Stopped by to see if they could check the air in my trailer tires, sure enough they found one tire only had 30 pounds of air in it if I would have gotten on the highway that under-inflated Tire probably would have blown out in a short time. they filled it up and checked all the rest, I was able to get on the road safely.thank you very much !!

This shop did a great job replacing the catalytic converter that was stolen off my vehicle. Their pricing was the best out of three shops that I compared for exhaust work. I was also able to get into them in two days vs. two weeks at other places. Ive used Midas in the past for brakes as well and have found their staff knowledgeable and quick.

These folks did me a solid in a timely fashion. Im generally the only one I trust to work on my car, but I made an exception and they did not disappoint. Would recommend.

I took my car in for an alignment. Thats all I wanted was an alignment, but instead I get slapped with $1,700 because I needed front control arms replaced, tires, and an alignment. I payed $150 to do my own control arms which were in good condition still. They wanted to charge me $1K in labor and two control arms which is pretty outrageous. What I dont understand is I asked and was scheduled for an alignment. Why could I just get what I asked for.

After having a very bad day and having to buy a new battery, I had no idea how to install it. I decided to go to Midas to see if they could help me. The very kind service staff made my day much better. They got me right in and was able to install the battery in no time! The boys at Midas saved the day. But the silver lining is that I found a great place to take my vehicles.

Had no heat in my truck, they replaced the heater core. Still had no heat, they said radiator was cracked so they put in a new radiator....still no heat.They wanted to take dash off for 2nd time to diagnose the problem. I said no thanks ill go somewhere I can trust them to do a thorough job. I spent 3k and still have no heat. Will never recommend this place to anyone!

Stopped for an oil change before returning home to Pennsylvania after a wonderful vacation in Wyoming. Shortly after returning home from driving straight through, the oil filter came off on a local highway near home and lost all my oil. The oil light came on and not knowing the catastrophic nature of the problem I tried to drive the short mile back home to check the dipstick. I never made it as the engine seized and turned out to be a total loss. Searching the side of the road where the oil light came on I eventually found the oil filter and it turns out the part number was the wrong one for my engine. I dont fault them for this mistake, lightning strikes and stuff happens. Their liability insurance reimbursed me for the cost of repairs. I also felt they should refund the cost of the oil change which they refused to do even though that was the first cause of my problem. The Midas website says they guarantee all their work, but apparently not when somehow the wrong oil filter was installed in my vehicle. Getting a response from someone with authority was like pulling teeth and then saying the insurance coverage was final and no further claims would be considered, and not even an apology.

These mechanics, I trust with my car. Never had to worry, never had to return to them with problems & I never had a problem they couldnt fix! Theyre fast a accurate. Thanks guys for all your hard work!

Went in for an oil change and they messed it up so badly I had to have it fixed two days later. The manager was extremely disrespectful and I’m hoping my review on here will not be deleted and forgotten about. I was treated like a child and talked to like I didn’t know what was going on. I have called corporate and if I don’t hear back I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Employees and friends associated with Midas continued to talk badly about me, which is my major concern; customer service. I was told I have to earn respect as a customer and I am furious. Take your business elsewhere because they only care about money. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!!

I had my Jeep checked out at several locations in Cheyenne. Nobody could figure out my problems. I asked the general public for help, and the owner of Midas got in contact with me. He brought it into the shop. Personally gave me a ride to where I needed to be while they looked at it. They figured out the issue, did some minor work and got it road worthy again. He didn’t charge me a dime. I would recommend, and if I need to get more work done myself, most definitely return to them for more work. Great staff. Great customer service. Traveling through Cheyenne and the check engine light came on. Searched for local places and Midas popped up with awesome reviews. Couldnt have asked for better service, problem was fixed quickly and they were super honest when they didnt have to be. Will definitely be back if Im ever in Cheyenne and need some work done.

I cant even rate this place. I had good service when i first started but after they took 3000.00 from me the service went down. Ive been in since then but they seem to fix one problem and send you home with needing more work. Are they that desperate for costumers?? Well i had work done and kept hearing a noise. Took it back and they said the bolts werent tightened all the way. I was going to take it on the highway! That couldve bern very bad but at least they were honest enough to admit the problem. Now im scared to go back. I bought 4 tires from them n have togoback for service on them but im really skeptical. Dont trust them amymore. So my opinion its not a place i would reccomend to anyone. Dont want noone else to get taken from this place. Giving everyone a heads up. Be careful spending your money at this establishment. For safety and other reasons.

