Mike and JR did a great job. They were very friendly and professional. They took the time to walk me through the installed product. The arrived on time and finished early. They were also very flexible and easy to work with.
We are very impressed with the staff at The Sound Room. Very professional and did a quality job at our home. The products are top of the line and Jason was a big help with helping me understand the various products. I would highly recommend them!
JR is fantastic helpful and patient! I recommend him for anyone especially those of us who struggle with technology. Thank You JR you get a 5 star review!
Mike Herbert and JR - Stupendous and kind. Technological gurus. Well worth having experts instead of muddling thru with help from here and there. Ask for this Team!
We had an outdoor TV installed on our patio and the two technicians, Mike Herbert and Rob Sims, were absolutely wonderful. Both were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Their work was first rate.
JR and Mike Herbert were excellent in their service. They did a great job installing our TVs, making sure everything was working and giving helpful tips on how to make everything work and run efficiently. We really appreciated their hard work, timelines and positive work attitudes. We would recommend The Sound Room!!
I worked with Alex yesterday replacing some components. His knowledge was exceptional and patience was golden. I auditioned some speakers 3-4 times, over and over, and still ended up going with his recommendation on the first test (which actually saved me some money). They’ve got options for every budget too, whether that’s a starter theater for a few hundred, or the 100k dream room. I honestly can’t say enough good things. This is my second time working with them and will not be my last!
I wanted to add some outdoor speakers to our house. As you’d expect, was going to require some expertise and know-how to hide the necessary wiring and get mounted in the right places. I needed to have a Sonos Amp installed for one of the sets of speakers and replaced some existing speakers that were a brand none of us had heard of (and didn’t sound very good; no surprise). I had the pleasure of having JR and Mike Herbert assigned to my job. They arrived on-time and we had the opportunity to walk-through everything and they got right on it. Everything went very smoothly and the look and sound great. They even took the time to make sure that everything was exactly the way that I wanted it to work through both the Sonos app as well as Apple AirPlay. We now have a couple of new areas of our home that we can enjoy even more. Many thanks for the exceptional work done by JR and Mike. When I have something outside of my skill set that’s related to audio, I’ve gone to The Sound Room a number of times and have always been satisfied with the end result. Today’s experience was clearly one of the best yet!
JR and Rob killed it! Lots of work and everything they did was clean. You could tell they were detail oriented and went the extra mile. Couldn’t be happier. Strongly recommended.
Wow. Fantastic audio shop. Very high end stuff on offer along with some more affordable products.Multiple listening rooms and great staff that were happy to audition speakers for me.
We had a networking event here and it was awesome. Made a lot of great connections including Tony Viera, VP of Sales. I found out they provide inspection for high end home systems for the real estate industry. Another great vendor in my tool kit! Showrooms are amazing!
Great installers and the whole experience was easy and the job done was excellent. Joshua, Sarah and Jon were all really great to work with. I will continue to go to them with any future needs.
I worked with Joshua B and Tony P from The Sound Room to outfit our home. The scope included in-ceiling speakers, TVs and networking equipment. In the consultation phase, they took time to listen and truly understand what we wanted to do with our home. They shared great insight pertaining to room layout and product options. They were also keen on highlighting pro/con for all major equipment decisions to make sure we knew what to expect. I never felt like we were being upsold. They were upfront and honest right out the gate. During the installation, the crew of three were very professional and patient getting everything set up correctly. They took time to answer questions and provided a great tutorial of all products at the end of their day. Our experience with the TSR was top-notch!
I am not even a customer but Jordan took the time out of his day to help me figure out the best way to sell some hifi equipment of my own. Super helpful even though I wasnt spending a dollar with them today. I plan on coming to them in the future, we need more people willing to help their community like Jordan did!(: 5/5
Recently purchased some Klipsch loudspeakers here. I had been shopping around online for a while but it was impossible to choose without listening first. I came into The Sound room and Jordan was very generous with his time and very helpful. I am confident now I made the right choice and am really happy with what I got (RP-8000F). Price was as low as website, Amazon etc. They have a great selection and nice folks there. Recommend stopping in.
