I love this company. Finally a easy healthy gluten free option for me! I use to frequent the one in Kirkwood, but they unfortunately went out of business. I recently started working in Chesterfield and now I can enjoy them again!The food is so flavorful, and the portions are perfect. I never feel over full and always feel satisfied.The price can be off putting, but I can tell you it’s totally worth it!

Too hit or miss. Buffalo chicken salad today had spoiled ranch and wilted greens. Huge stomachache. Other times nice healthy plates

I looked for a couple of years for the right meal delivery service for me. I tried one of the well known delivery plans that supplies you with all ingredients but you have the prep and cooking to do. Thats what I do not enjoy. Ive never liked cooking especially just for myself. I had gotten into a rut with the things I was cooking. Then I found Pure Plates. No subscription was the first plus. Then to find out the meals only needed to be heated in the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds was plus number 2. The cherry on top was the fact that the food is healthy!! Thats the best of all!! Theres a good variety of delicious meals on the menu (I have my favorites already). Ordering is easy and delivery is always here the day I choose. The delivery people have been courteous and friendly. During this time of uncertainty with the coronavirus around us, Pure Plates has decreased one anxiety on my list.

Overall, I have been really disappointed at how I was treated with by the owner and the health coach, Leslee. The first time I tried Pure Plates, I had no issues. The meals were delivered to my door and it was great. However, the first time I worked with Leslee, my meals were said to have been delivered but I could not find them in my apartment complex. The following day I found out that the driver had said they delivered them to the management office (but that wasnt true as they dont accept perishable deliveries). The items were found and brought to my apartment the following day but were already spoiled.I have tried to contact the owner at least 5x to talk about my negative experience with the delivery driver and with Leslee blaming my apartment complex and me for the mistake which is unfair. However, they havent been responding. The meals here cost almost $40 per day which means per month, you spend over $1K on food if you do the meal plan. This is a lot of money for many people and you would think that the owner, manager, and workers like Leslee would be more kind and take responsibility when mistakes are made. Because the delivery drive chose not to deliver my items to my door as he should for such an expensive meal plan, the food was wasted. I was also stressed out because this was supposed to be my food of the week.I see a lot of potential in this company but a lot of issues as well. They should work on getting better health coaches who are actually able to get in touch with people and work with them. They should also have better attitudes towards their customers as Leslee makes the company look bad.

Ordered the 5 day keto menu and the food is fresh and was delivered on time

Great meals and has helped me tremendously on my weight loss plan so I don’t have to spend the time counting macros or calories. My trainer also approved the meal plan! Tried other plans and they were all mashed and mixed together foods. These meals literally taste like you just made them!

Pure Plates is an amazing thing that I use a lot. The food is so good and I have not had a single dish that I didnt like. It is full of great flavors, fresh ingredients and a perfect size dish for lunch and dinner. PurePlates meals are wonderful. Our children are grown and I am thrilled to not have to cook every night. Pure Plates allows us to eat tasty and reasonably priced prepared meals that are delivered to our home. Pure Plates offers a great variety of healthy ingredients and flavors for all meals and snacks. Their delivery is dependable. And the prices are very reasonable. Bottom line, you dont have to sacrifice flavor and value for convenience. We are very very pleased with Pure Plates!

I am disappointed in the portion sizes of some of these meals. Take for reference the Thai Chicken Wraps. Label reads 27 grams of protein. However, there was barely 2 ounces of chicken in the wraps. 1 ounce of chicken is equivalent to 7 grams of protein. This meal only had 14 grams of protein minus the 1 gram you may get from the cabbage wrap. Also, the sodium content is thru the roof on a lot of the these meals.My suggestion is to properly label your meals. The cost of the Thai wraps was $6.99 for half the protein. Either add in three more wraps to this meal or cut the price in half. This can be said for a number of other meals with incorrect labeling. By adding the three extra wraps you would not sacrifice too many calories. 4 ounces of chicken breast is 160 calories. Cabbage is close to negative calories. Show the calorie count for your sauces separate from the rest of the meal.

2nd week of meals, they were all just as delicious as week 1. I loved the stuffed pepper meal as well as the spaghetti squash.

I ran across a Pure Plates ad on Instagram while thumbing through a few photos and so I clicked on it. Previously, I had been buying my meals from Freshly which offers a good product at a good price, so I figured Id give Pure Plates a try and compare the two. I chose their delivery service which is offered for my area and placed my first order last week. After finishing my third meal, thus far I am more than impressed. The food tastes so good, its hard to believe its healthy. I dont have to go grocery shopping 2-3x a week and still not even come close to replicating recipes like this myself. So long as they dont raise their prices and quality remains at this level, I will likely stick with this company for a very, very long time.