Last year we took our new RV passed in for a quick oil change, ( they had a well pit and could accommodate the height) they observed both rear axle seals were leaking and showed my husband. Thank you, you saved us a break down and we were able to get the repair done.

Horrible place that was extremely incompetent! Brought our SUV in for and oil change and transmission flush. They didn’t tighten the radiator cap after checking the fluid and all the coolest cane out on our road trip! An hour trip to town and $15 later I thought we were good. Unfortunately our engine was running terrible and our gas mileage was way low. I was checking the engine over when I noticed the air filter and was just sitting in the engine instead of being attached! We had driven all over the Rocky Mountains with no air filter on because their technicians failed to reinstall it after doing the oil change! Our engine obviously got dirt in it and when I called this location and the manager told me to go to the nearest Midas and they would take care of the problem. I asked several times to make sure it would get handled before we drove 2 1/2 hours each way to the nearest Midas. They did absolutely nothing! He said there was nothing wrong even though our gas mileage is down from 18 mpg to 12 mpg and our idle is rough. Then when I said I would complain to corporate, he laughed at me and said it didn’t matter because all complaints just go to him. Worst customer service ever! Now I have to go pay people who actually know how to work on cars to clean my fuel injectors. This will go down as the most expensive oil change ever, just because they do sloppy work. I have already told dozens of other travelers to avoid Midas and will continue to let others know what they can expect from Midas.Edit: I find it interesting that after I reviewed the place they add a note saying they want additional information and to go online to let them know more. The manager told me that the online complaints go directly to him and he will just delete them. It is almost as if they want to appear, to future customers, that they care. I will still go online and fill out the form and post up what happens from it all.Update (11/26/20) well after horrible gas mileage and lots of visits to different mechanics, we have finally figured out the damage that Midas caused. I did a full tune up and upgraded the air filter, but my gas mileage was still horrible. Turns out the mass airflow sensor was damaged when Midas left my air filter off. The tech must have tried to put it back on and failed because the air filter was damaged. So taking my car to these incompetent people cost me more than $200 and countless hours visiting mechanics.Still have not received any reimbursement or even an appology from Midas. So my recommendation to never take your vehicle here stands. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They were absolutely phenomenal! I just moved to Cheyenne and Ive always trusted Midas with all my vehicles! These gentlemen went up and beyond to make sure my service was perfect! The wait was short and I appreciated that Tyler the manager ordered my part ahead and called me when it was ready so I didnt have wait longer then what would be unnecessary. Chris a mechanic was a life saver when I was leaving all of sudden my fuse to my locks just went out and he went out of his way to make sure that I could safely lock my doors! These guys are awesome! I would highly recommend Midas to anyone! I also went to the Dell Range location for my oil change and fluid check and again the service I got from those gentlemen was nothing but the best! I just had my car repaired by Midas of Cheyenne and had the best experience. They were fast, courteous, reasonably priced and outstanding customer service. What needed done was explained to my understanding and comfort level. This is the first time I have had a problem with a car in a very long time if I do again this is the only place I will go-thank you gentlemen!

Amazing. Brought my truck in for new brake pads. Midas did a free inspection of the entire truck. Called me and said the pads were at 80% and did not need to be replaced. I asked them to rotate my tires while they had it on the lift. When I picked up my truck - the bill came to 0.00. No charge. I highly recommend. Good to find a shop with integrity. They have my business in the future.

My family and I were in a jam. We were headed on a road trip and discovered our alternator went bad. Called these guys up, after trying several other places, and they squeezed us in their busy schedule. Got the new alternator and belt installed immediately, and we were back on the road within hours. Went in and was told everything that was wrong with the car and how much itd cost. As well as priority of things needed to repair in order so that i could budget it better. One of the repairs I had didnt fix my problem, so I called back and they cleared a space for me immediately to get me back in there and fix the car. Good price and even better customer service!

The people here are the most friendly honest people youll meet. They do a full review of your car before they charge you anything and are up-front and honest about your cost. They are super timely and I everything I look for in a Mechanic.

They TCB (Take Care Of Business) and find the problem, had to bail out of local dealership and began using Midas. Nick the owner is world class. This shop is busy, because they are honest, to the point and have a strong work ethic over the dealerships here. Highly recommended.

