This place is the real deal. Genuine engine-repair craftsmen repairing your broken-down lawnmowers and snowblowers. They sell used ones too.They fixed my snowblower a few years ago and for some DIY work, I needed some parts and they had exactly what I needed. Highly recommended!

Took our small snowblower for some work in February. It still isnt done. It is now May. They dont even call to let us know what the problem is. We have called several times. Still no answer

This place promised to fix my mower for around $40, to have it done in like a week or week and a half, and to call me when the work was completed. I had to call 30+ times before they answered (voicemail was full) because it had been 2 weeks and I hadnt heard anything. Mower was fixed. I went to pick up. They tried to charge me $80! Of course, I said something about how much it was and wanted to know why. Tech told me oh sorry, we charged you for the wrong labor cost. This is just incredibly poor service and I recommend taking your business elsewhere. Even with the state of things, making a phone call and charging the right amount seem pretty basic to business.

Dont waste your money. My mower was supposedly fixed last November for almost $100, using reconditioned parts costing more than new parts, but when I tried to use it the following spring, it did not work. I called and left messages until the mailbox was full, but never got a return call. I went to the store in person, but no one was ever there. The Hopkins experience is exactly why I dont shop local. The behavior of Hopkins hurts all their neighbors in business.

Ive used them a few times to repair my lawn mower. These guys know what theyre doing and they do it at a fair price. Theyve always done right by me and Ill keep going to them because of it.

They repaired two of my Stihl chainsaws and they run great now

Note on the door states they are out and will return by 1:30 and didnt show till closer to 3. Also asked if they were still going to be offering services next year and he stated thats none of my business. Just didnt seem all to professional to me.
