0/5 stars to a mike b that answered the phone on 6/14/21 10am.not helpful on the phone with answers.didn’t aim to please in answering a potential customer’s questions or educating and talking the customer down the right path.didn’t seem to want to actually help or provide answers to directly asked pricing questions.Asking information not pertinent to the direct question I asked.Seems like they’re not genuine in practices as in they want to know how many you’re going to get in total before telling you an individual price.He then proceeded to tell me to have a good day when I told him I wanted to know the price of (1) unit ….Home Depot, Lowe’s, anywhere that wasn’t local wouldn’t have responded this way.Sheesh… shame on me for trying to support small businesses.unhelpful, not friendly, will not recommend.