The idea of eating healthy is an excellent idea . On top of that this place of business has it pioneered to deliver actually healthy food to your convenience. I have never seen a place In this way. I walked in expecting a to go food. Noticed it wasnt. I found it on Google maps as a food near me . Looking for lunch. I was disappointed at first because I didnt understand what i walked into. I was helped immediately with what the service was all about. Almost every meal explained. Still a little confused because this place of business is different. I was given the time to search on my own. I was intrested in all I was told and found the street tacos. Not overly pricey for this well prepared food. They were so tasty.

I ordered the grass fed pot roast and the pan seared salmon with pesto. Aside from the pesto, the food lacked flavor. Both items could make the list of Most Depressing Meals ever! The salmon was dry from overcooking. I ended up throwing the salmon out midway through the meal. The pot roast was filling, but every bite was dreadful.

It’s a no for me. Food portions are not as large as advertised. I finally talked my boyfriend into trying prepared weekly meals and I suggested this spot to try first. He was very disappointed and hungry when we left. We had to stop to get another meal for him. Service isn’t friendly either. Cashier didn’t want to be bothered.

Food is great and very tasty. It comes fresh, not frozen, and is delivered on time. I have no idea how they keep all the proteins moist--even after I heat them up, they stay very moist. There are a lot of varieties, but after ordering for 5 or 6 weeks, I keep hoping theyll put some new entree into the rotation occasionally. I really like that Im supporting local St.Louis businesses. I highly recommend.

Very dissapointing. No reheating instructions included. Very bland. Portions sizeare adequate which earns 2 stars. Cauliflower mash had the consistency of glue and was flavorless. Each dish was extremely watery on the day of pick up.

Well-proportioned prepared food, mostly delicious with a few items that could be improved taste-wise. But it is a diet, after all. Id recommend Pure Plates over its competitors.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Cleanest Restaurant I’ve ever seen! The food is so tasty and delicious! Very clean food, organic and fresh! Some of my faves are the Sweet Potato Pancakes, the Crepes, Cherry cacao Bar, and the Detox salad. I’ll be back for more!

I joined Pure Plates and started their meal plans in order to eat healthier in a more consistent way. My father died of heart disease and their meal plans are an easy way to eat a diet low in saturated fats, sugar, and sodium. I supplement with fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and occasional dairy to get enough calories for my busy and active lifestyle. All of the people Ive dealt with have been friendly, prompt, and flexible. Now I crave unhealthy food less and feel better overall without needing to take time out of my busy schedule. Its expensive, but a worthwhile investment.

Love the convenience of the home delivery. Makes it easy to order without hesitation and theyre great about honoring requests like removing rice from a dish. Highly recommend if youd like to eat healthy but feel strapped for time or just dont know what to cook. Seeing the number on the scale go down isnt too shabby either!

Pure Plates Chesterfield Valley is a DIFFERENT approach to breakfast or lunch. Everything is freshly made onsite or at their main facility and on easy display in brightly-lit glass-door refrigerated storage. The staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about all the products and programs and are helpful without hovering. Wide variety of healthy options for meals to dine in or carry out. Always spotlessly clean, this is a small place, but there is seating indoors and out. The decor is modern, crisp and colorful. Its one of my regular go-to places for breakfast or lunch.

I picked up an order for a friend at a gym in St. Charles as he was out of town for a medical emergency. He coordinated with Pure Plates STL to have me pick up their meals at the pre-arranged time at 4:30 PM. The delivery did not arrive until 6:09 PM. I called at 5:12 PM to check the status and was told it was on its way. I called again at 5:42 PM and the associate said she would call the delivery driver. She called me back at 5:46 PM to tell me it would be another 20 minutes. I would have left had it not been so important for my friends to have a quality meal upon their arrival back home from a stressful time away. I had never heard of Pure Plates STL before, but after this experience it would be difficult to consider ordering from them.

I’m trying to lose weight. I don’t know how to cook and I don’t want to learn. My first step was to lose the gluten. Then, I found Pure Plates. I’m so picky I asked if they would customize a few of their dishes. This is great!! I don’t need to throw away food I don’t like. When I finish a meal, I feel full. I’m not lying. I was the first one to be surprised! I love the meals I chose.

Really great concept, love the convenience. The only catch-22 is the timing sometimes - certain foods versus when they are on a schedule (if youre doing a plan) versus the little nuances of if your fridge actually freezes things before you get to them. A lot of that cant be controlled, only circumvented with trial and error - the errors just arent cheap. Overall, would definitely recommend for anyone attempting to do the keto diet and get tired of bland food day in and day out.

We drive 30 mins to get our grocery there and never have we ever been disappointed by the quality. Highly recommend.
