Small Indian store with good selection of Indian items. Reasonably priced.
They do have some essentials and their selection of mithai seemed good. But they overcharged a dollar for something that had a clear sticker price of $3.99. Not a biggie in terms of price but it reduces the initial trust you have for them, especially if this happens on your very first visit to the store. They also don’t show product prices so you have to go to the front to ask about price each time. Not something you’d want to do on each visit. I certainly wish them well but it’s not somewhere you’d want to go frequently given the poor first experience.
Unnecessarily expensive. Unprofessional. Judgemental and Rude. The produce is of inferior quality and not as fresh as at other stores.Every other store in st.Louis is hands down better than this one at produce and groceries including customer satisfaction.frankly I’d give them negative rating if I could.I have attributed my precious experiences at this store to rush hours, out of stock days, inexperienced staff etc but my recent experience at this store was just the worst. There was an elderly man who was ringing up my order and he made rude and judgemental comments about my purchase because I simply refused to pay about $5 for about 1.2 pounds of red onions. I have politely asked him to refrain from making such comments due respect to his age but he wouldn’t stop. I was appalled that the 2 other people at the billing station wouldn’t stop him either. They made me feel so bad about spending my money in their store and encouraging this kind of behaviour When I could have supported other local businesses who have standards. I don’t feel like ever going back to that store and I’d advise you to keep yourself and your hard earned money away from them. They don’t deserve it. Like others before have mentioned I’m appalled that they’re still in business. There are better stores, definitely better prices and better people in St.Louis. They’re never going to see another penny from us.
Very friendly staff. They helped me find the exotic spices I was looking for. If you cant find the spices, sauce or paste you are looking for, look there; they probably have it.
Prices are higher for many items than other indian stores. A good day itself costs 2 dollars more than the other indian stores nearby. Try compare with other items as well.Never recommend.
Amazing selection, variety and prices. Super friendly staff who can help you find anything you need. The kind of place that will become your go to grocery store once you give it a chance.
Great shop to go get Indian foods, snacks, and ingredients.
Good sized selection of fresh produce, refrigerated section, spices, and other dried goods. My only complaint is that items are rarely priced in all sections. Its a major inconvenience to customers that they cant see how much stocked items cost and I buy less because I have to go to the front to inquire about what anything costs.
The cashiers take forever to ring you up, be prepared to wait in line for 20-30 min during rush hours
I was a regular customer of the store, I brought a pressure cooker and tried to return it back the same day they were very redundant n harsh for not taking it back and once I said I want talk to the manager the manager was nice enough to take the return back but the employee who works there charged me 4.99 $ for taking it back saying that they need to re pack it even when I brought all the packing material back to them the next day .i believe that if the manager ordered to take the return back they should have taken it back without charigjnh additional money to the customer if they are really not using the equipment, It is such a loss for a customer without using the equipment and returning it back the same day with the receipt. They also over changes me for one the goddess photo which I brought saying 2.99 for just a printout which did not any lamination or cardboard unlike other photos selling in the same store and the lady in the customer service was rude when I asked her to check the rage with the other employee in the billing saying take it or leave it n whether I was accusing her of lying to me about the price, who wants to take the blame of the sales person, all we need end of the day is her review on the things we purchase demanding or accusing the customer about judging her character.
Incredibly rude. I would give them negative stars if I could. Ive been to this store multiple times and experienced rude behavior every single time.Once I was waiting in line to check out with my wife who was almost 8 months pregnant at the time. We didnt expect special treatment. We patiently waited for our turn, but when that came the cashier skipped over us to check out someone else. Was it someone he knew? I dont know. Im not Indian, but it was unprofessional and rude regardless. Two other times I have tried to stop by to pick up a single item before closing and was refused entrance. They basically kicked me out. And its not like I showed up 2 minutes before closing time. Both times I arrived 15-20 minutes before closing time. Plenty of time to get in and out well before the store closes. The only reason Ive put up with this much rudeness is because its Indian grocery store thats less than a 30 minute round trip for me. If another option were to open near me, these jerks wouldnt see another penny from me ever again.
One of the best natural resources around for herbs and other great products! Highly recommend, especially for those looking for herbs and other natural things.
No price tag for the goods, looks pricey
Has good food, but does not enforce social distancing.
Good. But over priced.
Online curbside pickup is great during this COVID19
Friendly, helpful staff. Great experience.
I really love this store and supporting local Indian groceries but it’s really frustrating when I call ahead asking if a specific product is there, they confirm that it is there and I show up and it is, in fact, not there. Great produce, helpful staff in the aisles and very well stocked (esp when there isn’t a pandemic going on) but a very annoying experience.
Very good Indian grocery store net Chesterfield area. Good collection of veggies and grocery items. We frequently visit this place. Wide variety of snacks. They have fresh snacks and homemade sweets available daily. We can find different collection of Gods Idols
Looks like this store in no different from other stores that are jacking up prices of essentials. Trying to make more money as when they can. I am not going to support this store. If I have an option I will skip this store.they messed up every online order. they sustituted the good ones for the non selling brands in the order and also they vegetables were rottten.they made money taking advantage of the corona fear.never will support this store.
