Hip style, friendly.. love this shop

I rarely write reviews. However as a business owner, I would be remiss not to mention the utter lack of response/customer service from this shop. I ordered three items without any response from the company. Despite repeated phone calls, unable to leave a message, they did not respond to ANY type of correspondence, written or verbal.Additionally on their website, there is not a place to even check the status of your order. Strange.I was looking forward to taking the items I ordered in plenty of time for a business trip, but of course they never arrived. I ultimately had to dispute my charges via PayPal and they could not get a response from them either. I am awaiting a credit to my account.All I can say is buyer beware. If I treated my customers like this, I would be out of business.

I have been trying to get a hold of the store repeatedly about items I purchased online 3 weeks ago. My payment was processed and my credit card charged, but still have not received my items and can not get a hold of the owner via phone, email or Facebook. I may need to call my credit card company to get my refund...

I placed an item over a month ago, was charged, and never received the package due to it being pending. Never received a response.

Amazing wonderful place wonderful people working. Its a must have to stop by.
