Always a good experience. They typically have what I need (Jandy Equipment). One time, they even sold me a part from their display and took my ordered part to replace on the display. The manager, Josh, is very knowledgeable and helpful. He allows me to text him pictures and answers my questions. He even got a rep to get my issue taken care of when my pool installer didn’t.
I drove 10 miles to shop at this store and it was close. Its suppose to open at 12 pm on Sunday, I was there at 11:45am. I road around until 1PM waiting for it to open,it never did. Online showed the store was open, but it wasnt. After waiting I gave up around 1:30 pm.
Josh and the team have helped me out as a new pool owner for 2 seasons now. Ive gotten valuable insight and great advice on how to care for my pool and recommendations for products that I actually need. This summer I had a pump stop working days before a small outdoor family gathering and Josh was able to squeeze the repairs in on super short notice. You can buy pool equipment and chemicals in many places, but you wont find the service and knowledge you get at Baker anywhere else.
People are nice that work there. However, DO NOT use the electric company they recommend. They are NOT customer friendly, provide inaccurate quotes and lie to their customers

Ive never had the best experience here, compared to the other shops around (R&S or St. Charles Pool and Spa) this one is low on the list that Id seek help or buy from. They do let you rent and try out pool robots which is very nice and helpful. That coupled with the fact they are open on Sundays is why they get 4 stars. If something goes wrong on a Sunday I at least know they will have the part I need.
What a wonderful business!!! We purchased our spa 3 years ago, and could not be be happier. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and provide us with advice on maintenance, spa features, and free water testing! Bobbe, Josh, and Sarah all provide excellent customer service and are always available for questions and recommendations. They carry a full line of Hot Springs spas ( best spa in the business) and have unique accessories as well. The service and support after the sale has been as important to us as the initial purchase and we can’t imagine buying from anyone else. Would highly recommend!!
Remarkable customer service! I am late in posting this since we received our spa over a year ago. We have thoroughly enjoyed our Hot Springs spa and it has provided us hours of fun with our family and friends. But, what really stands out is the professionalism and customer service of the people at Baker Pool and Spa. We had the spa installed on our new deck and had to use a crane to raise it over the house and drop it in. The owner, John, and his team helped us on site to rig and install the spa in the deck. Unfortunately, after they left, we realized we preferred a 45 degree turn to improve the view. We had to bring the crane back to make this adjustment and the Baker team came back to assist with no issue or extra cost. We truly appreciate their service and appreciate the whole experience with them. For all of our product and service needs, we will make sure to go to Baker!
I started going to Baker pools 3 years ago as a first time pool owner. Since the beginning, Josh and his crew have been great about teaching me how to care for my pool and maintain my water levels. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of service I have received there! This season brought on a new challenge as a piece of my equipment malfunctioned before the warranty was out. Josh lead the charge and worked his magic to get me a replacement piece under warranty and saved me not only money but time spent on the phone with the manufacturer. Incredible company! We are first time pool owners, and the tasks seem a bit daunting at first. However, last week I knew nothing about taking care of a pool, but after several visits to Baker Pool & Spa, I am much more comfortable managing and taking care of the moving parts of our pool. I have mainly been working with Josh, who has been great at answering all of my questions. On another note, I have called several times over the past week for pool advice, and the staff has always been willing to help. I hope to spread the word about this company. Keep up the great work!
I have a Hot Springs Vista spa and have been doing business with Baker Pool & Spa for a while. I rely on them for my chemicals, supplies and overall maintenance of my spa. Recently I had a pump go out and even though I was days away from my warranty expiring they immediately ordered a new one, had it there in days and replaced it with no hesitation.Since then I also ordered a new cover as the old one was leaking and they matched it perfectly. The staff is friendly, informed about their products and provide excellent service, I highly recommend Baker Pool for all your pool and spa needs.

I appreciate the quick service on a powerless hot tub filled with water during a very cold period. Patrick the repair person (and his helper) were good and quick in determining that the problem was the hot tub cord, and they installed a new (better) power cord. There have been no problems with the hot tub since they left. Thanks.
From the point of learning about Hot Tubs and obtaining the one best suited for my needs, the service has been helpful, informative, responsive and courteous.I am in my three person Hot Tub every evening for the last 2 1/2 years but for a few hot summer weeks and find it therapeutic and restful.My kids and nephew enjoy the time in there as well, rebounding from physical activities/sports and entertaining their friends.I think the staff at Bake Pool and Spa behave like they are part of my team and I appreciate the support.

Baker Pool and Spa has been wonderful. We love our new hot tub and the Silk Balance system.We did have some trouble with the floor model we bought, but Baker replaced the parts at no charge. We are now enjoying care free use of our hot tub following their regular maintenance procedures.I would highly recommend this company.

We just ordered a new Rayner Pool Cover from Baker Pool this past fall. Our existing cover was an unusual size to begin with and then we wanted to modify it to include part of our incorporated fountain. Sarah with Baker wanted to make sure it fit perfect so had the Rep with Rayner Pool Covers come out to take additional measurements and see exactly what we wanted with our new cover. They were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable in making recommendations for our new cover. Pool Cover was delivered when promised however some miscellaneous parts were missing. Sarah went above and beyond to get me the missing parts the following day. Cover fits great and Baker Pool did a wonderful job. Nice to get great customer service!! Thanks Sarah!
At Baker Pool theyre always very helpful and professional. Customer service is always very good. The Silk Guard 3 tabs are the best. Ive tried different brands but always come back the Silk Guard. They last longer.

Love Baker Pool and Spa! I own Buoyant float spa that requires hydrogen peroxide and testing kits. Josh was able to help me find a testing kit in larger quantity, but he had to order it which was going to take longer due to the holidays. In the meantime, because I desperately needed the kit, he offered me his kit to borrow until mine came in. Thats customer service! Thanks Josh and Baker Pool and Spa!