Two months ago I purchased a new Sony A9G 77” OLED 4K television and paired it with a new Paradigm 95 speaker system from The Sound Room. It’s one of the best purchases of my life. Every time I use the new system the satisfaction and enjoyment I experience is extremely rewarding. The Sound Room’s team of professionals put together an unbelievable system for our entire family to enjoy movies, sporting events, concerts, etc. From an experienced, knowledgeable sales staff, to an extremely talented system design engineer, and the best professional installation team I’ve ever had contributed to the five star rating I gave to The Sound Room. The Sound Room has really has put the entire package together. The beautiful showroom, outstanding products, excellent employees, and local ownership who actually care about your complete satisfaction is a rarity nowadays. We’re very fortunate to have this long established audio visual business in our community. I highly recommend you take the time to visit them so they can make your audio visual dreams come true.
The Sound Room did an excellent job with the updating of my home movie theater. Jim Kuhlmeyer was very patient in answering all of my many questions and helping me find a system that met my needs and budget. I believe we found the sweet spot between performance and cost and Jim was very instrumental in making that happen. Also, a huge shout-out to Jason Baker who fine-tuned the audio in my system to ensure I am getting the most out of the equipment that I purchased. Jason not only ran the standard Anthem Room Correction, but he also tweaked the audio levels to match my listening preferences. Jason treated the system like his own and demonstrated a real passion for audio perfection.I have made three major audio/visual purchases over the last 20 years and my experience with The Sound Room was by far the best.
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great experience!
One name - John Stewart - a magician that can turn your home and components into an amazing den of fabulous sound. I renovated my home and the last touch was the most important - my music and TV. Thanks to John these aging ears can now hear the detail of Led Zeppelins Houses of the Holy, Jerrys guitar in Friend of the Devil, and enjoy crisp sound from my TV. John worked with me to meet my needs and my budget. He not only made sure that everything worked but also that I knew how to make it work! Thank you John for making a dream come alive! I am thrilled!
Inadequate equipment was installed from the very start and nothing but problems. I was told by a technician that the equipment installed was not adequate for my size home. Problems with the alarm, cameras, and WIFI. Every time I called to get it working the way it should I was charged a service call. I made one last attempt for The Sound Room to make things right as they should have done in the beginning and was told I would be charged because the technicians need to be paid. Customers come last.I find it odd that someone replies to these reviews instead of showing good customer service. TSR please do-not reply to my review as it is meaningless.Currently looking for a reliable, honest and trustworthy alarm company that wont rip me off.
We worked closely with The Sound Room to create our dream Movie Room in our newly constructed basement. We had a dedicated designer, point of contact to work through all the details of the room and equipment. Our designer was adaptive to our requests, very responsive to all of our questions, and had fantastic suggestions. There is a valuable knowledge base with a place like the Sound Room that we could leverage that resulted in a better experience than would could have ever envisioned. In the end, the room is amazing, it sounds and looks incredible.
We have used the sound room for years and they are fabulous. John just left our home and was so PATIENT and competent. Thank you John!!!
Happy with the installation of services provided by the vendor of Lombardo (the sound room). Extremely displeased at the way the incorrect placement of a control4 switch was handled. Was told numerous times by the design person at Lombardo, the rep with the sound room with my consultation, and JCS electric during my walk through that I could change where the switch would go near the end. I attempted, it was not completed properly, and now Im getting my original contract shoved back at me saying so sad, too bad from the sound room because they dont want to honor what their former employee told me during the purchase phase. Will not be doing business with them in the future as a result. This review probably doesnt matter to them, but feel that others that use this as a tool to decide where to shop to be extra cautious.
The Sound Room just finished a double installation: removing a television from the hearth room and installing it in another room and then installing a brand new Sony in my hearth room. From the moment I walked into the store and looked at new televisions in the showroom to the completed installation (which was not easy), I was absolutely satisfied and treated with respect and patience. Joshua Beard was my wonderful salesman and JR the expert installer. The Sound Room and its staff has earned my highest commendation.
John was great to work with. The TV installation went great, he helped explain everything and was very professional.
