Got my bike in and out fast for first service

The sales associate we talked with was ver personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered a lot of our questions before we could even ask them, and pointed out some things that we hadnt thought of yet. He was very thorough and was able to get back to us that evening regarding that financial questions. Top notch! We will definitely go back and will tell our friends.

I had warranty work done here. I got my machine back and two bolts are missing that hold the front plastics to the bumper. The top 4 bolts that hold the bumper to the frame were not even hand tight. They gummed up the threads on all of my front diff bolts from not lining up the holes before cranking them down. This is only what I’ve found from installing my winch. These guys had my sub trans apart so I can only imagine what else.Edit: The Sub trans is under the front seats, in front of the motor. To get the sub trans out, you have to remove the front bumper, and fully unbolt front diff to slide the front drive shaft out of the sub trans and that’s per Honda service manual. All of my heat shielding under front seat was installed incorrectly and push pins missing everywhere.

Said it would take 2 days to do a 15 minute tire change on a dirt bike. Ha!

Had to have a tire mounted on my bike and dropped by on a Saturday. Mario and the team were top notch. Work was done for a fair price and I was on my way with a smile. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely everyone in there was super nice, helpful and friendly. Walked in today with my dog to buy a scooter and my dog made four new best friends! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my scooter would fit in the back of our car. Thank you guys for all your help today. Excellent customer service!

Update: It has been over two months and still the title is no where to be found. They are aware of the issue but are not working to resolve an issue that they created. Original: It has been over a month and we still do not have a title for one of the three bikes we bought. I called last week and the finance manager said ...it must have gotten lost in the shuffle. This does not instill confidence in their ability to actually help.

Best dealership experience I have ever had. They let you look around without being pushy. They help you with any questions you have. They are very friendly. I had even lost my paperwork from them and they did everything possible to help me out before I found where I misplaced it. Service after the sell means a lot and they are the best at it. Can not recommend them enough.

Ordered a chain for a Yamaha TTR 125, which should have 122 links. Upon pickup, was told that the 122 link chain was out of stock and was given a 130 link chain but that links would be easy to remove. Upon speaking to my mechanic, he suggested changing it out for the proper chain as there was no reason to spend extra money on labor. When I called back, I spoke to someone who initially told me “122 link chain doesn’t exist,” and when I informed him that I had been told it was out of stock previously he changed to “well it isn’t being made by any manufacturers right now because of this disease.” At this point I asked to return the chain to buy from the competitor and he told me that “custom orders could not be returned” and hung up. Extremely poor service and business, always received excelled service under previous ownership and have had all of our 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, and RTVs worked on there but will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

He will get you on the right machine that fits your needs . Its always a pleasure to talk to him. Great guy . Justin is a friendly salesman there always ready to make you a deal. Great parts and service department. I was searching for in stock tires for my bike so I could ride this weekend. St. Louis Powersports Chesterfield was the ONLY dealer in the state who had anything in stock. On top of that they had multiple options. I come here for parts often and have never had a bad experience. Keep in mind I live five minutes from a local powersports dealer but choose to make a 40 minute drive to come here.

Terrible salesman I would never buy from here. Obviously its a race issue the guy said I was wasting his time when he made me wait 20 minutes for a price on bike he said was a 98 and it was a 93 I put a more then fair offer in and he said I was wasting his time dont waste yours unless your white and rich..

Wanted to charge me for 13 hours on a PWC repair that should take 9 hours at the most. Service dept told me that sometimes it takes longer so they charge for 13 hours. Flat rate is 9 hours and it should be a 6 hour job at most.
