Cindy Decker is the most awesome audiologist. She has spend so much time customizing my hearing aids so they meet my exact needs. Has never made me felt rushed or uncomfortable regarding the time she’s spent with me. There was a problem with one of my aids and she send it back to the factory for repairs. She’s been there for me with patience and understanding to meet all my needs.

I am using my wife’s account to write this review. I have been a heartland client for a number of years and on my last two visits Cindy Decker has been the service provider. To say she always goes beyond the required treatment does not do her justice. I was contemplating changing firms until Cindy arrived. As long as she is associated with Heartland I will be as well. Took my mom to get her first set of hearing aids. The staff at Heartland was beyond helpful. Angie lead my mom through every part of the hearing aid and explained everything to her thoroughly. Would recommend this business to anyone who is needing a hearing aid. Angie was wonderful!

Was having great difficulty with one of my hearing aids. I called the Chesterfield Office and set an appointment with Cindy B. When I met with her she was terrific! She looked at the whole problem not just the symptom and found the issue. She is amazing. I cant recommend Heartland Hearing and Cindy B. at Chesterfield enough!!

I didnt realize how much I was saying huh? all the time until my kids told me I needed my hearing checked. My workplace was having a Health Fair and Heartland staff was there. I got my hearing checked and it was found I needed further testing. So I got the testing done and I did, indeed, need hearing aids. They came in very quickly. I had a few problems with the fit so I had several office visits in a short time. But it was nothing they did, it was due to the fit behind and in my ear due to my eyeglasses arms. They were very patient with me. I remember when I first got my hearing aids. I went to a drive-thru to get some supper and rolled my window down to order. I couldnt believe my ears! I found out what I had been missing. The birds were singing so beautifully! I am only 53 years old and never thought Id need hearing aids this young, but Im glad I got them. Angela was the person who did my hearing test and fit once I got them. She has been amazing and is such a sweet person. Id definitely recommend them to anyone needing hearing aids.