I have used The Sound Room twice for design in two houses and the service has been excellent. My issue lies in the setup and moving department. If you can avoid it, go anywhere else for this or do it yourself, you will do a better job.To elaborate. I purchased all my equipment and had TSR set it up ~5-6 years ago. They then came back and took it all down 2 years ago when I moved. This weekend, we finished construction and I finally was able to put my new media room together. Here is where all the issues were uncovered:1. They mis-threaded the pipe for my Sanus projector mount when they originally put it up. Should have realized it when they didn’t take the pipe out for my move. Had to replace: $2752. They folded my screen instead of rolling it and put NO protection between the layers. The buttons left indents on the screen. Time will tell if it is permanently damaged: ~$15003. They did not pack any of the hardware for the screen frame including one of the magnets that held it to the wall. Luckily, we were able to find acceptable replacements. ~$304. One of my side speakers looks like it was dropped at some point ~300~$2000 mistake.None of this stuff had been repackaged since the move nor was taken down after they installed it. My regret was that I didn’t catch this stuff earlier as it’s been a while since the original install and move. I’m extremely disappointed given how expensive they are.I’m editing this because the business replied. They did not offer any reinstall or aid for the damaged product. The did give me an estimate for an install to the tune of $1500 which is neither here nor there. Nothing had been touched since it was packaged during the takedown, including the mount and screen. The below reply is a flat out lie.
This was my first time visiting the Sound Room and found Joshua Beard the salesman very professional and he took the time to explain the different systems to me. He was able to help me pick the right receiver and amplifier for needs. In addition, he was very patient and answered all my questions. I am confident that I’ll be able call him in the future.Eugene
This is not a great store for 2 channel enthusiasts. This is also not a great store if youre looking for customer service. I walked in, walked around and the whole store, checked every room, and on my way out was asked if I needed anything. I was looking to buy some mid to high level bookshelve speakers, they had NONE. Only low end. In all fairness, I was on lunch from work and not wearing the nicest of clothes. Jokes on them, my money spends the same.
Joshua Beard knows his product line and was very helpful in directing me to the receiver that would workout the best for my home entertainment needs. A professional in the home entertainment business that is a great asset to the Sound Room.Jon Cummins came to the house, installed the receiver and programmed all of my components and explained how to get the most out of my system. The man really knows his stuff about technology. Great job!!!!!!Shawn Wilson
If you want high tech audio and video no one will give you better one on one service and advice.
Good service from Joshua at the Sound Room. Took the time to demo several TVs and speakers for me and was very knowledgeable about his sound/speakers. The pricing was as good/better than Big Box stores. I highly recommend this place for any home A/V needs.
We worked with Joshua to put together our basement home theatre, he was great to work with in designing and suggesting equipment for our space. The guys that came out to do the install were great too!
Very nice place with nice options from automation to sound and everything in between. Even though I asked a lot of questions I got really good answers and the associate was happy to show me everything.
Found the same equipment as on line...same price but get much better advice and installation information. I let them do the install and saved me lots of issues! These guys are great!
Even with a few setbacks, we had a great experience with the sound room. We worked with Jared to get a home theater audio setup. This was my first voyage into a real home audio set, as before coming in, my only experience was with soundbars and surround sound in a box options. You could tell that Jared was pasionate about audio, because he was super patient and enthusiastic about answering all of my dumb newbie audio questions and really knew his stuff. We spent a good hour+ in the audio room listening to different systems and seeing which system appealed most to my preferences and also fit the budget. Jared talked me through setting things up and how to tune the system for the room. He gave us his card and said to call if we had any questions at all.We got back to the house, and I started setting up the system immediately. After plugging things in, we quickly ran into an issue where the receiver would only recognize inputs for a short amount of time and cut out. I am pretty tech savvy, but being a newbie, I figured that I was making a mistake somewhere. I gave Jared a call, and after running through the basics, (is it plugged in, etc) he asked if it would be ok for him to come and look at it. He came out right away. Jared was also unable to fix the issue, but we narrowed it down to a bad receiver or bad HDMI cables. Jared left and came back with a new receiver and cables within an hour. It turns out the issue was the receiver (DOA electronics happen), and while he was here, Jared helped to set up the system and make sure that everything was tuned and calibrated correctly. The system sounds amazing. I have never heard home audio like it. Be warned that the Sound Room is not a place where you can really get a cheap audio setup. Be ready to spend at least 3-4k for a standard setup (the sky is the limit on audio equipment). However, if you are looking for a personally tailored solution with great service, this is the place. It blows my mind that Jared spent 2.5 hours in store making sure that we got the perfect system for our taste and budget, and another 3 hours at our house (even after store hours were over) changing out the faulty receiver, answering all of my dumb questions, and making sure that everything worked and was tuned correctly. All he asked for in return was our thanks and possibly a review. We got a good starter system, but we will for sure be back to the Sound Room to add more audio to our home.