We did some grocery when we visited Chesterfield @ my friends place.I found it bit costly compare to Atlanta GA grocery prices.may be that is fare compare to place.
People here are rude and unprofessional.. Wonder how they came to USA and running this shop . keeping their low standard behavior as they do in India ..they want to pass unnecessary comments on us.. since they speak Hindi and Tamil people may like them but my priority is not that.. this is the most unprofessional shop I have ever seen in USA.. I have lived in 4 states so far and been to more than 20 states here..I will never go back here again.. I work in IT and I know how difficult these days even for well educated, well qualified people to get a visa here.. I wonder how these kind of low standard people gets visa and migrate here!! There are other Indian shops here where people have manners..they may charge more or they might not have many items I need, still I prefer to go to other shops because they have some manners..
Very personal and friendly people work here. The place had almost the whole of India inside.. must visit in St. Louis. Very accommodating people. I have had no problem exchanging stuff from here good things that I accidently bought out changed my mind about.
Lots of options for those cooking Indian food, or those that just love Indian flavors and snacks.
This is such a great hole in the wall indian supermarket. Great prices and I can find most things. Be sure to ask for their samosas. They are delicious and have them readily available behind the cashiers.
This is a fantastic little authentic Indian market. Their produce section has really good prices and lots of hard to find asian vegetables. They have an excellent selection of proper Indian products from incense to food ingredients to pre-made processed Indian food, plus they have an ever-expanding selection of freshly made Indian food, like samosas and desserts, etc. They are slow at the register, but that seems par for the course with authentic Indian establishments.
Good place with lot of items on stack. But need to be very careful while buying as many of the item purchases are final. No returns or exchanges are offered if the items are not good/edible.
The produce is always fresh, the staff is always friendly and the store itself is very clean!
Best staff and good customer service. Vegetables are always fresh at good price. All other groceries are maintained well with quality and range of selection. One stop shop for all your cooking needs.
This is a perfect store for groceries shopping. All Indian food items are easily available.
Very nice Indian store with lots of snacks and daily use items.. so many desi fresh vegetable options.
This is the one of best grocery store they have fresh vegetables also they have all Indiana items good location
This is just one of the Indian store in the St Louis area and there are multiple stores around here but this is the most expensive indian store. Sesame oil is $7.49 where other stores are charging $5.99 for small bottle. Be careful people this place is ripping off the pockets
Its nice and neatly maintained store. Vegetables are fresh most of the times. The staff is friendly too.
This is our favorite Indian grocery store in Chesterfield. Highly recommend their Jalebies, jack fruit and other veggies. Very friendly staff. Also, they have almost all Indian masalas and never out of Maggie!
Fresh veggies and groceries.... their masala tea is awesome!!
Extremely rude staff! I’ve never had so many mean looks in my direction from customers and from the workers. I’m not sure if this is due to my non-Indian race but I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I suggest you treat every customer the same and appreciate any business you can get bc I will never come back and have told all friends to avoid! I’m addition to the rude/unwelcoming service they tried to charge my credit card twice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Nice ..medium size but good fresh vegetables and more variety Also has almost every type of Indian grocery item.
Its a nice store for Indian grocery, though price is little higher compare to other places.
They overcharged if you don’t pay attention and make sure they charge you the right tax percentage. I would never go again. I purchased Jivraj tea since it’s on my way to work and I needed for next morning I stopped by at night, they had price listed as 6.99$ and they charged me 8.99$. I am not the first customer who complain about this .please Read the reviews they always charge more than listed.
Great place to buy groceries from all over India and Nepal!
Good India grocer. Good collection of groceries
This guys just robbing the Customers, these ppl are charging...curry leaf by weight, I never seen throughout United States...Single Mango 🥭 $4, it was < 1 LB....😣
Most of the Indian groceries and masala items available. No chicken/meat/fish available here. Two variety of Indian tea (Chakra gold and Red label) and three vaieryy of Indian coffee are available. Many of the Indian vegetables are also available, if you want to buy onion, tomatoes, potato, ginger, garlic better buy in Walmart where you can get a better (much more better to be precise) price. Other Indian vegetables,Maggi noodles, Indian biscuit varieties available. Snacks like samosa, puffs available (better not to try guyz). Overall the shop is good mostly you can find all the Indian shopping items in your list.
Decent place to shop indian groceries. Probably youll find everything indian from a-z. They do accept all kind of e payments(g pay, Samsung pay, apple pay).

Perfect Indian grocery store with fresh veggies in the area
Good selection
Nice place for Indian grocery in Chesterfield
Make sure to check expiry date, I believe nowadays checking the expiry date has become a consumer responsibility as opposed to a sellers responsibility. I had the same problem with Walmart and another grocery store. So check the date. Giving 4 stars because there is a wide variety of Indian food.
Good indian grocery
Good big store for indian grocery
Very good quality products.
Very wide selection, and their home-cooked samosas are delicious!
Very Friendly Staff. Hindi Speaking. Keeps all items from North to South Indian. If particular brand or item not available, They can arrange the same. We requested for Punjabi Atta and got the same.
