Victoria helped me today.My old S8 gave up the ghost so had to get a new one. Victoria was well versed on the available phones that matched my needs. She pleasantly worked through all my questions and adroitly transferred my info and apps. Up and running in under 45 minutes. Thats why weve worked with TCC for 16 years.

Beware these thieves! The kid who sold me my phone was busy on his iPad shorting Tesla, gave me bad info and cost me a bundle. The manager called three weeks later, after my old phone was traded in and all the data transferred, new case etc. and said they would not honor the deal. So? What do you do? They got me locked in, and cost me about $500.00 more than it should have! The owners hide in the shadows while a bunch of kids make bad deals! BEWARE!
Carlos was INCREDIBLY helpful with my girlfriend and I today. He knew exactly how to do everything to get what we needed, he even stayed an hour after they closed so that we did not leave unsatisfied!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend TCC in Chesterton, Carlos is god tier!!

Allen at the Chesterton location was by far the best customer service experience I have ever experienced, I was with my mother who dreads going to sale phone stores because she always felt like she got a bad experience, after we left there my mother would not stop talking about how great and respectful she was treated and showing her everything about her phone. He definitely needs a position upgrade it.Store was very clean!

Vicky helped the following day when 2 features were not working properly. She took all the time needed to make sure I walked out with a phone that was working.

Alan at the Chesterton location was hands-down best customer service Ive ever had with Verizon or any other play some business. The man was very clear on explaining his products along with helping me out in every way trying to get my broken phone and all of its contents transferred over to my new phone. He broke down payment plans and cost of extras. But Above All Else, he was dealing with myself along with multiple other customers at the end of the day flawlessly. Definitely worth the 45-minute drive to go out and be able to work with someone like that.

We have been to many Verizon stores over the years, have to say this was our best experience yet. Juan was the best. He was honest, straight forward, and not pushy like a lot are. He was a breath of fresh air. Service was great. I’ll make the drive to come back here again to see Juan!

Saturday February 29th 10:30am I just had the worst customer service experience at the Verizon store in Chesterton Indiana . The young lady was fast talking, unhelpful, unclear and looked unprofessional with her face piercings with a dismissive attitude.I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 18 years.I recently called and asked about a promotion only to come in personally and be told the promotion is no longer being offered.I will never go to this Verizon store again.

There was a deal for new customers that you could trade in the phones we had and get new ones for free. We already had Verizon, but they said we could cancel our numbers and sign up as new customers with new numbers. We did that, but because of a technical glitch, we had to come in the next day to open the new account. The next day, we go in and are informed that the deal was canceled and we no longer are eligible for the phones. We had our phone numbers for over 10 years and we lost them for nothing.The saving grace for this place is that the manager and staff were friendly and not pushy at all trying to sell us stuff we didnt need. They just couldnt accommodate us. Maybe thats more on Verizon, but considering the sacrifice we made for the deal and it was their problem that caused us to miss it, I was disappointed.I guess thats what tax returns are for. We love our new phones. I just wish we could have loved the price and plan we thought we were getting.

Used to be a good store, not anymore. Bought a screen protector because they said it was life time warranty, come in and get a free replacement anytime . Went in to the store ask for a replacement, they said, no problem Ill have one here within a week. 3 weeks later after no call,I stopped in and they said, I have to contact the company and then pay for the shipping and handling for the screen protector. My advise, Go to the valparaiso store, theyre a corporate store. They stand by what they sell you.

Be warned! Unless you have $$$ to throw out your window PLEASE DON’T GO HERE!!We went here to get 2 new phones. Ended up being ripped off!After getting home we had to spend all night resetting the phones to factory setting and transferring our things correctly and get the phones set up right.Also noticed afterwards that we were charged fees that we were not told about. Additionally to that we got charges additional fees from the carrier that we were also not told about.After contacting TCC and speaking to the manager (Stan), we were informed that he could not care less about our experience and was less than willing to work with us. His main goal was to get us to shut up and get off the phone.

Theyre always pretty helpful, Ive never had a problem there. Theyre technically only an authorized retailer though so they are legally (?) limited in what they can do for you.

Terrible customer service only one person in the store 6 people waiting for over an hour and still the one person working was with the same customer over an hour later.....
They easily diagnosed and fixed my bluetooth connection problem. I had spent 3 eeiilns trying to fix it on my own. I should have gone in sooner.
The store has a nice selection of devices, accessories as well as connected home products like doorbells, light bulbs, security and garage door openers. Great location, too.

On December 18 I went into the store because my phone did not work. My phone was restored but the salesman told me that the next time it went out I might lose all of my data and I should buy a new phone. He also told me that they had a promotional and if I bought a HUM, I would have no line charges for it. Six hours later my data was finally loaded and I thought I had paid for the phone and the HUM ($29.95). Soon I found that the HUM was available for $9.95 on line and if I had gone to a verizon store they would have given me back the $20.00 difference. In addition, thought that I had paid for the phone. At no time was I quoted a price of $409.00 or I never would have purchased the phone. I went on vacation and came back 2 days over the 14 day limit for returning the HUM (it would have been legal at a verizon store to return without penalty). I complained and the manager told me she would call back the next day. A week later I called and she said she was still working on it. Today she told me that she had tried to call but had not left a message.Verizon called the store for me and I asked to know what was on the receipt I had paid. I was told that the manager could not tell me over the phone or send me a copy of the receipt but I would have to come in to see it. I never want to go to the store or by it again. Be forewarned, if you want a verizon product go to a VERIZON store.By the way TCC doubles the re shelving fee charged by Verizon.
Changed 4 phones over from AT&T to Verizon with all the promised deals. Buy one get one phone free, and pay off all the old phones. Some of the phones needed to be ordered and by the time they all got there the deal had ended. The salesperson had to assign new numbers to the phones for a day because they were having trouble confirming all the deals. It took me over 2 months and many hours to get most of the deals that were promised because of the new number assignment. And one of the phones were never paid back (about $500). Because of the problem the manager put on 4 screen protectors for free and promised lifetime replacement. When I went to get the first one replaced they had already stopped using that brand, so he had to get it from another store. So he put it in my records that I was owed these new screen protectors. When I went to get the 2nd replaced the old manager had left and the new manager DID NOT HONOR any more free screen protectors. He promised to have the owner call me and I never got a phone call back. They are not a trustworthy company and most of the problems had to be fixed at the Verizon store in Valpo because it was a company store.Buyer Be Ware. Use the company store in Valpo.