Highly recommend. Great price and super service.
Wow, terrible atmosphere. I walked in to support local but that was big mistake. Person by the counter zero acknowledgement of me and just walks away, no hello, nothing. After walking around showroom with zero customers for about 5min, another sales person finally approaches me, asking “what are you looking for,” I told him “I’m looking for a sound bar”, immediately he says “we don’t have entry level sounds bars here.” Uhmmm I see Sonos. Sonos is not high end audio... in fact, I only saw 1 high end audio, maybe they have more but I was pretty much shushed out. Apparently they can’t help me because Sonos play bar, in display, is discontinued. I didn’t even ask for Sonos. Than Sonos arc is “probably sold out,” no other recommendations, nothing. Barely let me hear their arc in display through YouTube channel... anyhow sales team here creates really snobby atmosphere.
Mike M is amazing guy to work with!
I purchased a product called Control 4 from another company several years back and could never get it to work quite right. About a year go I switched to the Sound Room and its been working well ever since. They stand behind their work.
I was looking to purchase a new receiver. My whole experience from the start was excellent and was very happy with the knowledge of the people I spoke with. I ended up buying an Anthem receiver and my speakers have never sounded so amazing. I will definitely go back to purchase other pieces for my system in the future.
Be warned- there is NO Service department or help once you pay. You are stuck. For this price all you get is talk about how they can help if your system goes down, but in reality, there is no service, just slick talking sales. Ask them the process and decide for yourself. Learn from our expensive mistake.
Appreciate Aarons hard work on this project. He made sure I had everything I needed. Took the time to explain everything to me.
I went to the Sound Room to make a purchase after talking to one of the salesmen about a promotion during a previous visit. Evidently, he had misunderstood the promotion made by the company, because the item proposed during our conversation was apparently not part of the promotional offer. The salesman was not there when I went to make the purchase. Even though the sales manager did not completely honor the proposed offer that I had accepted, he was able to salvage the deal. Like they say, get it in writing . Despite the unfortunate misunderstanding, I feel I got a good deal on a great product. I would return for future business.
Any one person who has an intrigue or general inquiry relating to noise, music, and sounds of sort might be recommended to visit Best Buy. While that might be a valid recommendation, I have found that the people at The Sound Room are extremely communicative and informed in their industry. Their workers know the brands, know the products, and make a point of clarifying your needs to better service you. Overall, the showrooms, staff, assistance, clarity, communication, and knowledge makes The Sound Room an appealing store to purchase any and all sound-related goodies.
Very knowledgeable
First id like to thank the owners of the soundroom for their dedication to our hobby during thisonline everything age.regardless of the result, nothing compares to direct human interaction.i thank josh for his outstanding customer relations.his professionalism is more a personal reflection of his character than merely working ajob.for example;i ponder to extremes, which have led me to making multiple visits just for demos and some within 15minutes to closing.not once(this applies to other members of the staff also)was i hurried nor sensed impatience from any specialist.that is exemplary support.ive also been kept in the loop regarding discounts(personally called)and have even been offered some that had expired.i thank everyone at the soundroom and look forward to continue working with you all again soon, you have set a standard.
Great salesmen who didnt pressure me. Told them my budget and they worked within what I wanted and needed. Will definitely be going back!
Experienced staff for your better audio and video/tv needs. Total theater installation is their specialty, but no request or assistance gets less than their excellent advice. Several theaters and listening rooms now available in their new location. This is sound done right.
Regret using them - $150 HDMI cable??? cable runners GLUED to brick fireplace and, SURPRISE, fell off...conveniently after short warranty. Person who fixed the problem couldnt believe the installers used glue on brick. Wildly overpriced install.
We reviewed the sound room while they were installing low voltage wiring in Provence Subdivision in St. Charles, MO. We use a points system to calculate a percentage for the company. PLEASE BE ADVISED this rating only accounts for the installation/construction side of this company. There is 4 categories worth 25 points a piece totaling 100 points.Professionalism: 12.5/25 - while observing the work performed it became noticeable that one worker was dragging the crew of 2 down. This worker sat down on the ground to perform his work. The other worker retained a very high level of professionalism which is why it is half scoredQuality: 25/25Efficiency: 20/25Safety: 20/2577.5%
Service and expertise was amazing!Arron spent a ton of time with me, answering all my questions even though he knew I lived out of state and he would not be getting the sale.If your’e into the lattest audio/video technology, I would spend some time at this place.
