Great place to get your car fixed

Took my vehicle for hail damage, you could not tell it was ever damaged. Wonderful job. The best service and employees. I was kept me up to date on repairs. In one day... out the next.

Great people fast service!

Initial visit went well, seemed to be concerned of my vehicle issue. Offered to investigate work provided by another Gerber location, stated Gerber will call with information in the next few days. Waited several weeks, no return call. I called them back, no apology for not calling back. Questioned the findings, manager was out at a “doctor’s appointment” but informed me not to worry they will be helping me because this issue should have been addressed during the initial repairs. Will call me back the following day when the manager returns. After one week, no return call. Called back and stated they need their diagnostic specialists to check to see if issue was accident related ($125) cost to me if they find this is not accident related, manager again not in office. Informed I will go to dealership. Gerber estimator stated if dealership can prove this is related to the accident, Gerber will repair. Dealership stated this is “very likely accident related”. Informed Gerber estimator and now being told the original Gerber location has to contact the insurance company to see if they will even pay for repairs. Being strung along, no follow up calls, customer is not the priority.

Ron is super nice, just make sure to check your vehicle as it was obvious with mine that they didnt and I had to take it back. Time is valuable and it didnt seem to matter to them. I learned my lesson.

Horrible service!! I went in there for an estimate. They where unwilling to do it because I did not have my insurance estimate. So I said fine I will go somewhere else. Then they changed their tune. To late! Never go there again if thats how they are going to treat a customer from the start. He was trying to talk me in to doing what he wanted instead of doing what I ask for. Horrible! Especially when they advertise free estimates.

Great work, customer service and fixed everything that was damaged unlike cde who wont fix custom lights, tints, exhausts etc! Would recommend!

I would not recommend them, they over charged for the work they did. The quality of the paint job was not good. The parts they painted do not match well at all.

Extremely fast turnaround, very knowable staff.