Typical Saturday-existing of many errands to complete. Returned to my vehicle after one stop and found my car would not start. Power, but not turning over. I phoned Midas to see if they had the chance to look at it, and Tyler stated that he would be able to look at it immediately. Towed it there, and after an hour, Tyler came to me and notified me that my battery at drained. Ronnie and Tyler explained to me what to do in the coming hours of the day, and told me to have a better day. No charge... This is Customer Service! Customer Service that you dont typically find in many repair shops, as they could have very well charged me for their time. Thank you, Ronnie and Tyler! You made my day!

We have multiple vehicles that have had work done at Midas here in Cheyenne. We were looking for someone we could trust to do the repair work on our vehicles and we found Midas. Nick, Tyler, Ronnie and the rest of the guys at the shop are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and provide great customer service. The team there worked with the extended warranty companies we have on our vehicles to complete repairs from replacing an entire engine to doing tie rod ends and radiator replacement. They were diligent, stayed in contact and worked very hard to make sure we had a great overall experience. Any time we have had questions about the work done or or the rare occasion something wasnt 100% they responded immediately to take care of it. We think these guys are outstanding and have and will continue to recommend them as our car care provider of choice in Cheyenne.THANK YOU MIDAS!!!!

Went in to get our truck checked out and fixed. We had a previous estimate on the tire rods. Specifically told them we needed those fixed. Payed $1900 to get misculaneous fixed on the truck. Truck started to pull to the right and make a lot of clicking noise when driving and turning after spending a good amount of money on fixing the truck. Took truck back in and the tire rods were bad.......how is this possible? They state you have to get that checked after what we fixed on the truck. I asked why wasnt it checked due to the main reason coming in for the tire rods. All we got was oh Im sorry. Oh and these fixes will be $1000. Will never give another penny to this company. Very unprofessional

I broke down outside of town on a Friday night coming from Kansas City. I had to drive back Sunday. Ronnie was fantastic in helping fix what was wrong with the car and got the job done on Saturday when I dropped off the car. Fanatic guys and they were honest and open about the process! Thanks!

Didnt fix it!I am giving them two stars because their staff is extremely friendly and polite, albeit lacking a bit in communication. We ended up having to call them about four times to find out any news on our car, and then in the end, it wasnt really fixed. It seemed really busy every time we went in or called, and we think that maybe they werent able to give the amount of attention needed to find the problem. Overall, we probably wont go back there for maintenance.

Very awful service. they gave me a price, and called back to say the vehicle was ready... when I get there its $210 extra... I mentioned to them that they should state the total price when they called and they told me that its how they do business. SHADY place. Make sure you always ask for totals... also they charged $315 more than another place I called in town. Midas is way over priced, and my vehicle still shakes when i idle.... PROBLEM STILL EXISTS!!! They did nothing and charged me $755 to do NOTHING! Then asked if I could bring the car back in so they could look at it again... Are you kidding me!?

150.00 to put a thermostat in my 06 Buick lacrosse. And didnt burp the system .still had an air bubble in the system. Will never go there again

Horrible, I will never go there again, I went in for an alignment and they wouldnt do it because they said the water pump was leaking, they gave me an estimate and said it would be $800 for everything, I took it to another mechanic and he said there was nothing wrong with it and even showed me there was nothing wrong with it. All in all, they are just a bunch of liars who will try and make a pretty penny out of you

Basically if you want to be taken advantage of go here. If you like your money and dont want to be screwed go to GPO. Midas tried to charge $2,064.80 total with $840.46 for labor and 1,107.46 for parts with $116.88 in sales tax. That price was for two new brake pads, two new brake rotors, two new brake calipers, front outer tie rod end and completely replace power steering hose. that price also included wheel alignment, fill and bleed the brake lines along with a new air filter. Took my vehicle to GPO to get a second opinion. Had them look at all of those same parts. Was told I dont have a power steering leak and didnt need either of the brake calipers replaced. Plus I was quoted $400.00 for a new tie rod, two brake pads and rotor plus any fluids and bleed any lines plus labor all for a total quote of $400.00! Less than half for what Midas was going to charge me for labor. Granted they where replacing more part but they where parts that did not need to be replaced.UpdateTo owner: You think the pricing is the only problem? I mean its only, $1,600.00 cheaper for me to have another shop do the repairs... The biggest problem was your workers telling me I need parts replaced THAT WERE NOT NEEDED!Update #2: had my repairs done at another shop. Found out that my tie rod was not broken and didnt need to be replaced. Do not go here, there robbing people blind.

My initial and subsequent contacts were with Tyler. I thought I had a problem with my low beams so took my car in to be checked out and for an oil change. Tyler was always pleasant. After the techs could find nothing wrong with my lights, he very gently suggested the problem might be with the user. Tylers suggestion was right. I was embarrassed but because Tyler was so very nice, I didnt feel like a complete idiot. I will continue to use Midas on Lincolnway for my vehicle maintenance and future real (or imagined) issues.

