This review is long overdue. This is a great store -- its smaller, but is well stocked with a decent variety of things. The best thing? the staff. Most of the staff - especially the checkers and even some of the baggers -- have been there a very long time. They are all quite friendly and do take the time to get to know their regular customers.Im often absent minded and twice through the years have left something in my cart after I loaded my purchases. And twice the item was found and secured by the staff with nothing missing. Wonderful people.And side note to the the peanut lady: give it another chance. Its actually quite a good store.

I love this place, its small but mighty. For the most part have a really good selection, and I have always been met the nicest staff there. All in all a really good place to go.

Unfriendly staff and not helpful. I asked for a particular peanut from a guy who was stocking shelves. He very adamantly told me they didnt have it with the driest facial expression ever. I asked what aisle the peanuts were in, he told me. I went over to said aisle and the peanuts I asked for where indeed on the shelf! I went back to him to show proof that the store in fact does have them, he muttered something under his breath and kept stocking the shelves with 0 eye contact. This is my 1st and LAST time shopping this particular schnucks

Great prices on almost everything. Dierbergs is so pretentious and pricey compared to Schnucks..and this location is super friendly.

Got everything I needed and saved with a few coupons. Ready for our first party in our new home. We couldnt celebrate last July due to Covid, so grateful to celebrate now.

I know that this is kind of crazy because Ive grown up in St.Louis, but this may be one of the best Schnucks that my wife and I have ever been in. And thats not an exaggeration. From the fresh produce area to the awesome deli area. We were just impressed all the way around. I know that they have a lot of nice stuff going on in this area but its almost as if you could use the Schnucks to help market the area. Real talk!

Nice place to stop for a cup of coffee to go or to grab a TV dinner on your way to the office. This place is served by MetroBus route #58X. As for now, the bus stops at Clarkson and Kehrs Mill 6:01 AM and then again at 6:31 AM. If you have never tried the bus before, the fare is $1.00 or 50 cents for people with disabilites.

They have a variety of products. Had great sales and the people were very nice! I will most definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

Wow. It was so nice to see shelves stocked with food. Not a lot of, temporarily out of stock. Very nicely placed and very clean. Also, the store associates made sure to say hello, or have you found everything? Great store.

Limited selection. Purchased two burgers from the meat counter. Grilled them later that day. They were horrible. Like chewing leather.

I was extremely shocked by the Instacart rep., Debbie today. She arrived at my car trying to open trunk. I called to her, also telling her to put her mask on her face as she approached my window. She immediately turned around and went to my passenger side, trying to open my door, rolling her eyes. I said, I’m not used to this kind of service. This was my first time using instacart pick up at Kent’s Mill. I have been going to T&C Schnucks for years, everyone there knows me by name, like family. I own my own business and if one of my customer service representatives acted like, Debbie did, I would not have referrals and repeat business. I am sexternely disappointed. I called and dpoke to the CSM, he even agreed his store was not as friendly as T&C. The only reason why I gave this location a chance is because, T&C, could not arrange a pickup until Saturday. I think we all know why Kent’s Mill is open for the service, because, quite frankly it sucks!

Its always great coming here because we know alot of the workers and they know me also.

This is the outcome of a birthday cake that I purchased from this store. I sent my sister back to pick it up and this is how it looked - OUTRAGEOUS!!!

Terrible customer service, bought item that said was on sale and asked about it to the lady who does returns (Debbie) who just dismissed our concerns and said to ask someone else. Turns out THEY put the wrong item in the spot and when we asked to return it, the lady who does returns (who we first asked) just left. Manager very mean and doesnt know how to do a return? And not one else can do one in the entire store? Made terrible excuse saying its NOT illegal to change the price of the product and honor that THEY WERE WRONG, I know its not illegal because other stores with great customer service help out the customer. Terrible experience. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

This supermarket is lovely. It has assorted products, and fair prices. It is always clean, the orientation is appropriate always orderly. The employees are pleasant and very friendly. Highly recommend.

The fruits and vegetables here are extremely fresh, something I have not found at other schnucks locations. There is one entrance and one exit to help with social distancing. The carts are all wiped down and sanitized. The checkout lines are all regulated.

My go to grocery store. A boutique Schnucks so it is a bit smaller than the regular stores but has almost the same selection. Super convenient, very clean, and has a great upstairs sitting area where people can meet to study or play games.

I went in for a centerpiece for dinner and the florist put together a beautiful centerpiece. Three days later, the flowers have opened and look absolutely gorgeous.

I love the fact that this store is a bit smaller. Its much easier to get in and out and still get everything I need. Also I LOVE the carts!!

Nicely located General supermarket. Good selection of more up market items than the traditional Schnucks. More upscale wines desserts pastries etc. Great fresh fruit and veg. Comprehensive deli, rotisserie chickens fresh everyday and a cafe to take a break. Not as big as some of the stores, but not much is missing. And, importantly, helpful and friendly staff.

For those of you thinking Funny name, it is. Got your attention, though, did it not? So, what is it? For you West Coasters, this is like a Safeway, but with better service, happier employees, and far, far better prices!! The managers encourage learning and are hands-on with new hires. They are a Union store, and their happy employees who have benefits, and a great rate of pay reflect that. Empmoyees are easy to find anywhere, and happy to help you quickly find what you came their for.

The customer service is superb! I bought cupcakes and flowers from here for or wedding and the women went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted. I go here often for lunch and Im never in for too long or get rude service.

This store is not well organized compared to every other Schnucks Ive been to. There were no associates in the aisles available for help and the aisles were cluttered, making it impossible to walk down an aisle past another cart. The deli had only one person working who was so involved in conversation with another customer that I waited 5 minutes for service before I gave up on getting any lunch meat and left the store with just bananas and asparagus.
