Love target has good deals and beautiful clothes and things for house

Target is stepping up its game! There’s even a Starbucks now! Customer service has improved and employees are super friendly. They walk you to the item instead of pointing if you can’t find it. I was greeted about 5 times. I needed to grab a gift and another store had it on sale but they were sold out. I went to the electronics area and the item was there but not for that price. I asked the employee if they could match it. He asked his manager if they could match it and they gave me the sale price. Walked around for awhile and I was able to find a lot of my items but some of them they didn’t carry or sold out of. The cashier did seem like they wanted to be somewhere else and didn’t really say anything. Maybe I’ll check myself out next time though probably get better service from a machine.

The neatness/cleanliness of the store is great. The wide aisles and easy traffic flow make it easy to get about even with other shoppers present. Most every aisle is labeled so it is easy to find what one is looking for.

The employees didnt know what they were doing there was no registers open except self service, I requested help and it took 3 different people to try and help me. I bought household products because I could get a 15 dollar gift card and I had coupons and they told me I could not use the coupons if I was to get the gift card. They said that is Targets policy. I had bought over $25.00 in dog food to get a $5.00 gift card and they made me do 2 different transactions I was there for 90 minutes trying to get things rung up. I couldnt use my coupons for this order either.

Sadly disappointed with a recent interaction with a senior staff member. Had purchased an unlocked phone the was sold to me being told itd be compatible with my provider. It ended up not being compatible so I went in to return the phone. The original price was 100$ roughly. The first associate told me there would be a restocking fee, but the phone wasnt used not was it my error that the phone wasnt compatible. I told the associate this and she promptly asked a senior member of management to approve waiving the fee. Instead of approving this action, the senior member decided to pull a member of electronics as well as himself to the return desk to confirm what we were saying. After 30 minutes of both associates trying to explain to the senior member that the phone was simply not going to work with my provider as well as it was not working at all. The member of management then began to have an attitude after we had to argue for half an hour that we had already gone through these steps on our own. After wasting our time and his, and the companies money wasted on three associates, he finally refunded our card. He was not hesitant to be rude and disrespectful in the process. The other two associates were not rude and if anything were aiming to satisfy the customer as where the member of management was obviously being prejudice, as to what Im not sure. Im more disappointed that I no longer feel comfortable shopping at your local store considering I may have to deal with the disrespectful and rude attitude of your managing staff simply for wanting to make a return for an item that was incorrectly recommended to me by another member of staff. The member of management was a tall man, I believe his name was Michael. Im not sure youll do anything to reprimand such a rude staff member but Id recommend you pursue him adjusting his customer relations attitude before it inevitable affects your turn over rates and employment rates. No one wants to be undermined just because a higher up is paranoid and prejudice. And I imagine this member has already forced associates to leave because of a lack of accountability in management. Please consider reasonable actions for this member of management and please consider taking micro-aggressions like this more seriously as it affects both the customer and the employees.

I’ve been here multiple times, and have never had an issue. My cashier today though, Adam, was wonderful!

If I could give this store a 0 definitely would. The young lady whos always at the self check out during the week is so rude. Every time I come to this store everyone at the self check out is looking at me because Im not white, like Im about to steal, have a feeling is because of my skin color. The last time I visited the store noticed that they are so kind to the other customers but hey! NOT ME. The worst employees in Cheyenne gather here and got a job. The worst target so far.Ohhh and by the way the customer service area is TERRIBLE! If you hate humanity I think is a requirement to work there.

The order processing and drive-up delivery was very quick.

The womens clothing isnt to my taste this season unfortunately. The store was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and quick when ringing up my purchases.

Nice store for the most part..not really anyone working the service desk or the food area when I go. But I had to use the restroom while I was there and it was disgusting! Like its SATURDAY one of the more busy days i would think and it was so gross and nobody was behind the service desk to complain, it was just gross!!

Encountered four employees in one shopping trip with a return. Everyone was dismissive at best. I was only assisted with finding an item after asking twice. They tried to tell me that an item could not be returned but only exchanged. When there was no replacement in the store, the associate tried to give me the defective item back without a refund. Had to argue with her to get money returned. Honestly no one in this entire store was helpful or engaged with customers in a professional way. Will not return.

My cashier was really nice and genuinely friendly

I called the store in a panic over my internet. I ended up talking to Jon. He was so knowledgeable and helpful! He gave me a couple options on what to buy for a solution. I would have missed a very important meeting first thing in the morning without his help!

I used to love Target, but since the renovation, I have noticed that the selection is quite a bit less. I also EXTREMELY dislike the fact that the app keeps changing and I HATE the fact that, as a Red Card holder (((for years))), I cannot utilize the 1% savings along with my Red Card. It makes no sense to me. Zero. A good portion of the parking lot was reduced due to the online orders taking away space from patrons who wish to shop inside.

Very disappointed store was clean but I felt It was not S TOC K Very well dont plan to go there Quite a while

Ive frequented this location for a number of years, having lived in the area for some time, and this is a good place to shop.Even with the current construction, the employees are friendly, helpful, and take the time to make sure their customers needs are met. If you need help, all you have to do is ask, and theyll be happy to help you.Im not going to count the construction against the cleanliness, but its usually well-kept, and Ive rarely had issues getting what I need and want.If you want to go to Walmart, but dont feel like pulling your hair out, go to Target.If you want good quality clothes and housewares at a competitive price, go to Target.If you want decent service and a clean location with employees that will acknowledge you and help you, go to Target.

