely recommend this location for your sewing (and other carfting) needs.

Great staff, very helpful, and not only do they honor the coupons I have for them, but they will add my military discount ON TOP OF THE COUPONS - something *rarely* heard of nowadays! This allows me to pass the savings on to my customers - Im a loyal fan!

Has a variety of art supplies and crafts supplies to buy! The prices are kind of high but the customer service is well for the most part.

Great prices and selection. Anthony keeps a bunch of the specialty fabrics, especially bridal, and fleece in stock.

Very limited selection on upholstery fabric and related implements (needles, cardboard edging, batting, etc.). The few options they had were very expensive and not high quality. A few of the clerks were very nice, but some simply ignored me. Nobody were very knowledgeable about upholstery either.

My recent experience was very unpleasant. I went into pick up a couple of items for a quilt but not being familiar with where the items were, I went looking for someone to ask. I found one employee cutting fabric and another younger employee eating a candy bar standing near the counter there. I decided to ask them. The older woman cutting fabric did not look up and the younger gal continued to eat her candy bar as I asked where I might find the items. The younger gal never looked at me and with a mouth full of candy told me to head to the left front corner. That was it. Never an acknowledgement from either of them, excuse me with my mouthful, etc. Very poor customer service to say the least.

I typically gravitate towards JoAnn as my craft supplier of choice, I’m particularly fond of the Cheyenne store. As someone that frequents the Colorado/Front Range store fronts I can attest that this store has a better selection that is cleaner and well organized, staff is knowledgeable and helpful as well. In a town that has two other competitors I always choose JoAnn. They don’t have as wide a variety as the other stores but what they do carry is well curated. Love Cheyenne JoAnn!
