I loved taking my vehicle to Halladay Motors to fix my hail damage. I have used the company twice for hail damage repair and they have been fabulous. My truck looked great inside and outside and they were super fast. I am so grateful for their great customer service. What a great experiience.

Absolutely excellent experience here. The staff is wonderful & friendly and doesnt waste your time. Even before starting the work, they gave us accurate estimates and work start dates. I would highly recommend taking vehicles here. 😊👍

Definitely will not use them again! Ended up taking them almost two weeks longer than quoted. I had to go get something I had left in my car and when I went to get it they had pieces of my door and other car parts sitting on my seats with nothing to protect them. When I brought this up when I picked up my car he told me there was no way that happened because they don’t do that and said “are you sure it was here and it was your car”. I was completely dumbfounded. When I went to pick it up there was several scratches around the car that weren’t there previously. I had to take my guy friend in with me because when I tried to tell them the scratches weren’t there before they didn’t believe me. They never repaired the 2 deep scratches because “my hail damage was too bad” even though it wasn’t at all. Lastly, I had to then take it back twice because they broke my ac unit during repair and didn’t attach the radiator hose clamp correctly so antifreeze was leaking everywhere. I don’t think they respect women because they disregarded everything I said and blamed it on me until my guy friend or dad talked to them for several instances. I regret taking my car here.

The staff were all very professional and the end product is excellent. They explained what they could do, worked with my schedule and even completed my car one day ahead of the scheduled date. I would like to hope I will not need these services again but in such a case they would be my first contact.

Lisa, the receptionist is phenomenal! Andrew was great to work with, and the 2 staff that fixed my car did an amazing job! The staff member that detailed my car also did a superb job!

Over all very happy with the service and very happy with the repairs. A little slower than Id hoped for but I also understand they are at the mercy of insurance companies that arent always willing to do things in a timely manner. Phil, the body guy that did the work, made it look like nothing ever happened!

After the last terrible snow storm in march I got a lot of damages to my low riding vehicle. My front end got tore apart by the snow. Halladay Collision was fast efficient and easy to work with. They worked directly with my insurance company so I didnt have to worry. I was back on the road in less then two weeks, and my car looks beautiful and just as clean as the day I bought it. thank you Halladay for your awesome work.

I called Halladay Collision Center on July 24th. Told the person who answered the phone that the insurance company adjuster had given me an estimate to fix the hail damage on my pickup. He made me an appointment for August 26th. I dropped my pickup off and was able to pick it up about 3:00. Apparently they did a repair estimate not knowing my insurance company already had. The guy who set up my appointment has apparently been fired. Which does me no good. I am now waiting another month for an appointment.. sometime in October. Am I happy.. No I am not. Am I disappointed, yes I am.. Hopefully they will do a good job. So far they have not instilled confidence. Time will tell.

Clerk was on vacation, no one knew where forms were for estimate, all employees continually dropped the fbomb while was in the lobby. My vehicle was estimated on the street! Never go back, if the customer serves is bad, Im sure the repair will be too!

Went there to get quote and possibly work done on my car. The lady on the phone had poor attitude but still went there the guy who quoted my car was nice until I told him I was going to look around to see if I can get the work done sooner. He then had poor attitude also wont go back again.

I was skeptical after reading some reviews about this place, but man was I impressed. Had a major hailstorm and my car got obliterated. They had my vehicle back to me within a couple weeks. Professional about it the whole way and the work done was flawless. Looks like a brand new car. Thank you Halladay for performing such great work.

Dealing with the body shop was the least stressful part of my car accident. They handled everything with my insurance and didnt need me for anything. The whole process was very quick and easy.

I had scheduled my State car to be repaired from an accident, went in for my scheduled appointment and I was not on the schedule. The parts were not even ordered. After going to get a loaner because our staff travel, went and returned the loaner. Now it will be yet another week. The staff who was responsible for my appointment is off work for a month. Seriously, when you are responsible for customers and you are going to be out of work, you make sure you have coverage so that your customers will still be taken care of in your absence! Very poor customer service.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. We walked into the shop for an estimate and four employees in the office barely acknowledged us. One guy finally walked to the front and asked me to write my name and address and phone in sticky note. We stood there for 15 minutes at least and then a secretary finally walked in and grumpily asked if we had been helped. I told her we were told to write down our info and then we’d been standing there for 15 minutes. She huffily took the sticky note to the guy in the back and we waited some more. In the meantime, I called the Terrell Honda collision center, walked out of the Halliday shop and was helped right away with an estimate and courteous service at Tyrrell Honda Collision. Don’t waste your time at Halladay Collision. Terrible customer service and they clearly don’t want anyone’s business.