General feeling in the store was not very pleasant. Everyone in the store, both the employees and the other customers, were very sober, showing no emotion or personality. Maybe I should go back to walmart, at least there the peoply are friendly. wow

Before I came to the store (in a different town than my home) I called to see if they had the item I wanted in stock. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful, even telling me where to look for the item I needed. Since it was on a top shelf and I am very short, it was nice to know ahead of time that I needed to bring someone taller with me.

Worst electronics assistant manager ever.

I enjoyed my shopping experience and the product until I got to the front and there were ZERO cashier lines open. The only option was the self check out. If I’m only buying a couple things, I don’t mind doing self check out. If this is turning in to a self-check out store, the prices need to be lowered. I won’t be back. It’s sad to say, but at least Walmart has cashier lines open.

Went to get specific items for my grandsons birthday. They had what I wanted and it also was discounted.

This target needs some improvements, especially with employees. We went there looking for an Xbox game, my boyfriend asked if they had it and the employee rudely said “um yeah it just hasn’t been put out yet, if you really want it let me know” then we went to Starbucks and the lady worked was slammed and the other one went to “break” chatting with other target employees and sounded like they were mocking her. Two managers came over and pretty much continued chatting. Things have gotten worse since their “remodel”

Great Target and the store was clean but for some reason this Target feels like a KMart to me. Also, when I went there they had very low stock of everything. Other than that all the employees were nice!

Great place to run in and grab items quickly, from clothing to grocery. Always clean. Great people as cashiers. I miss the ads posted by entrance and I wish the snack bar was open later. It is convenient to let kids grab popcorn while we are shopping.

The ease of ordering and picking up items is seamless and fantastic.

Every time ive visited in these past few weeks every aisle has a worker. They all seem miserable.

I usually enjoy Target but i cant even enter the store because theres some kind of fragrance being used at the entrance. I can only go in if Im willing to have a migraine or a rash.

We were assisted by Coleen at the self-checkout. She was extremely helpful and sweet. Thank you for your having people as attentive as her.

I live out of town happy see theyve keeped the famous popcorn with putting in a Starbucks. Wish all targets did the same

I selected that score, because I had an unpleasant and appalling experience, with a couple of Target Associates at the Cheyenne store today. Great customer service, civility, and not discussing customers in front of other customers, go a long way to keeping customers loyalty.

Has a good selectuon, and their some of their sales can really save you money. Great selection of house goods, clothing, toys, and seasonal items. Their hardware and electronics departments have all the basics you will need.

I like the selection, location, prices and friendly employees. I also like the fact that there are usually some check out stands open because I greatly dislike self checkout, which doesnt save or earn me any money and which puts people out of work. I much prefer this store over what is probably its closest competitor in town, Walmart. Much nicer atmosphere.

I love Target! Stores are always clean, employees helpful and friendly, and great prices and selection.

Clean and fun to kill time at...selection is minimal but better than Loveland, CO. Everyone who works here has been helpful and you dont get the crowds like you do at Wal-Mart. Good place to go unless you want to see Cheyennes best people watching at Wal-Mart. Rarely have anything other than the self-checkouts open but the one attendant will help if you get hung on the less than perfect technology.

It is a Target, set up like mostly any Target you will find. Fun to walk around in.Just wanted to give a shout out to Antonio and Sarah in customer service, absolutely amazing above and beyond customer service.

It’s annoying that you have to scan sale items and add in app to get discount. Then no cashiers, only self checkout. It took me 3-4 times longer to checkout. Remember the good old days when you could walk in, purchase items and have someone to ring you up? Who knew making purchases would become so complicated and time consuming. Does anyone care about service anymore?

This is the saddest, darkest, dirtiest, most unorganized Target Ive ever been in. It seriously reminds me of my last couple visits to Kmart. Theyve been remodeling for a suspiciously long time. This store is not up to snuff compared to all the other Targets Ive visited recently.

I was disappointed to find out the sale of exercise wear was not $14 each. The sign was about a sale on exercise bras not leggings and tee shirts. However, the sign was posted over all items and appeared to be for all items. And, the print was very small for those of us with senior eyes.Also, the Sip Swell water bottles were on sale for $19.99 but only if you purchased the marshmallow white ones!!! Why?Please respond.Akso, staff was very courteous and tried to help/explain the best they could. Kudos to Chip!

Your average Target store. This is not a Super Target, and does not offer a large selection of groceries. Staff is usually helpful and friendly.

Poor customer service/ guest service. Instead of fixing a price that was originally $54.99 and was ringing at $139.99, the employee insisted in doing a price-match (matching from Target website and their own in-store price - so not really price matching but fixing an incorrect label) and doing a separate transaction, voiding all coupons we could have used. As a mom-to-be I felt not only discriminated against by her attitude but also that my consumer rights were being thrown out of the window. Needless to say we used to love Target, however this experience among other ones have showed us that we need to stop insisting in shopping there.

Its a regular old target from the 90s with limited selection due to its small size. A suoer target would be far better.

Decent selection. Usually have good customer service, about 8/10 visits the workers are pleasant.

Quick lines, fairly well organized, easy to find what your looking for. The auto section could have been a bit larger, but not too shabby.

I came in to check out the store and people were stocking in every isle and had boxes in everyone’s way... couldn’t even get through the isles... I saw expensive merchandise in the electronics case that looked like they mishandled the items... boxes of computers mangled ect. And the workers gave us dirty looks and treated us like we were in THIER way... I will never visit this store again...

Customer service (via phone) is completely worthless. Ive had numerous problems with Target from delivery of items Ive ordered, to not being able to find things in the store, to being double-charged for items. When I called to get it corrected, they told me Id have to wait 48 hours. Im sick of Target and their lack of customer service.

Target is always great. Since it asked what to expect: expect to be tracked visiting by your maps app, which I find a bit invasive.