Excellent group of people to work with. Very knowledgeable and willing to work with you to provide the best system for your budget.
We bought a 70 TV from them and they came and installed it. It was a very excellent experience.
Gave us equipment that didnt work and then when we re-ordered they sent us to warehouse that didnt have it in stock. Amazons a much better bet for finding what you need... and itll probably get to you sooner.
Ive been a frequent Shopper for several years now. I was recently going to The Sound Room for a gift for my Parents. As I was walking in I over heard a sales associate rudly yelling at a customer to leave and never come back. I felt really uncomfortable with the interaction, I couldnt belive that someone would treat another person the way that he did. I am in Sales myself and if you want to keep people coming back to your business thats not how you do it. Theyve lost a customer and I will NOT direct anyone I know to their business.
My wife and I recently went through the new construction home process in the St. Charles area from June to November. The builder stated they subcontracted part of their work to The Sound Room and that we would have the ability to choose 6 low voltage outlets included in our purchase price as well as any other upgrades for entertainment, security, or home automation purposes at an additional cost. After the initial meeting, we picked our included outlets, and decided on moving a few electrical outlets 4 feet up so they would be covered when we hung TVs. We even spent more money to upgrade the house for a whole home Ethernet system and pre-wired the house for a security system. During the build The Sound Rooms technicians came and installed the tech tubing behind the television and had everything in place and ready to go, all we had to do was move in and get our internet up and running and they would come out and set up the whole home Ethernet. My wife was out on medical leave, so once our ISP had setup our service she called TSR and they came out and finished the setup. Now for the most part, everything has worked very smoothly. We have had has been some minor blips in connectivity that i attribute to ISP problems and general slowdowns.Fast forward to this week. We decided on a security company to come in and setup using the pre-existing wiring TSR installed. Everything seemed to go well until the internet dropped. The installers apologized but did the best they could trying to figure out how TSR wired the Ethernet system in the first place. A real headscratcher, I know this because TSR didnt leave any sort of documentation about how the Ethernet switch worked, what to do if it stopped working, whom to contact about issues or even a basic diagram of what wires should go in which outlets.I decided to call TSR today and got in touch with their Tech Support. I was told that how the system was setup was wrong, to which I responded, Thats how its always been setup, you guys installed it then proceeded to explain to him how they didnt leave any of the documentation I had previously mentioned above. His response was You set up the system wrong. Whatever, agree to disagree. Anyway I tell them I need them to come out and fix this and they tell me they will call back and let me know when they can fit me into their schedule. I finally get a call at the end of the day to let me know they can come out tomorrow, even though Im at work tomorrow and was off today, so Ill have to take off another day. Also, just for them to come to my house in St. Charles, MO from Chesterfield, MO and the first 30 minutes of service included would cost approximately $130 and every half hour after that would cost me $40-$45.In the end I called back and left them a message cancelling the appointment and ended up getting WIFI functionality back but cant get the ethernet ports to work. This was not what I paid for when I had this house built and Im wondering if I had gone to the builder first if things would have been fixed. I guess Ill never know.I do know this. The one time I was in the store they made it abundantly clear that consumers should shop local and support the little guy in the area. That may be true but the prices for the products they sell will make your head spin and the clear lack of any sort of customer service makes me glad I will never shop your store again. In the end, if you have a choice where you buy your tech, go to the place that has blue and yellow logo and not these jokes.
Gary and Jim are both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The best home audio shop in STL. Great brand selection and demo rooms.
Very friendly, very professional. impressive show room. go to the sound room if you are thinking about a home theater or curious about better quality audio. i have been to other places and have been very disappointed.