We bought a place out at Innsbrook last year and it came with a hot tub. Since we knew nothing about hot tubs, we hired Baker Pool and Spa to service ours. Chris Sander and the whole team do a great job of keeping our spa well-maintained and in great working order. It always looks fresh and clean! Not bad for a 10 year-old spa!

Unfortunately we made the mistake of NOT purchasing our hot tub from them, BUT they have been extremely helpful with the issues we’ve been experiencing with our water chemistry and are super patient with us! I bought my hot tub in the spring of 2012, and have nothing but positive things to say about everyone that I have dealt with at Baker Pool and Spa. From my pleasant experience in the showroom, through delivery, and continued follow up and service. I was convinced on how using the salt system and silk balance would make my hot tub even more enjoyable, and I couldnt have been happier with recommendation. The water stays fresh and clean, does not have that typical spa smell, and is very soft on my skin. The product is great, and baker Pool and Spa has been great. I would highly recommend them to anyone who was in the market for a new spa!

I was having problems with my pentair salt chlorine generator so I called the the company that installed the pool (unfortunately not baker) and they would not return my call? So I took it to baker and Josh did a test on it and found that is was bad and even tho I did not purchase the part from them they still went out of their way to help me and sent it in to the pentair company for a replacement it was just barely under warranty so Josh was very helpful and I have went in there numerous times before for other things and to have my pool water checked and every staff member that iv had contact with were all very knowledgeable and so helpful had I known what I know now about Baker pool and Spa I would have used them from the beginning. Hands down great service and very helpful and friendly service.
We have owned hot tubs with every home since the early 80s. I have never heard about Silk Balance until the purchase of this hot tub at Baker Pool & Spa. WOW what a difference, I had no idea there was a product like this on the market! Thank you Baker Pool & Spa for the set up chemicals that came with the tub. I was kind of skeptical about Silk Balance when I added it to the water, as it made the water cloudy, but I waited my 1 hour and magically the water was as clear as I have ever seen. Not to mention soaking with the Silk Balance, no dry or itchy skin and the feel of the water is amazing. Thank you Bobbi & Josh and the folks at Silk Balance. P.S. I plan on upgrading before my year is up! :) Thanks again....
When about 21 months old, the cover of our Hot Springs spa absorbed large amounts of water for no apparent reason and was becoming very heavy. Bobbe at Baker Pool moved quickly and with no fuss to get a new cover under warranty even though the cause of the problem was not clear. This is our second tub from Baker and the service has been consistently good over many years.
We bought our hot tub from Baker Pool & Spa over 9 years ago and we have found Baker Pool & Spa to be very helpful and informative with any problem that has occurred. Happily we have not had many problems but they were quickly resolved with the help of Baker Pool & Spa. The associates are always pleasant and professional. I always purchase my chemicals and accessories from them. I would not hesitate to purchase another spa from them in the future.

If you are considering a pool or hot tub, expect to have an issue every now and then. make sure you choose a company that will be there to assist you after the install. stuff goes wrong; however, baker pool works with the manufacturer to make it right. they serve as your advocate.
The worst pool company to deal with regards to service.I hired them last year after they installed a new pool cover and closed my pool the year before. Right off the get go when they came to open my pool last year (quoted me 2 hours @180 to open the pool) the tech who came to open tells me that I have a wrong pool cover and it has ruined my pool with debris over the winter and that it will cost me $1200 to clean the pool. When I called the office and told them the case they back pedaled and told me that it wasnt to wrong cover and the tech had misspoken. Instead of getting a bill for around $500 for pool opening I got a bill for 1491.03 which they said included a pool cleaner and a thermal switch as my old one had gone bad. I paid the bill without questioning them. 2 weeks later they told me that my pump had gone bad and that I need to replace one with a new one costing $2000. I said no that I did not want to replace it and my old one was working fine.This year after they opened the pool, they tell me again that my pump is bad and that I have to have a one for $1100 . I paid them the amount only for them to return and tell me that I have to replace a salt generator for $1200. They told me that I had no choice and had to replace so my pool to be functional. I paid that too. Then I get the biggest surprise when my credit card shows another charge for $1193.60 for opening the pool. Last time they charged me 1491.03 which included the pool cleaner and a thermal switch for 881.03, which made my pool opening at $610. This year just the opening was 1193.60 a difference of $583 this year. No difference from last year pool opening.I called the office to discuss the discrepancy and was shocked they way the office manager EMILY talked to me. She made it sound like I was whining about my bill and was way off for even bringing up the issue. She was justifying why my opening of the pool had doubled since last year. Now let me make it clear. I have spent $3300 in one month with Baker pool for service and thats how an office manager talks to a paying customer. WOW! WOW! WOW! In the end Ms Emily told me that she was giving me a refund of $462.50 and was cancelling my service for questioning them a carte blanche open account to service my pool.AWESOME BUSINESS PRACTISE BAKERS POOL

Our next door neighbor is placing a new inground pool constructed by Baker Pools. Im not even the customer, and the Baker team is SO nice to me & my family. They are respectful of noise and possible disruptions ahead of time and even let us know of timeline when asked. They are polite, courteous, and responsive to requests. Most neighbors would be annoyed with the construction and upheaval- but the Baker Pool team is nothing but a class act, and has made living next door to putting a pool inground, easy and tolerable!

Baker Pool and Spa is great to work with. Bought a Hot Tub, great deal and the install was perfect.
The new spa was delivered with a large scratch, it was very dusty with dead spiders all around the outlet to empty the tub. The electric panel cover was missing a screw and when we filled the tub it leaked due to a missing gasket. Can’t recommend Baker Pool.