Terrible experience! They had our truck for almost two months, most of which it was just sitting in their lot. When we called them, the person they said we needed to talk to was never there. They would always promise a callback which never came. Avoid this place at all costs.

After a trying time of having my truck backed into. I looked around town to find a good auto body shop. Being new in town, I choose the dealership which was Halladay Collision Center. They were right up front about cost and time to put my truck right. And what a great job they did, I could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Halladay Collision Center. They did what they said they would do. Rear in todays world.

Horrible experience. Took two weeks for a repair that they said would be 5 days. They dont answer their phones most of the time and dont return phone calls. It took us almost two days to get a hold of anyone there. They lost the insurance payment and tried to charge us an extra $500. What a mess

My vehicle was damaged in a bad hail storm, so I elected to take it to Halliday for repairs. Initially they stated that it would be a 4 week turnaround. For the past 3 weeks, it has been sitting in their backlot collecting dirt. So far theyve done a days worth of work to it (DPR). When I called to check on the status, they told me they would need it for an extra week (5 weeks total!).Its not due to the damage that they need to keep it. Its due to poor scheduling and management. Its a huge inconvenience and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone who depends on their daily driver.

As a USAA member, I was directed to use Halladay Auto Body repair which turned out to be a horrible experience! The shop never contacted me for the estimate, appointment, or anything even after I called Matt on two different occasions and he said he would get back with me. Seven weeks of having a damaged vehicle and dealing with no response from Halladay, I contacted USAA to choose a different shop as I didnt feel they were professional enough to handle the repair. On the same day, a female from Halladay Auto Body calls me up and starts threatening my credit for 45% restocking fees and hung up on me after I told her that I selected to use a different auto body repair company earlier that day. Because of this extremely rude phone call, I contacted USAA and informed them of how I was treated as a customer. At this time, USAA contacts Halladay to try and resolve the issue, but Halladay then they lied to my insurance company and said that they tried contacting me several times. Due to these reasons, Ill never utilize Halladay for anything and caution those to stay far far away due to lack of professionalism and ethics!!

I took my car because it got backed into. Todd Antepenko, Went above and boyond my expectations. Obviously Some people dont understand that not everyone is perfect and Accidents can happen. The amount of time it takes to get parts is out of the body shops hands and in the hands of the dealer or aftermarket companies parts people. At least they made it right, As some people reviewed. If anyone has any Body work that Needs to be done I highly recommend You go see Todd. They have some of the best painters and Body personel around. Thank you guys for getting my car back to me in a timely manner.

Stay AWAY from the body shop!! After a minor incident I recieved a reasonable estimate from the Halladay Motors Collision and Repair. I recieved my car back with a huge ding in the right fender, which after I confronted them, they agreed to repair for free. It was 2 1/2 months before they could begin working on my car. After a 2 1/2 month wait I dropped my car off for the scheduled appointment time and was informed it would be ready in approx 3 days. After 3 days I had not heard from them, so called to check on the status. They informed me that the car was scheduled to be painted the next day and be ready to pick up the day after that. By the 5th day I had again not heard anything so called to see what time I could pick up the car. They then informed me that the car had not only NOT been painted, but had NOT been repaired at all, as they had not yet received the parts. When questioned as to why the parts had not arrived since they had the previous 2 1/2 months to get them, the manager offered little explaination and stated she could not gaurentee when the parts would arrive. 4 days following this conversation I was able to pick up my car. The detail job was poor and there was armorall on the windows. Additionally, the paint job was SO poorly done that there is a clear and obvious spot on the front fender that was either missed or the paint came off. I will NEVER use this company again for anything, and would NOT recommend taking your vehicle here.

Great repair . . . unnoticeable where damage occurred. Only issue was time to repair 3+ weeks on a quoted 7-10 day repair.

They need forever to fix our car. We waited over a month to get it back. Also we waited for recalls and nothing happened.