Joshua and the staff at the Sound Room all were professional at their craft,at the same time took the time to listen and acknowledge what your specific needs are.Their goal was to not just sell equipment but to make sure you as a customer was happy
Rude staff that only want to talk if you are ready to spend big money. I am in the early stages of finishing my basement and am looking for ideas on what to incorporate into it. While on a business trip I went into The Sound Room next to my hotel to get their thoughts on what I was thinking and what best way to go about it. As soon as the salesperson behind the desk found out I was not local to his store he very strait forwardly told me since I was not going to buy anything from him he did not have time for me. Keep in mind I was the only customer in the store at the time. I am in sales for a living and Deal with people every day all around the country. I know to never treat someone as if they don’t matter. You never know when the person you are talking just may be ready to find a way to spend money with you or in this case be used in my meetings as an example of how customer service should not work.....thank you The Sound Room for becoming my “story to tell” about a bad customer service experience at my meetings around the country.
It took walking around in circles to get some help. Once we got a salesman everything was great.
We used The Sound Room for the low voltage wiring in our new house because the builder had a contract with them. We spent over $5K on equipment which was not installed on time. When it was finally installed it was not installed correctly. Twice they had to come to the house to correct speaker wiring errors. We also paid to have them mount the TV, which they did, only after charging us an additional $100 for an HDMI cable. Was treated rudely by the sales staff after we signed the contract. Treated as if any request to repair their improper installation was inconvenient.
These guys were very helpful, the sales person who helped me was very informative and helpful, he even offered to allow me to bring in my current pair of speakers to listen to on some of the equipment they sell. i know where i will be buying my new equipment from now on.
Sales person did not appear to have a very good knowledge of the equipment that they carry and was relatively uniformed about steaming music in hi-res.
I hired sound room to install a projector and handle some programming of my Creston system. I agreed to their original estimate and had them come in and do the work. After finishing they charged my credit card almost 700 dollars more than the original estimate with zero communication and without my authorization. They explained they had some additional programming that was not included.06/07/18Update:Finally after repeated emails and appeal this is the response I got:“After going over your records and invoices again, I have discovered an error on my part for which I apologize. The last item on the original quote – “CRE Programming” – is a duplicate charge which should have been removed”Latest: The battery they sent me after forgetting it on the order is dead. Does not hold a charge and they will not send a new one or credit me back. After complaining again I was told “Andy Hauck, VP of Operations, will be contacting you regarding the battery issue“Still waiting for the phone call...2 daysAvoid yourself a headache and find someone else. Terrible, Terrible
Sold more then we ordered, installation was much slower than we expected and follow-up was nonexistent. Had to call a week after installation to resolve issues and appointments to correct are two weeks out. Not happy!Update. After 10 or so calls, 6 visits by there staff the tv will still not turn on using the universal remote they sold us. I was hoping we would get something better then the big box store but NO, we didn’t. Now we’re having sound bar issues. I hate to have to stay home from work a 7th time to meet them to try again to fix it. No confidence!
They know their stuff there. Always had a answer to my questions. Just wish I had more money.
My husband and I are senior citizens and finally switched over to a smart t.v. We decided to go with the Sound Room because we had used them in the past and we were very satisfied. Our salesperson was Jared Lange. From the very start... he said he would help us navigate a whole new way of using a universal remote on a smart tv. I am so glad we used this company because they were very professional and spent endless hours helping us. The installers were very knowledgeable and they also helped us learn the new tv. Jared answered every phone and text from me... and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with the new tvs. I highly recommend using the Sound Room because they are the experts!!! You might get a cheaper tv at a big box store, but you wont get the personalized help. Worth every penny.
They are very nice and no high pressure.
Not as knowledgeable as they used to be.
Very bad experience.
We had an outdoor sound system designed and installed by The Sound Room. The experience was outstanding. The price was reasonable for the quality of the Sonance system specified, and the custom installation team was courteous and helpful getting us set up and training us on the system. Well done, highly recommended.
JR and Mike H just installed a new amplifier for our sound system. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Needless to say, mating new electronics with old was not an easy task but they worked on it until everything ran perfectly. This is the second time JR has been to our home installing electronics, each time was a pleasure. He and Mike spent all the time necessary to teach us the in and outs of our new equipment until we were comfortable with every aspect. We have bought numerous electronics from the Sound Room and would recommend them and their installers 100%.John and Kathryn Link
Had some initial connection problems as the system was installed that reappeared after the technicians left. Later in the day, the system was not working. However, after a late afternoon phone call requesting technical assistance, The Sound Room (TSR) technician J.R. researched another solution and deviated from his drive home to come back and fix the issue. Great service and dedication to customer satisfaction by TSR technical staff!!
