Pricing is very rich, but the quality is unsurpassed. Staff is and always been very helpful, and go way beyond any level of customer service.

Other than closing down the middle of the day for lunch I had a great experience. The person working there was super ! he came right over to me and asked me if I had any questions which I had many. He was able to answer every single question fully. he helped me out and made many recommendations. Did an excellent job and I felt well taken care of as a new customer. also what i liked just as much was at this store was well-stocked. you didnt see any empty spaces on the Shelf at all. especially for supplies! One thing I really hate when I go to my favorite Miniatures gaming and hobby store when I specifically need glue or a brush or paints and theyre almost always out of stock of what I want. I like that this story will always have what I need and serve all my needs.

If youre interested in Warhammer in any way, than you should definitely visit Games Workshop.They have everything youll need to get started and if youre already a player, youll find exactly what you need to build your collection.I was looking for a specific model and when they didnt have it in store, Nicholas helped me order it.I will say this: dont go inside if youre expecting a regular hobby shop as this store is a direct vendor for Warhammer materials.

Tiny store that deals only with miniatures and RPGs. I should have known by the name being a manufacturer of such products, but I was hopeful the store would sell other games. The focus of the store seems a little too narrow for me and I feel like there are about 5 stores like this within about 5-10 miles.

I came from southern Indiana to do business here. Arrived to a closed store. Had to sit and scroll through their Facebook to find out the store wouldn’t be open today. Would’ve been nice for them to put a notice on their Facebook or google listings that they were closed. Annoyed at my wasted trip, and sorely disappointed. I had saved up for two months for this trip. Instead of them getting money I’ll take it to businesses that are open.

I LOVED Games Workshop, but theyve changed Warhammer 40K to a Pay To Win Platform. They canceled their Fantasy Battle game that was RICH in History and Lore and replaced it with 40k Lite, very bad decision. Greed is always ugly, and it RUINS games...Heres a picture of my Praetorian Guard Ogryns (I play 7th Edition, no more money from me until GW makes better decisions)

By far the best customer service expert Ive had in a long time. Im very new to 40k and went in to this store to get some guidance. I spoke with Brandon and it was fantastic. He had detailed answers for every question I had and was very friendly. This place is a 55 minute drive one way for me and its worth every minute. 5 stars all day!

You guys NEED to update your hours on google - drove out to chesterfield to find out that y’all actually close at 4pm. Giant waste of time, and now I have to deal with people from chesterfield.

Ive never had a place get mad at me because I liked their older, no longer published product before. They treat their customers moderately poorly - was better a few years ago but the customer service has decayed to the point I no longer return. I much prefer the local Fantasy Shop to coming here.

This store is ran by one guy. If he goes on vacay or lunch its closed. Saw it was open per online hours. Drove all the way out here to find a sign on the door saying the guy is on vacation. Ugh.

Knowledgeable, helpful and dedicated to the community as well as sales. Sean makes an extra effort to make the customer feel comfortable in the store, offering advice and suggestion not toward just making a buck, but what may benefit that customer in the short and long term. Be you a long time player or someone just starting and curious, this is a good place to be.

This was the best visit to this location Ive ever had! That was all due to Erics management of the store and his excitement about the Games Workshop experience.If he is training employees to be managers of stores then they are in good hands.In the short 30 minutes I was there, he shared with me several tips that will help my pursuit of the hobby. I was one of many customers in the store at nearly closing time and he juggled everyone very well, including several games that were being played on the tables there. All the while he was restocking and swapping out some marketing materials on the game tables. Its too bad hes only there for 2 weeks!

Sean is great. Everything one could want from a local game store proprietor. He is knowledgeable about the product, a talented painter, happy to teach techniques and games to people, and a joy to talk to. Hes the kind of guy that makes you feel good spending your dollars locally instead of going online to save 5 bucks.

You will never hear me say that Warhammer miniatures are an inexpensive hobby. In all honesty, out of all the hobbies I have, it is the most expensive.This is why it is best to cut out the middle man. You will find a perfect selection of all the models and kits you would like at this shop. Furthermore, you can have any model in the entirety of GWs catalog shipped here for free.Secondly, I want to address the knowledge of the staff. If you go to any game and comic shop, they will have their Warhammer section and their warhammer guy who can answer questions, but when I call up the GW store and ask them what the difference between a Doomhammer super-heavy tank and a Baneblade Super-Heavy tank is, or what is the cheapest kit I can buy to get a plasma gun sized for an imperial guardsman, they have the information I need on hand.I pass by three seperate gameshops during my drive from my house to this store. The trip is worth it to be sure I get exactly what I need, at a price that is as good as direct from the website, without having to pay for shipping.

The employee who is on shift was there was greatly helpful and knowledgeable about not just the merchandise but the lore and story behind it the merchandise how the games played difference between 2 different versions of the game and was next dream help as well as he was very well mannered kind and everything you can want in a person to work out store had A-blast playing their myself or for the day and would highly recommend anyone and everyone stop by check out the store and if you get into war hammer or any of the games workshop product games deathly stop I get your products here #NotSponsored lol

Awesome store with a huge selection of games workshop model kits. Sean is very knowledgeable and has a real passion for miniatures. He is something of a painting guru, though he wont admit it. If you have any questions about painting techniques ask him for help!

A wonderful place for hobby and gaming! The gentleman that runs the store is an incredibly pleasant and knowledgable person about all the games and products provided by Games Workshop. I had an incredibly enjoyable time learning a game with him while I was there. Some of the other people there were also talking about their own hobbying and games and it was easy to tell they were passionate for what they did. 10/10 I will absolutely visit this store again.

The employees are great but the business is awfull. Its overpriced compared to stores just down the street youre saving anywhere from $40-15. Bever order anything from the store, as I have done this three times over the past 2 years each time I think its going to be different its a complete frustrating disappointment. I would order a model from the store and be told it would be there in a few days. It constantly gets delayed, but the worst part is each time I ordered a model that was delayed I would go in to check on it and line behold that exact same model is sitting on the self. But your expected to wait another week as your model is being delayed again. There is a reason that the third party stores have larger gameing areas for the games Games Workshop makes and thats because they have far superior infrastructure and customer service. If you want to get into warhammer take the extra 5 minutes to drive to another shop what you will save in money and frustration is well worth it

The store is nice and never feels crowded. A very high standard of cleanliness is maintained for the storefront. Sean is an absolute joy to be around, and successfully maintains a balance between business and community that so many other hobby stores fail to provide. He puts the customer before sales, taking the time to listen to them and goes out of his way to provide help way beyond what is expected, and only tries to upsell if he truly believes the customer will truly benefit from it. I can always show up and receive a warm welcome, not just from Sean, but from all the other patrons as well. Many friendships have been forged and tempered in this store, and a lot of that is due to Seans excellence. 10/10 totally a battlebruh