This was several years ago, but my wife had issues with getting charged for work that was not completed correctly. Recently I went to get an Uber inspection for my car. It was cheaper than the other place in town that was doing them, but still seemed a little steep, and it took about three hours.

Worst oil change experience ever! Tyler is rude and condescending. Prices are exorbitant. British guy is inept as a owner and couldnt solve a customer service issue if he had to. I will never return.***The phony front that you present here to resolve this issue is just that a phony front. No sir! My assessment stands! Grease Monkey is faster and cheaper anyway! Midas in Cheyenne charged me $989 to get brakes and rotors done. I’d give them a negative star if I could. Everywhere else in Cheyenne would’ve berm around $535 for the same job. Over priced and dint trust them.

Everyones experience seems to be hit and miss, but Ive never had any problems with them. Ive taken a few cars in that I was having some issues with but they told me they couldnt find the exact issue. In the end they didnt charge me for anything, which I guess is just common courtesy, but it was still nice.

Had an engine go out of my 04 suburban on the 28th September 2016 and back up and running on the 1st October 2016. Thanks for the quick response and results. Thank you Tyler and Ronnie at E.Lincolnway Midas for everything you did. And a Thank you from Wade & Rene . Enjoy the Sandwiches. Lol

Brought my car in for breaks and routers, they looked over it and I ended up with $2500 worth of work. I okayed it, its my daughters car and who wants their kids stuck on the road in winter? They had to replace the oil pan gasket/seal so they had to pull the engine. I got the car home and the radiator emptied all over the driveway. When my husband got back into town he called they said bring it back in. We figured they didnt tighten something when they put the engine back. We got a call that the radiator seal/gasket is bad and they want another $400 to fix it....um came in for breaks, no problem with radiator, they pull the engine, and not radiator wont hold fluid...they want $400 MORE to fix what wasnt broken until they touched it?????? So mad. Can believe people could be so shadey. But they are super nice and polite while they are doing it!

I had a lot of work done to my car form another car shop spent more $ than I care to say and had to take it back more than once cuz they couldnt get it right. So I decided to take to Midas. They are AWESOME!!!!! They spent hours trying to figure out what the problem was when they realized it was my timming belt that was just replaced by the other guys. So long story short they fixed it right at a reasonable price and I cant be more happy with them!! I will always take my car to Midas when it needs some TLC. These guys did good by me. I am active military and was passing through on my way from California to Maryland on orders. Weeks before departing I had to replace the transmission in my 01 jeep grand cherokee. I went el cheapo on it by getting a used trans from an auto wrecker and replacing it myself.... Worked fine until just outside Cheyenne. The smell was horrific and it wouldnt shift properly. I pulled into the Midas on Saturday afternoon just before they closed. They took at look at it for me and suggested I have it replaced but it couldnt be done until Monday. I stayed for the weekend and came back Monday. They called wreckers down in Denver, found a trans, arranged to get it that morning, and had it installed that afternoon. They got me out of a huge jam and did it as quickly and cheaply as possible. I even had them crack open the old one to take a peek for myself..... It was destroyed inside. Large metal shards everywhere and it reeked of burnt trans fluid. These guys did everything they could for me and my wife to get us back on the road. They bent over backward for us and I am extremely greatful. The manager was awesome as well as the mech that did the work. Highly recommend.

My husband has taken his car here for over 9 years. He had had anywhere from oil changes, brakes, struts and now timing chain. He took his car in on Friday was told it would be 5-6 hours to have it fixed. That was 9 in the morning. He went to pick it up at 4:30. Was not done ! I drove from Colorado to pick him up it was around 8 pm. Still not done ! There was another man that was waiting for breaks to be done in his truck ( he had been waiting over 4 hours ) ! We where told by one of the employees the manager was coming do the the other customer being so upset. We seen the guy walking to the front of the building he came directly to us and did not ask us what was going on or anything !! He just started cussing us ! We said you have the wrong customer !! He turned and said he would deal with us later . He walked away and we could hear him at the back of the building screaming at the other customer ! Im to tell you very loud and not very nice words !! The car was finally finished at 9:15 . We received no apologies from this so called manager for the way he treated us !! As we left he was still out back screaming at the other customer !!! This is no way a manager should act !!! We will not take our business there again !!!! Poor poor customer service !!!
